This reminder is provided to direct the CATV system installer's
attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guidelines for
proper grounding and, in particular, specifies that the cable ground
shall be connected to the grounding system of the building, as close to
the point of cable entry as practical.

ventilation,and to ensure reliableoperationof the LCD TV and to protect it
from overheating.These openings must not beblocked or covered.There
shouldbe at least 10 cm of space around theTV. The openingsshould
never be blockedby placingthe LCD TV on abed, sofa, rug or othersimilar
surface.This LCD TV should notbe placedin a built-ininstallationsuch as
abookcase unless properventilation is provided.

10) Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly

according to the manufacturer's
recommendations.
Flat panel displays that are improperly situated on
dressers, bookcases, shelves, desks, speakers, chests
or carts may fall over and cause injury.

Use the screws that arethreaded into the stand-mounting inserts
on the back of your LCD TV to secure it to a Wail Mounting kit.
It is safe to use long screws for this product.
When using long screws, the two bottom screws may loosen, but
the top two will remain tightly in place to secure the mounted TV.

Analog (NTSC): Conventional broadcasting
Digital (ATSC): Digital TV Standards include digital high-
definition television (HDTV), standard-definition television
(SDTV), data broadcasting, multi-channel surround sound
audio and interactive television.

To set Favorite channels
While viewing the channe! that you want to set:
• "All" /"Favorite" /"Digital only" /"Analog only"
"Favorite": Only channels registered as FAVORITE.
¢:_When watching a Favorite channel, the icon "V" will be
displayed on the channel banner.
® You can set up to 10 channels as Favorite.
¢:_If you set a new channel in a used slot, the original Favorite
channel will be deleted first then you can add a new one.
¢:_You can set Favorite channels when using Cable or Satellite
box.
To delete Favorite channels
_t Select the channel you want to remove, then press OK button.
¢:_The icon "qP"will be removed from the channel banner.
You need to enter the password when you access locked
channel or inputs.

This is the default password.
® To change password - Input the new 4-digit password twice.
¢:_Make a note of your password. Do not forget it. (Ifyou have

that allows you to view the channel after you input your password.
The TV automatically goes into Standby after the selected
period.

desired time appears.
