Quick Installation Instructions

Installation
➊Connect the power adapter to the POWER jack of the Gateway, then
plug the power adapter into an AC wall outlet.
➋Connect the WAN port of the Gateway to your DSL or cable modem's
LAN port with an RJ45 connector cable.
➌Connect a LAN port (1X–3X) of the Gateway to your PC's Ethernet port,
or to an Ethernet switch or hub, with an RJ45 cable. One is supplied with
the Gateway.
➍Connect the Phone port of the Gateway to your analog telephone set
with an RJ11 connector cable.
Using the Web Interface
Configuration of the Gateway is performed using its integral web interface. To use the web interface, start
your Internet browser. Type the default IP address for the Gateway into the address field: http://192.168.1.101
Enter the default username root and the default password 1234 when prompted.
Your PC must be on the same subnet as the Gateway. See the user’s guide on the CD for more information. 1
