Achtung! Benutzen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich für die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen
Verwendungszwecke.
Auch wenn es sich unter anderem um ein Spielgerät für Kinder handelt, muss der Zusammenbau immer von einem
Erwachsenen durchgeführt oder beaufsichtigt werden.
Achtung! Nur auf weitgehend ebenem Gelände einsetzen. Wenn im abschüssigen Gelände der Antriebshebel
losgelassen wird, beschleunigt das Fahrzeug unkontrolliert. Es besteht erhöhte Verletzungsgefahr!
Nach längerem oder häufigem Gebrauch sollten Sie alle Schrauben kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls nachziehen.
Verschlissene Teile umgehend mit Original Ersatzteilen erneuern.

Montage Hinterachse.
Entfernen Sie zunächst die Achsdeckel und die
Mutter + Unterlegscheibe an der Schubstange.
Geben Sie an alle mit markierten
Stellen Fett aus der Tube.
Legen Sie die Hinterachse ein. Stecken Sie die
Achsdeckel wieder auf die Schrauben und
verschrauben diese.
Befestigen Sie die Schubstange mit der
Hinterachse. Ziehen Sie alle Schrauben wieder
fest an.
Montage Antriebsrad
Das Antriebsrad wird an der Hinterachse an der
extra dafür abgeflachten Stelle auf der
Hinterachse fest angeschraubt.
Beachten Sie, dass die Schraube die
abgeflachte Stelle auf der Achse genau trifft!
Auf der Radaußenseite wird noch zusätzlich
ein Stellring angeschraubt.
Montage der Freilaufräder
Geben Sie an alle Freilaufräder
und Achsen etwas Fett.
Montage Freilauf Hinterrad
Beidseitig wird ein Stellring
angeschraubt.
Montage Freilauf Vorderräder
Auf der Innenseite eine
Unterlegscheibe verwenden.
Außen wird ein Stellring
angeschraubt.
Einstellen der Vorderachse
Je nach Beinlänge des Fahrers kann die Vorderachsposition eingestellt werden.
Dazu die gekonterte Hutmutter lösen und die Schraube herausnehmen
(dazu sind zwei Stück 13mm Schlüssel erforderlich).
Schraube und Vorderachse in gewünschte neue Position einstecken.
Die erste M8 Mutter zunächst fest anziehen, bis sich der Vierkant der Schlossschraube
im Achslagerbock komplett versenkt hat. Dann Mutter wieder minimal lösen, so dass
sich der Achskörper leicht bewegen lässt.
Als letztes wird noch die Hutmutter aufgeschraubt und mit der ersten Mutter gekontert
(dies verhindert ein Lösen der Schrauben).
Wartung und Pflege:
- Alle Schrauben gelegentlich nachziehen!
- Bewegliche Teile des Antriebsmechanismus gelegentlich nachfetten!
- Räder von Zeit zu Zeit nachfetten!
- Verschlissene Teile umgehend erneuern!

Pedalo® Dutchman (rowing bike)
Before using the device for the first time
(or before starting with assembly),
please read instruction completely and keep it.
Before starting fitting work, identify all parts and make sure that they are complete.
Important information and warnings:
Warning! Not suitable for children under age 3. Choking hazard such as from small parts.
Warning! To use with protective equipment. It must not be used in traffic or on public roads.
Warning! The packing is not part of the product and have to be disposed.
Keep plastic bags and films out of the reach of babies and young children –RISK OF SUFFOCATION!
Warning! The device is only to be used for the purposes described in this user manual.
Even if this device is also play-equipment for children, the assembling should be carried out or supervised always
by an adult.
Warning! Only use device on largely level ground with even and firm surfaces. When you release the drive lever on
steep terrain, the oared racer accelerates in an uncontrolled manner. There is an increased danger of injuries!
After longer or frequent use, check that the screws are tight and retighten if necessary.
Defective and worn parts should be replaced by original replacement parts immediately.
Protect item from damp and wet.

Mounting of the rear axle:
First remove the axle cover and the nut +
washer on the push rod. Add grease from the
tube to all the points marked with
Insert the rear axle. Replace the axle covers on
the screws and tighten them.
Fasten the push rod with the rear axle. Tighten
all screws again.
Mounting the drive wheel
The drive wheel is firmly screwed to the rear
axle at the specially flattened point on the rear
axle.
Make sure that the screw hits the flattened spot
on the axle exactly!
On the outer side of the wheel
an adjusting ring is screwed on.
Mounting the freewheel wheels
Add some grease to all freewheels and axles.

An adjusting ring is screwed on both
sides.

Use a washer on the inside.
A set collar is screwed on the
outside.
Adjusting the front axle
The front axle position can be adjusted depending on the driver's leg length.
To do this, loosen the countered cap nut and remove the screw
(two 13mm wrenches are required)
Then insert screw and front axle into desired new position.
First tighten the first M8 nut firmly until the square of the carriage bolt has completely
countersunk in the axle bearing block. Then loosen the nut again slightly so that the axle
beam can be moved easily.
Finally, the cap nut is screwed on and locked with the first nut.
(this prevents the screws from loosening)
Maintenance and care:
- Retighten all screws occasionally.
- Occasionally regrease all moving parts of the driving mechanism.
- Regrease the wheel bearings from time to time.
- Replace worn parts immediately.
