ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES
1. Después de desembalarlo, compruebe que el producto esté intacto y que no presenta signos visibles
de daños provocados durante el transporte. Si tiene alguna duda, no lo utilice y llévelo al punto de
venta o bien a un servicio técnico autorizado.
2. Utilice únicamente la batería y el cargador suministrados con el producto. No intercambiar con otros
aparatos.
3. Compruebe que el voltaje de su red eléctrica coincide con el indicado en la etiqueta de características
del cargador.
4. El producto no debe ser usado en enfermos o personas impedidas, ni en personas insensibles al calor
o con discapacidad física, sensorial o mental. Tampoco debe ser usado por niños, ni por personas con
falta de experiencia y conocimiento en su uso, a menos que hayan sido convenientemente instruidas
en el uso seguro del producto por una persona responsable. En cualquier caso, los niños deberán ser
siempre vigilados para asegurar que no juegan con el producto.
5. No utilizar bajo los efectos del alcohol, somníferos, sedantes o estupefacientes.
6. El producto no debe ser usado en animales.
7. No usar el producto en regiones de la piel con heridas, cicatrices, inamaciones o alteraciones causa-
das por enfermedad. Se desaconseja su uso en personas que sufran ebitis, artritis u otros procesos
inamatorios, ya que la aplicación de calor podría empeorarlos. Consulte a su médico.
8. Estos productos han sido diseñados exclusivamente para uso doméstico, y no para uso profesional o
uso médico en un hospital.
9. El producto debe ser utilizado únicamente como elemento calefactor del cuerpo humano, cubriendo
la parte del cuerpo a tratar. Cualquier otro uso se considerará peligroso. El fabricante no se hace
responsable de ningún daño provocado por un uso inadecuado o incorrecto.
10. En caso de utilizar marcapasos debe consultar previamente a su médico.
11. Evite usar el producto estando doblado o arrugado. No guarde el producto arrugado.

12. No clavar alleres, agujas u otros objetos punzantes.
13. No colocar encima objetos pesados.
14. No superponer nunca con otros elementos calefactores (otros vendajes o almohadillas térmicas,
calientacamas, bolsas de agua caliente, etc).
15. No cubra la batería durante el funcionamiento, ni la coloque encima ni debajo de la parte calefactora.
16. Una aplicación prolongada del producto a una temperatura elevada, puede provocar quemaduras en
la piel. ¡No se duerma durante el uso del producto!
17. En caso de pieles sensibles se recomienda no usar directamente sobre la piel desnuda. Comprobar
frecuentemente el estado de la piel para evitar quemaduras. Desconecte inmediatamente el produc-
to si nota molestias, escozor o dolor de cualquier tipo, o bien si la piel aparece enrojecida o presenta
erupciones o inamación.
18. No deje el producto en funcionamiento sin vigilancia.
19. Evite en cualquier circunstancia mojar la batería y el cargador. No use el producto si esta mojado.
20. No exponga el producto a la intemperie (lluvia, sol, etc).
21. Mantenga alejados del fuego el vendaje, la batería y el cargador.
22. No utilice el vendaje junto con cremas, pomadas o aceites, que podrían dañar el tejido con el que ha
sido fabricado.
23. Desconecte la batería del vendaje y desenchufe el cargador de la red cuando no los utilice.
24. Antes de limpiar el producto, recuerde desconectar la batería.
25. Para la limpieza del producto, proceder según el apartado de conservación de este manual.
26. No transporte el vendaje sujetándolo de la batería.
27. Examine frecuentemente el producto, para comprobar si presenta signos de deterioro o daños. Si ve
alguno de estos signos, no siga utilizándolo y llévelo a un servicio técnico autorizado.
28. Este tipo de productos no tienen partes reparables ni reemplazables por el usuario. En caso de que
se rompa, deje de funcionar, o simplemente no funcione adecuadamente o presente cualquier ano-
malía en su funcionamiento, desconéctelo y llévelo a un servicio técnico autorizado. No intente nunca
repararlo por usted mismo.
29. Para cualquier otra consulta relativa a nuestros productos, diríjase a nuestro servicio postventa.
ADVERTENCIAS SOBRE EL USO DE LA BATERIA
30. No use la batería con otros productos distintos a los suministrados.
31. No use la batería si el conector aparece dañado u oxidado.
32. No cortocircuite jamás los contactos metálicos situados en el conector de la batería. No la guarde
junto a objetos metálicos pequeños. No la envuelva utilizando un material conductor.
33. No desmonte ni manipule la batería por usted mismo.
34. Mantenga la batería fuera del alcance de los niños.
35. Mantenga la batería alejada del fuego o del agua.
36. La batería se suministra sólo parcialmente cargada. Previamente a su uso, proceda a una carga completa.
37. Recargue la batería tan sólo con el cargador suministrado.
38. Retire la batería del cargador cuando esté totalmente cargada. No la deje permanentemente conec-
tada al mismo.
39. Todas las baterías se autodescargan lentamente con el tiempo de una forma natural. Proceda a una
recarga completa antes de cada uso.
40. Cuando la batería vaya a ser guardada sin ser usada por un periodo prolongado, cárguela previamen-
te tan sólo hasta la mitad de su capacidad, según lo descrito en el apartado de carga de la batería de
este manual. Repita este procedimiento al menos una vez cada 6 meses.
41. Con el tiempo todas las baterías van perdiendo su capacidad de almacenamiento de carga. La batería
incorporada en este producto ha sido especicada para 300 ciclos de carga-descarga.
42. Al nal de la vida útil de la batería, llévela a un centro de recogida selectiva para proceder al reciclaje
y/o eliminación segura de sus componentes. No arrojarla jamás al fuego o al agua.

LÍNEA DE VENDAJES TÉRMICOS
Los vendajes térmicos han sido desarrollados en colaboración con especialistas médicos y
sioterapeutas y constituyen una alternativa única a los métodos tradicionales de terapia
térmica:
• permiten la aplicación local de calor exactamente en la zona a tratar. Todos los modelos
han sido diseñados para adaptarse de forma única a articulaciones y regiones corporales
especicas.
• su estructura de tejido multicapa con base de neopreno, es elastica para permitir un
ajuste perfecto al cuerpo y una suave compresión uniformemente distribuida en toda la
zona de la articulación.
El tejido es aislante térmico que retiene el calor y evita que se pierda en el ambiente,
manteniendo caliente la articulación y musculatura vecina y favoreciendo la penetración del
calor hacia el interior de la articulación.
• su funcionamiento a baja tensión garantiza la máxima seguridad en el uso.
• su alimentación a batería permite libertad completa de movimientos.
La llegada de esta nueva tecnología de calor portátil, convierte en anticuados y obsoletos y
permitirá olvidar todos los métodos anteriormente existentes: compresas o bolsas de agua
caliente, gel packs que se deben calentar al baño María o en el horno microondas, packs
químicos no recargables, etc.

BENEFICIOS DEL CALOR
La aplicación local de calor inuye de forma beneciosa estimulando el metabolismo del
cuerpo y las funciones celulares, por la dilatación de los vasos sanguíneos, el aumento de ujo
sanguíneo y el mayor aporte de oxígeno y de nutrientes producido en la zona tratada. Se
estimula con ello de una forma completamente natural la recuperación y regeneración de los
tejidos dañados, la eliminación de toxinas, materiales de desecho y del ácido láctico, con lo
que se mejora la vitalidad y se previenen otros trastornos.
El calor reduce además la tensión y rigidez muscular acumulada en músculos sobrecargados
y doloridos o bien en dolencias reumáticas. El calor reduce asimismo la sensación de dolor,
por reducir la ecacia de los receptores de dolor locales en transmitir estos estímulos al
cerebro. Es por todo ello que el calor alivia la tensión y el estrés, y mejora en denitiva la
sensación de confort y bienestar.

USO RAZONABLE DEL CALOR
La aplicación local de calor, no requiere de elevadas temperaturas ni de períodos de aplica-
ción prolongados para obtener resultados beneciosos.
En el diseño de esta familia de vendajes se ha tenido en cuenta este criterio, de manera que
la temperatura de trabajo ha sido ajustada a un nivel razonable (55 ºC aproximadamente,
según medidas de temperatura realizadas en condiciones especícas de laboratorio). Para
maximizar los efectos beneciosos del calor, se recomienda la aplicación del vendaje duran-
te periodos de sólo 20-30 minutos por sesión. Consulte a su médico o sioterapeuta.
El calor no debe ser nunca excesivo, nunca debe de dejar de ser agradable ó provocar
sensación de malestar mientras se aplica. Recuerde vigilar frecuentemente posibles signos
de exceso de calor en su piel. Desconecte inmediatamente el producto si nota molestias,
enrojecimiento, escozor o dolor de cualquier tipo.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Coloquese en posición el vendaje y fíjelo de forma rme a la zona del cuerpo a tratar
mediante las tiras elásticas con Velcro.
2. Conecte la batería al vendaje y revise que haya quedado correctamente conectada.
3. Introduzca la batería en el bolsillo para la batería, (g. 4) y je este sobre una zona cual-
quiera del vendaje donde le resulte más cómodo.
4. Si todo es correcto el vendaje comienza a calentar. Espere unos segundos hasta percibir
un agradable calor. Asegúrese de haber colocado y sujetado el vendaje en la posición
correcta sobre la parte del cuerpo a tratar. En cualquier caso, evite siempre que se formen
pliegues o arrugas mientras usa el producto.
5. Prolongue su tratamiento el tiempo deseado, pero en general no más de 20-30 minutos
(vea el apartado titulado “Uso razonable del calor”).
6. Cuando no vaya a utilizar el vendaje durante un tiempo prolongado, aconsejamos que lo
guarde con la batería desconectada y que proceda a una recarga de la batería hasta la mitad
de su capacidad, según lo descrito en el apartado de carga de la batería de este manual.
CARGA DE LA BATERÍA
1. Conecte la batería al cargador y enchufe el cargador a la red (g. 3). Inmediatamente el
LED indicador del cargador se ilumina en color rojo, indicando que el proceso de carga se
ha iniciado.
NOTA: En caso de que el LED indicador se encienda en verde, retire la batería del cargador,
pues se encuentra completamente cargada.
2. El proceso de carga dura aproximadamente unas 4 horas para una batería completa-
mente descargada. Al nal de este proceso, el indicador rojo de la batería se torna verde.
Una vez la batería completamente cargada, puede retirarla del cargador. y desenchufar el
cargador para evitar el malgasto de energía.
NOTA: Cuando la batería no vaya a ser usada por un periodo prolongado, antes de
guardarla cárguela previamente tan sólo hasta la mitad de su capacidad. Para ello descargue
completamente la batería conectándola por tiempo suciente al vendaje, y a continuación
proceda a cargarla de nuevo, durante un tiempo aproximado de 2h. Repita este procedi-
miento al menos una vez cada 6 meses.

GUÍA DE RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
PROBLEMA SOLUCIÓN
1. El vendaje
no calienta
Revise la conexión de la batería al vendaje. Si es correcta, entonces la
batería puede estar descargada y necesitar una recarga. Retírela del vendaje,
recárguela completamente durante el tiempo necesario (ver instrucciones de
recarga de la batería) y vuelva a intentarlo.
También puede tratarse de un simple problema de apreciación. No son ables
comprobaciones rápidas efectuadas con el vendaje sin cubrir, ya que puede
originar apreciaciones erróneas del calor. Pruebe a cubrirlo con una manta, toalla
o paño grueso, y espere al menos 30 minutos. Si transcurrido este tiempo sigue sin
apreciar el calor, acuda a un servicio técnico autorizado.
2. El vendaje
calienta poco
En caso de que el calor percibido se considere insuciente, pruebe lo siguiente:
colocar el vendaje directamente en contacto con la piel para mejorar la
transmisión del calor, cubriéndolo a continuación por el otro lado con una
toalla, manta o prenda similar, impidiendo así que parte del calor generado se
disipe en el ambiente.
3. La batería no
se carga
Revise la conexión entre el cargador y la batería y entre el cargador y la toma
de red. Compruebe que existe tensión en la toma de red.
Si con lo anterior no resuelve el problema, diríjase a un servicio técnico
autorizado.
LIMPIEZA DEL PRODUCTO
Antes de limpiar el producto, recuerde retirar antes la batería. Recuerde que batería y
cargador no pueden mojarse.
Para la limpieza básica del vendaje, recomendamos únicamente el cepillado con un cepillo
suave.
Para las manchas pequeñas, pueden utilizarse jabón líquido o espuma seca y un paño o es-
ponja. Deposite uniformemente la espuma sobre la supercie del producto y a continuación
cepille.
En caso de tener que lavar con agua, lave solo a mano y utilizando agua tibia y un deter-
gente neutro. Nunca utilice lejía. Lave frotando o cepillado con suavidad y evitando siempre
retorcer.
Después del lavado aclare a fondo y extienda el vendaje plano o tiéndalo vertical evitando
doblarlo. Colóquelo siempre a la sombra, pues la exposición al sol durante horas podría
dañar el material del vendaje. No planchar.
CONSERVACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
Deje enfriar el producto antes de doblar y guardar. Guárdelo en lugar fresco y seco
evitando doblarlo o arrugarlo excesivamente, y evitando apilar sobre él objetos pesados
o punzantes. Preste atención a las instrucciones de conservación de la batería en caso de
periodos prolongados sin uso.
Examínelo con frecuencia (vendaje, batería y cargador) para comprobar que no existen
señales de rotura, deterioro o desgaste. En caso de detectarlas, recuerde que este tipo de
productos no tienen partes reparables ni reemplazables por el usuario. Por ello no intente
repararlo por usted mismo y llévelo a un servicio técnico autorizado.

ADVERTENCIAS PARA LA ELIMINACIÓN
DE APARATOS USADOS
Según la Directiva europea 2012/19/CE WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Elec-
tronic Equipment), al nalizar su vida útil, los aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos
deberán desecharse de forma separada de los residuos domésticos, llevándo-
los a un centro de recogida selectiva para aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos,
donde procederán al reciclaje o eliminación de sus componentes de una forma
respetuosa con el medio ambiente y sin producir efectos perjudiciales para la
salud. Esta Directiva para la eliminación de los residuos de los aparatos eléctri-
cos y electrónicos es de aplicación en todo el ámbito de la Unión Europea. Las
autoridades competentes en materia de eliminación de desechos (por ejemplo
el Ayuntamiento de su localidad) podrán informarle sobre las posibilidades de
eliminación de aparatos en desuso en su zona o región.

BEFORE USE
1. After removing the packaging, inspect the product carefully to make sure it has no signs of damage
caused during transport. In case of any doubt, do not use the product and take it to your dealer or to
an authorized service centre.
2. Use only the battery and the charger supplied with the product. Never interchange them with those
of other appliances.
3. Make sure your mains rating corresponds to the stated on the charger’s label.
4. This product must not be used with sick or disabled persons, with persons insensitive to heat or per-
sons with restricted physical, sensory or mental capabilities. It also must not be used by children or by
people lacking the required experience and knowledge of product operation unless they are properly
instructed on how to operate the product safely. In all circumstances, while using the product, children
should always be supervised by an adult to prevent them from playing with it.
5. Do not use the product under the effects of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives.
6. Do not use the product on animals.
7. Do not apply the product to the body areas where the skin presents scars, wounds, inammation or
any other alteration due to illness. The product should not be used by persons suffering from phlebitis,
arthritis or other inammations since heat may aggravate the desease. Consult your physician.
8. This product is designed for home use only. It is not intended for professional applications or medical
use in hospitals.
9. Heating bandages should only be used for warming a specic part of human body. Any other use
of the product will be considered hazardous. The manufacturer will decline all responsibility for any
damage due to improper or incorrect use.
10. Pacemaker users should consult their physician before using the product.
11. Do not use the product folded or creased. Do not store the product creased.
12. Do not stick pins, needles or other sharp objects into the product.
13. Do not place heavy objects onto the product.
14. Never bring the product into contact with other sources of heat, such as other heating bandages,
heating pads, heating underblankets, hot water bottles, etc.

15. Do not cover the battery while operating the product; do not place it on the heating element or
under it while the unit is in operation.
16. Excessively long use of heating bandages running at a high temperature may produce skin burns.
Avoid falling asleep with heating bandage in operation.
17. It is not recommended to apply the bandage directly on the skin for persons with sensitive skin. Take
care to inspect frequently the skin in order to avoid skin burns. Disconnect the bandage immediately
if you note burning or if the skin turns red or presents inammations.
18. Do not leave the product unattended while in operation.
19. In any circumstances avoid wetting the battery and the charger. Do not use the product if wet.
20. Do not expose the product to environmental agents (rain, sun, etc.).
21. Keep the bandage, the battery and the charger away from re.
22. Do not use creams or body oils that could damage the bandage.
23. Detach the battery and unplug the charger while not in use.
24. Detach the battery before cleaning the bandage.
25. For bandage cleaning please follow instructions in a specic section of this manual.
26. Do not hold the product by the battery to move or carry it.
27. Inspect the product frequently for signs of wear or damage. If these signs appear, do not use the
product and take it to an authorized service centre.
28. This product has no parts intended to be repaired or replaced by the user. If any part of the product
fails, or the product does not perform properly, or if there is any other kind of anomaly, do not
attempt to repair it and instead take the product to an authorized service centre.
29. For any further information on our products please consult our customer service.
ADVICE ON BATTERY USE
30. Do not use the battery with other appliances.
31. Do not use the battery if the connector is damaged or presents signs of rust.
32. Never short-circuit the battery. Avoid keeping it together with small metallic objects. Do not wrap it
in any conductor material.
33. Do not attempt to disassemble or alter any part of the battery.
34. Keep the battery away from children.
35. Keep the battery away from re and water.
36. Battery is supplied half charged. Proceed to fully charge it before use.
37. To recharge the battery use only the supplied charger.
38. Once the battery is fully charged unplug it from the charger. Do not leave it plugged in when unne-
cessary.
39. Batteries gradually self-discharge with time. Proceed to fully charge the battery before each use.
40. Before storing the battery for a long period of time half charge it as explained in a specic section of
this manual. Repeat the operation at least every half a year.
41. The capacity of rechargeable batteries gradually decreases. The supplied battery is designed to provide
300 discharge /charge cycles.
42. After a battery has reached the end of its lifetime take it to a green collecting point in order to assure
the subsequent dispatch of the discarded elements for recycling, treatment and environmentally
compatible disposal. Do not dispose it in re or in water.

BENEFITS OF HEAT THERAPY
Local heat application stimulates metabolism and cell functions, dilates blood vessels increa-
sing blood ow, oxygenation and nutrition of the affected area. This contributes to stimulate
processes of regeneration and recovery of affected tissues, as well as elimination of toxins,
products of tissue decay and lactic acid which improves vitality and helps to prevent other
diseases.
Heat also reduces muscular tension and stiffness caused by overuse or overstretching and is
also very helpful in case of rheumatic pains. Heat also relieves pain sensation since it reduces
pain receptors stimulation and transmitting pain signals to the spinal cord and brain. Heat
eases muscle tension and stress. and denitely makes great improvement in our sensation of
comfort and well-being.
REASONABLE HEAT TREATMENT
In order to bring positive effects, heat treatment does not require high temperatures
or long time applications. It is with this premise in mind that the new series of heating
bandages was created. Operating temperature is set at approximately 55ºC, as measured in
laboratory conditions. To get maximum benet from heat treatment it is recommended to
apply the bandage during 20 to 30 minutes. Consult your physician or physiotherapist.
Heat must be clearly perceptible but never excessive. It should always be pleasant and
should never cause physical trouble. Take care to inspect frequently the skin in order to
avoid skin burns. Disconnect the bandage immediately if you note burning or itch or if the
skin turns red or presents inammations.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the bandage onto a specic body part and x it with the help of elastic straps.
2. Connect the battery to the bandage, and check that the battery has been properly
connected.
3. Insert the battery in the battery pocket, (g. 4) and stick it on any area of the bandage
which is most comfortable.
4. At this point the bandage begins warming up and in a few seconds you will be able to perceive a
pleasant heat. Make sure the bandage is xed correctly. Check that there are no creases or folds.
5. You may extend the treatment period if necessary; remember, however, that generally it
should not last more than 20 to 30 minutes (see “Reasonable heat treatment”).
6. If the battery is not to be used for a considerable period of time store it disconnected
from the bandage. Half charge the battery before storing as explained in a specic section
of this manual.
BATTERY CHARGING
1. Connect the battery to the charger and plug the charger into the mains socket. (g. 3)
Red LED indicates the charging cycle is on.
NOTE: Green LED indicates that the battery is already fully charged. In this case unplug it from the
charger and unplug the charger from the mains socket.
2. Charging cycle will take about 4 hours for a completely discharged battery. When
charging is over LED turns green. When the battery is fully charged disconnect it from the
charger. Unplug the charger from the mains to reduce consumption.
NOTE: Half charge the battery before storing if it is not to be used for a considerable
period of time. Proceed as follows: completely discharge the battery connecting it to the
bandage and then put it to charge for about 2 hours. Repeat the procedure at least once in
half a year.

up
The battery may be connected the the bandage incorrectly. Check the
connection.
Remember that the battery may be completely discharged. Disconnect the
battery from the bandage, and proceed to fully charge (see chapter on battery
charging).
It may also be a question of feeling.
Remember that quick checks carried out with uncovered bandage are not
reliable. Try to cover the product with a blanket or a towel and wait at least
30 minutes. If you still do not perceive heat, take the product to an authorized
service centre.
2. The bandage
warms up
insufciently
If you perceive that the heat emitted by the product is insufcient, try the
following: remove the clothes from the part of the body to which the bandage is
intended to be applied and then apply the bandage directly on the skin, covering
its other side with a towel. This will increase heat transmission, as well as avoid
the dissipation of some of the heat.
3. Battery does
not charge.
Check the connection between the battery and the charger., and check if the
charger is plugged in correctly. Check if your mains socket has voltage. If the
problem persists take the product to an authorized service centre.

CLEANING
Before cleaning the bandage disconnect the battery. Never wet the battery and the charger.
For a basic cleaning of the bandages soft brushing is recommended. To get smaller stains out use a
moist cloth or sponge with some liquid soap or cleaning foam.
Apply the foam regularly on the product’s surface and then brush it. If washing is necessary
remember that only hand washing is permitted. Use a soft detergent and rub or brush softly
avoiding wringing the bandage. Never bleach the bandage.
After washing, extend the bandage at or hang it, avoid folding it. Always place the bandage in
the shadow since direct sunlight could damage the bandage. Do not iron the bandage.
STORAGE
Let the product cool down before folding it for storage. Avoid excessive folds or creases. Store it in
a cool dry place. Do not place any heavy objects on the product. Follow the instructions on battery
storage when not in use for long periods of time.
Inspect the product (the bandage, the battery and the charger) frequently for signs of wear,
damage or misuse. If these signs appear, do not use the product. Remember this product
has no parts intended to be repaired or replaced by the user. Do not try to carry out
repairs and, instead, take the product to an authorized service centre.
ADVICE ON DISPOSAL
According to EU Directive 2012/19/EC WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electro-
nic Equipment), electrical and electronic devices must be disposed of separately
from household refuse, delivering them to a special refuse collection point, in
order to assure the subsequent dispatch of the discarded equipment for re-
cycling, treatment and environmentally compatible disposal, thus contributing to
the prevention of possible negative effects on the environment and on health.
Your local authorities will provide you further information on how to dispose
of your inoperative appliances.
WARRANTY
S.L. guarantees this product against manufacturing and material defects for a
period of two years from the date of purchase.
S.L. will replace or repair the defective item free of charge, including labour
and spare parts, if the defect derives from manufacturing and/or material reasons, and if the
product is handed by the customer to an authorized service centre.
If replacement or repair is not possible, the customer may claim for refund or buy a supe-
rior model paying the difference. This warranty will not be valid if not accompanied by the original
purchase bill or ticket. Application of the warranty will not imply any extension of its period.
This warranty will not cover any defect due to reasons beyond manufacturing, such as trans-
portation damages, non observance of the operating instructions, careless or improper use,
wear and tear, damages caused by a blow or fall, water, chemical agents, etc.
This warranty will not cover any cases of improper use of the product, such as professional
or medical use. This warranty will not cover any damage if improper repairs were attempted
by unauthorized personnel.
S.L. declines all responsibility for any damage caused directly or indirectly to
persons, pets or properties deriving from non observance of these operating instructions.
This warranty is only valid in the country where the product was purchased.

ОБЩИЕ УКАЗАНИЯ
1. Распаковав изделие, убедитесь в том, что на нем нет никаких повреждений, нанесенных во время
