2. Safety Instructions
•Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer
will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
•A qualified technician should install and service this device.
•Do not switch the device on immediately after it has been exposed to changes in temperature.
•It is essential that the device be earthed. Your electric system must be supplied with a magneto cut-out safety.
Have a qualified person carry out the electric connection.
•Make sure that the available voltage does not exceed the voltage stated in the specifications of this manual.
•Do not crimp the power cord and protect it against damage. Have an authorised dealer replace it if necessary.
•Disconnect the device from the mains to clean it or when it is not in use. Handle the power cord by the plug only.
•Note that damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.
•Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.
3. General Guidelines
•This device should only be used with an alternating current of max. 230VAC / 50Hz.
•Select a location where the device is protected against frost and low temperatures.
•Do not stand under hoisted loads.
•Make sure the steel cable is correctly wound around the reeland the pitch is equal the cable diameter.
•Observe the maximum load indicated on the hoist, not that on the hook.
•Leave at least three turns of cable around the reel so that the cable connection is not under stress.
•To avoid danger, do not wind more than 15m of cable around the reel.
•Replace a worn-out cable with a cable with the same specifications.
•If the device cannot hoist a load, do not keep pressing the push button. It means the load exceeds the maximum capacity.
•Attention: The device’s electric motor is not supplied with any overload cut-out to avoid unexpected and unwanted
restart. Therefore, if you are unable to hoist a load, do not insist and let the motor cool down.
Be very careful during the installation: touching live wires can cause life-threatening electroshocks.
Keep this device away from rain and moisture.
Unplug the mains lead before opening the housing.

•Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.
•All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.
•Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other uses may lead to short circuits, burns, electroshocks,
crash, etc. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.
4. Installation
The WEH200 / WEH300 is provided with a specially designed bracket system which
allows mounting the hoist on a pipe.
5. Use
First, check that the switches are in good working condition.
•Make sure the power switch is set to “OFF”.
•Make sure that the available voltage does not exceed the voltage stated in the specifications of this manual.
•Insert the plug into the mains outlet.
•Set the power switch to “ON”. The device starts operating.
•Set the power switch to “OFF” to stop the device.
In case a cable extension is needed, it is absolutely important to respect the table’s data.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. All screws securing the brackets and reduction gear should be tightened and free of corrosion.
2. The housing, visible parts, mounting supports and the installation location (e.g. ceiling, suspension, trussing)
should not be deformed, modified or tampered with e.g. do not drill extra holes in mounting supports, do not
change the location of the connections.
3. Moving mechanic parts must not show any signs of wear and tear.
4. The electric power supply cables must not show any damage. Have a qualified technician maintain the device.
5. Disconnect the device from the mains prior to maintenance activities.
6. Check that the steel cable, the motor stop switch and the push button are in good working condition.
7. All nuts securing the steel cable clamps should be tightened and free of corrosion.

•Cet appareil doit être mis à la terre. Munissez votre système électrique d’une protection magnétothermique. Un
technicien qualifié doit établir la connexion électrique.
•La tension réseau ne peut pas dépasser la tension mentionnée dans les spécifications à la fin de cette notice.
•Le câble d'alimentation ne peut pas être replissé ou endommagé. Demandez à votre revendeur de renouveler le
câble d'alimentation si nécessaire.
•Débranchez l’appareil s’il n’est pas utilisé ou pour le nettoyer. Tirez la fiche pour débrancher l'appareil; non pas le câble.
•Les dommages occasionnés par des modifications à l'appareil par le client, ne tombent pas sous la garantie.
•Gardez votre WEH200 / WEH300 hors de la portée de personnes non qualifiées et de jeunes enfants.
3. Directives générales
•Branchez cet appareil à une source de courant CA de max. 230VCA / 50Hz.
•Choisissez un endroit où l’appareil est protégé contre le gel et les températures basses.
•Ne circulez pas sous les charges suspendues.
•Vérifiez soigneusement que le câble en acier soit enroulé correctement sur le tambour avec un pas
correspondant au diamètre du câble.
•Respectez la charge maximale affichée sur le palan et non sur le crochet.
•Laissez au moins trois tours de câble sur la bobine pour ne pas endommager la fixation du câble.
•N’enroulez pas plus de 15m de câble pour éviter une sortie du câble du tambour.
•Si le câble en acier est usé, il doit être remplacé par un câble avec les mêmes caractéristiques que le câble d’origine.
Être prudent lors de l’installation : toucher un câble sous tension peut causer des électrochocs mortels.
Protéger l’appareil contre la pluie et l’humidité.
Débrancher le câble d'alimentation avant d'ouvrir le boîtier.

•Si le palan n’arrive pas à soulever une charge, ne persistez pas et relâchez le bouton d’actionnement. Il est
possible que la charge dépasse la capacité du palan.
•Attention: Le moteur du palan n’est pas muni d’une protection thermique pour éviter les redémarrages imprévus
et non désirés. Quand le palan n’arrive pas à soulever une charge, n’insistez pas et laissez refroidir le moteur.
•Transportez l'appareil dans son emballage originel.
•Toute modification de l’appareil est interdite pour des raisons de sécurité.
•N’utilisez votre WEH200 / WEH300 qu’à sa fonction prévue. Tout autre usage peut causer des courts-circuits, des
brûlures, des électrochocs etc. Un usage impropre annule d'office la garantie.
4. Installation
Votre WEH200 / WEH300 est doté d’un fixage spécial permettant l’accrochage à un tuyau.
5. Emploi
Avant de commencer le travail, vérifiez le bon fonctionnement des interrupteurs.
•Assurez-vous du fait que l’interrupteur est positionné sur “OFF”.
•Vérifiez que la tension réseau ne dépasse pas la tension mentionnée dans les spécifications à la fin de cette notice.
•Branchez le cordon d’alimentation à la prise de courant.
•Mettez l’interrupteur sur “ON”. L’appareil commencera à marcher.
•Mettez l’interrupteur sur “OFF” pour arrêter l’appareil.
En cas d’utilisation d’une rallonge, il est indispensable de respecter les indications selon le tableau ci-dessous.

6. Nettoyage et entretien
1. Vérifiez le serrage et l’état des vis qui fixent l’attache supérieure de l’appareil et du réducteur.
2. Le boîtier, les supports de montage et la construction portante ne peuvent pas être déformés, adaptés ou bricolés
p.ex. pas de trous additionnels dans un support, ne pas déplacer les connexions etc.
3. Les parties mécaniques mobiles ne peuvent pas être usées ou bouger de manière irrégulière.
4. Les câbles d'alimentation ne peuvent pas être endommagés. Un technicien qualifié doit entretenir l’appareil.
5. Débranchez l'appareil avant de le nettoyer.
6. Vérifiez que le câble en acier, les boutons de l’arrêt du moteur et celui de l’actionnement soient en bon état.
7. .Serrez les écrous du serre-câble et vérifiez qu'ils ne rouillent pas

1. Inleiding en kenmerken

Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt weggeworpen,
dit toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu.
Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij een
gespecialiseerd bedrijf terechtkomen voor recyclage.
U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen.
Respecteer de plaatselijke milieuwetgeving.

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
•De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal
de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.
•Laat dit toestel installeren en onderhouden door een geschoolde technicus.
•Om beschadiging te vermijden, zet u het toestel best niet aan onmiddellijk nadat het werd blootgesteld aan
temperatuurschommelingen. Wacht tot het toestel op kamertemperatuur gekomen is.
•Dit toestel moet geaard moet zijn. Voorzie de elektrische installatie van een beveiligingsschakelaar verbonden
met een thermisch relais. Een geschoolde technicus moet de elektrische aansluiting verzorgen.
•De beschikbare netspanning mag niet hoger zijn dan de spanning in de specificaties achteraan de handleiding.
•De voedingskabel mag niet omgeplooid of beschadigd zijn. Laat uw dealer zo nodig een nieuwe kabel plaatsen.
•Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact (trek nooit aan de kabel!) voordat u het toestel reinigt en als u het niet gebruikt.
•Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan het toestel vallen niet onder de garantie.
•Houd dit toestel uit de buurt van kinderen en onbevoegden.
3. Algemene Richtlijnen
•U mag dit toestel enkel gebruiken op een wisselspanning van maximum 230VAC / 50Hz.
•Installeer het toestel weg van vrieskou en lage temperaturen.
•Loop niet onder de ladingen.
•Controleer zorgvuldig of de stalen kabel correct op de trommel is opgerold met een doorgang die overeenstemt
met de diameter van de kabel.
•Respecteer de maximumbelasting van het apparaat, niet die van de haak.
•Laat minstens drie kabelwentelingen op de trommel om de kabelbevestiging niet te beschadigen.
•Rol niet meer dan 15m kabel af.
•Vervang een versleten kabel door een kabel met dezelfde eigenschappen.
Wees voorzichtig bij de installatie: raak geen kabels aan die onder stroom staan om
dodelijke elektroshocks
te vermijden.
Bescherm dit toestel tegen regen en vochtigheid.
Verzeker u ervan dat het toestel niet aangesloten is op een stroombron alvorens het te openen.

•Als het apparaat er niet in slaagt een lading te hijsen, dring dan niet aan. Het apparaat zal de maximumbelasting
hebben bereikt.
•Opgelet: De motor van de takel is niet voorzien van een thermische beveiliging om onvoorziene en ongewenste herstarten te
vermijden. Wanneerde takeler niet in slaagt een lading te hijsen, niet aandringen ende motor laten afkoelen.
•Gebruik de oorspronkelijke verpakking wanneer u het toestel vervoert.
•Om veiligheidsredenen mag de gebruiker geen wijzigingen aanbrengen aan het toestel.
•Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Andere toepassingen kunnen leiden tot kortsluitingen,
brandwonden, elektrische schokken, enz. Bij onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de garantie.
4. Installatie
De WEH200 / WEH300 is voorzien van een speciale bevestiging voor het vastmaken aan
een buis.
5. Gebruik
Controleer of de bedieningsknoppen in goede staat verkeren voor u het apparaat in gebruik neemt.
•Verzeker u ervan dat de schakelaar van het toestel op “OFF” staat.
•Controleer of de beschikbare netspanning overeenstemt met de netspanning achteraan deze handleiding.
•Stekker de stekker in het stopcontact.
•Zet de stroomschakelaar op “ON”. Het toestel begint te werken.
•Zet de stroomschakelaar op “OFF” om te toestel uit te zetten.
Bij gebruik van een verlengsnoer is het onontbeerlijk dat de richtlijnen in de tabel hieronder worden nageleefd.

6. Reiniging en onderhoud
1. De schroeven waarmee de bovenste aanhechting van het apparaat en de reductor vastgemaakt worden, moeten
goed zijn aangespannen en mogen geen sporen van roest vertonen.
2. De behuizing, de montagebeugels en de montageplaats mogen niet vervormd zijn of aangepast worden (geen
extra gaten in montagebeugels, aansluitingen niet verplaatsen etc.)
3. Mechanisch bewegende delen mogen geen sporen van slijtage vertonen en mogen niet onregelmatig bewegen.
4. De voedingskabels mogen niet beschadigd zijn. Laat het toestel onderhouden door een geschoolde technicus.
5. Ontkoppel het toestel van het lichtnet voor u aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden begint.
6. Controleer regelmatig of de stalen kabel en de bedieningsknoppen in goede staat verkeren.
7. De moeren van de stalen kabelklem moeten goed aangespannen zijn en mogen geen sporen van roest vertonen.

2. Instrucciones de seguridad
•Daños causados por descuido de las instrucciones de seguridad de este manual invalidarán su garantía y su
distribuidor no será responsable de ningún daño ni de otros problemas resultantes.
•La instalación y el mantenimiento deben ser realizados por personal especializado.
•No conecte el aparato si ha estado expuesto a grandes cambios de temperatura. Espere hasta que el aparato
llegue a la temperatura ambiente.
•Es esencial que el aparato esté puesto a tierra. Provea el sistema eléctrico de una protección magnetotérmica.
La conexión eléctrica debe llevarla a cabo un técnico cualificado.
•Asegúrese de que la tensión de red no sea mayor que la tensión indicada en las especificaciones.
•No aplaste el cable de alimentación y protéjalo contra posibles daños causados por algún tipo de superficie
afilada. Si es necesario, pida a su distribuidor reemplazar el cable de alimentación.

3. Normas generales
•Conecte este aparato a una fuente de corriente CA de máx. 230VCA / 50Hz.
•Seleccione un lugar de montaje donde el aparato no esté expuesto al frío glacial y temperaturas bajas.
•No circule por debajo de las cargas colgadas.
•Verifique cuidadosamente que el cable de acero esté enrollado correctamente con un paso de acuerdo con el
diámetro del cable.
•Respete la carga máx. del aparato y no la carga del gancho.
•Deje al menos tres revoluciones de cable en la bobina para no dañar la fijación del cable.
Cuidado durante la instalación: puede sufrir una peligrosa descarga eléctrica al tocar los cables con un
voltaje peligroso.
No exponga este equipo a lluvia o humedad.
Desconecte el cable de alimentación de la red antes de abrir la caja.

•No desenrolle más de 15m de cable.
•Si el cable de acero está usado, reemplácelo por un cable con las mismas características que el cable original.
•Si el aparato no consigue levantar una carga, no insista. Es posible que la carga haya sobrepasado la capacidad
máxima.
•¡Ojo!: El motor del aparato no está equipado con una protección térmica para evitar que el aparato vuelva a
arrancar de manera imprevista y no deseada. Si el aparato no llega a levantar una carga, no insista y deje que el
motor se enfríe.
•Transporte el aparato en su embalaje original.
•Por razones de seguridad, las modificaciones no autorizadas del aparato están prohibidas.
•Utilice sólo el WEH200 / WEH300 para las aplicaciones descritas en este manual a fin de evitar p.ej.
cortocircuitos, quemaduras, descargas eléctricas, etc. Un uso desautorizado puede causar daños y anula la
garantía completamente.
4. Instalación
El WEH200 / WEH300 está equipado con un sistema de fijación especial que permite la fijación a un tubo.
5. Uso
Antes de empezar el trabajo, verifique el buen funcionamiento de los interruptores.
•Asegúrese de que el interruptor esté en la posición “OFF”.
•Asegúrese de que la tensión de red no sea mayor que la tensión indicada en las
especificaciones.
•Conecte el cable de alimentación a la red.
•Ponga el interruptor en “ON”. El aparato empezará a funcionar.
•Ponga el interruptor en “OFF” para desactivar el aparato.

6. Limpieza y mantenimiento
1. Verifique que los tornillos de la parte superior y el reductor no pueden mostrar señales de oxidación.
2. No modifique la caja, los soportes y las ópticas p.ej. no taladre agujeros adicionales en un soporte o no modifique
las conexiones, etc.
3. Las partes móviles no pueden mostrar ningún rastro de desgaste y deben estar bien equilibradas.
4. No dañe los cables de alimentación. Contacte con un técnico especializado para instalar el aparato.
5. Desconecte el aparato de toda fuente antes de limpiarlo.
6. Verifique que el cable de acero, los botones de mando estén en buen estado.
7. Apriete bien las tuercas y los tornillos y verifique que no hay señales de oxidación

2. Sicherheitsvorschriften
•Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der
Garantieanspruch. Für daraus resultierende Folgeschäden übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung.
•Lassen Sie dieses Gerät von einem Fachmann installieren und warten.
•Das Gerät bei Temperaturschwankungen nicht sofort einschalten. Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Beschädigung,
indem Sie es ausgeschaltet lassen bis es akklimatisiert ist (Zimmertemperatur erreicht hat).
•Das Gerät muss geerdet sein. Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur von einer Fachkraft durchgeführt werden. Das
System muss mit einer magnetischen Abschaltung ausgestattet sein.
•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die anzuschließende Netzspannung nicht höher ist als die Netzspannung
beschrieben in "Technische Daten".
•Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzleitung nicht gequetscht oder durch scharfe Kanten beschädigt werden kann. Bei
Beschädigungen soll eine Fachkraft das Kabel ersetzen.
•Trennen Sie das Gerät bei Nichtbenutzung und vor jeder Reinigung vom Netz. Fassen Sie dazu den Netzstecker
an der Grifffläche an und ziehen Sie nie an der Netzleitung.
•Bei Schäden verursacht durch eigenmächtige Änderungen erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
•Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte vom Gerät fern.
3. Allgemeine Richtlinien
•Das Gerät ist nur zur Verwendung mit einer Wechselspannung von max. 230VAC / 50Hz konzipiert worden.
•Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Frost und niedrigen Temperaturen.
•Stehen oder arbeiten Sie nicht unter hängenden Lasten.
•Achten Sie darauf, dass das Stahlkabel richtig aufgewickelt ist (siehe Abbildung).
•Beachten Sie die max. Belastungauf dem Hebezug und nicht auf demHaken.
•Lassen Sie mindestens drei Kabelwindungen auf derSpule, sodassdie Anschlussstelle des Kabels nicht überbelastet und
beschädigt wird.
•Um jedes Risiko zu vermeiden, nicht mehr als 15m Kabel abwickeln.
•Ersetzen Sie ein abgenutztesKabel durch ein Kabel mit denselben technischen Daten.
Seien
Sie während der Installation des Gerätes sehr vorsichtig: das Berühren von unter Spannung
stehenden Leitungen könnte zu lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlägen führen.
Keinem Regen oder keiner Feuchte aussetzen.
Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz bevor Sie das Gehäuse öffnen.

•Wenn das Gerät eine Last nicht heben kann, den Schalter nicht weiterdrücken. Das bedeutet, dass die Last die max.
Tragkraft des Gerätes überschreitet.
•Vorsicht: der elektrische Motor des Gerätes ist nicht mit einem Überlastungsschutz ausgestattet, damit sich das
Gerät nicht unerwartet und ungewünscht wieder in Gang setzt. Deshalb dürfen Sie das Gerät, wenn es die Last
nicht heben kann, nicht forcieren und müssen Sie den Motor abkühlen lassen.
•Verwenden Sie die Originalverpackung, wenn das Gerät transportiert werden soll.
•Eigenmächtige Änderungen sind aus Sicherheitsgründen verboten.
•Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für Anwendungen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben, sonst kann dies zu
Schäden am Produkt führen und erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Jede andere Verwendung ist mit Gefahren wie
Kurzschluss, Brandwunden, elektrischem Schlag, Lampenexplosion, usw. verbunden.
4. Installation
Der WEH200 / WEH300 ist mit einem speziellen Montagebügel zur Befestigung an einer Röhre ausgestattet.
5. Anwendung
Vor Inbetriebnahme, die Funktionsfähigkeit der Schalter prüfen.
•Achten Sie darauf, dass der Ein-/Ausschalter auf “OFF” steht.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die anzuschließende Netzspannung nicht höher ist als die
Netzspannung beschrieben in "Technische Daten".
•Stecken Sie den Stecker in Netzsteckdose.
•Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter auf “ON”. Das Gerät schaltet ein.
•Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter auf “OFF” um das Gerät auszuschalten.
Sollten Sie ein Verlängerungskabel brauchen, dann ist es sehr wichtig, dass Sie die Daten in dieser Tabelle
respektieren.

6. Wartung und Pflege
1. Verwendete Schrauben müssen fest angespannt werden und dürfen keine Rostspuren zeigen.
2. Das Gehäuse, die Linsen, die Montagebügel und der Montageort (z.B. Decke oder Gebinde) dürfen nicht angepasst
werden, z.B. bohren Sie keine zusätzlichen Löcher in Montagebügel, verändern Sie die Anschlüsse nicht, usw.
3. Mechanische bewegende Teile dürfen keine Spuren von Verschleiß aufweisen.
4. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Netzkabel nicht beschädigt sind. Lassen Sie das Gerät von einer Fachkraft warten.
5. Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz ehe Sie mit den Servicearbeiten anfangen.
6. Überprüfen Sie die Funktionsfähigkeit des Stahlkabels, des 'Motor-Stop'-Schalters und der Drucktaste.
7. Alle Muttern, welche die Klemmen des Stahlkabels sichern, müssen fest angespannt sein und dürfen keine
Rostspuren zeigen.

3. Directivas gerais
•Ligar o aparelho a corrente CA de max. 230VCA / 50Hz.
•Escolha um sítio protegido contra o gelo e temperaturas baixas.
•Não circule por debaixo das cargas suspensas.
•Verifique cuidadosamente que o cabo em aço esta correctamente enrolado na bobine.
•Respeita a carga máxima indicada no guincho e não no gancho.
•Deixe pelo menos três voltas de cabo na bobine para não danificar a fixação do cabo.
•Não enrole mais de 15m de cabo para evitar uma saída da bobine.
Deve ser prudente durante a instalação : tocar um cabo sob tensão pode causar electrocussões mortais.
Proteger o aparelho contra a chuva e humidade.
Desligar o cabo de alimentação antes de abrir a caixa.

•No caso do cabo estar usado, deve ser substituído por um cabo com as mesmas características.
•Se o aparelho não consegue levantar a carga, não continuar e largar o botão de levantar. É possível que a carga
ultrapasse a capacidade do guincho.
•Cuidado: o motor do guincho não esta munido de protecção térmica para evitar arranques imprevistos ou não
desejados. Quando o guincho não consegue levantar uma carga, não insista e deixe arrefecer o motor.
•Transporte o aparelho na embalagem.
•Qualquer modificação do aparelho é proibida por razoes de segurança.
• Utilize o seu WEH200 / WEH300 na função prevista, para evitar queimaduras, descargas eléctricas, explosão
etc. isto pode causar danos graves e anular a garantia.
4. Instalação
O WEH200 / WEH300 esta previsto com uma fixação ao tubo.
5. Utilização
Antes de começar qualquer trabalho, verifique o funcionamento dos interruptores.
•Verifique que o interruptor esta na posição “OFF”.
•Verificar que a tensão de rede não seja superior a tensão especificada no fim deste manual.
•Ligar o cabo de alimentação a tomada de corrente eléctrica.
•Colocar o interruptor em “ON”. O aparelho começa a funcionar.
•Colocar o interruptor em “OFF” para parar o aparelho.
No caso de utilizar uma extensão, respeite as seguintes normas.

6. Limpeza e manutenção
1. Verifique o aperto e estado dos parafusos que fixam a parte superior do aparelho e redutor.
2. A caixa, os suportes de montagem não podem estar deformados ou adaptados p.ex. furos adicionais no suporte,
não mexer nas ligações etc.
3. As partes mecânicas móveis não podem estar usadas ou mexer de maneira irregular.
4. Os cabos não podem estar danificados ou gastos. Um técnico qualificado deve manter o aparelho.
5. Desligue o aparelho para limpar.
6. Verifique que o cabo em aço, as porcas de segurança de paragem do motor esteja em bom estado.
7. Apertar os parafusos do cabo e verifique que não estão com ferrugem.
