The PM35 v3 has an onboard interface “A” module and is designed to provide Serial Data
communication via RS232 between the Cardax panel the PM35’s “RX” & “TX” terminals.
 Set up Cardax FT Dialler 3000 or Cardax FT Dialler 5000 commands as normal in
Cardax control center.
 The PM35 emulates Cardax FT Dialler
 Enable Periodic Dial Tone and set to check every one minute.
 Set Redial Attempts to the maximum 99 times.
 The format is now generic Contact ID.
 During Activation of the PM35v3 the Cardax Stu must be enabled, this can be done by
selecting the “On Board Dialer” option and choosing Cardax Stu.
Check the “Serial” LED on the PM35 to confirm status of interface between the panel and the
PM35.
LED blinks Indicates correct operation
LED off Indicates Interface fail

 Connect “Blue” cable to ‘RX’
 Connect “White” cable to “TX”
 Connect “Black” cable to “-ve”
