PART 1: BEFORE PUTTING INTO OPERATION
Important safety instructions
Recycling
• Certain parts and packaging materials of your appliance were made using recycled materials.
• Plastic parts are marked using standard international markings: (>PE<, >PS< , >POM<, >PP<, )
• Cardboard parts were made from recycled paper and should be disposed of in a collection container for
paper recycling.
• Such materials are not suitable for disposal together with mixed household waste. It is necessary to recycle
them by taking them to an appropriate collection facility.
• Please contact your local authority for more information about disposal methods.
Safety Information
After unpacking the appliance
• Check the appliance for damage. Never turn on a damaged
appliance, contact an authorised service centre.
• Remove all packaging materials and take them to the nearest
collection point according to local directives.
Important points during the installation of the appliance
• Select an appropriate, safe and even location for the installation
of the appliance.
• Follow the here provided installation and connection instructions
for the appliance.
• This appliance should be installed and repaired only by a qualied
service technician.
• Always use only original spare parts.
• Prior to installation, make sure that the appliance is unplugged
from the power socket. Check that the household electrical fuse
is connected according to valid local codes.
• All electrical connections must correspond to the values shown
on the rating label.

• Pay special attention and check that the power plug is unplugged
from the power socket.
• Never use an extension cord or a multi-socket adapter to connect
the appliance. The power plug must be easily accessible after the
installation of the appliance.
• After installing the appliance in an appropriate location, run the
dishwasher empty.
Everyday use
• This appliance is designed for use in the household, do not use it
for other purposes. Commercial use of the dishwasher may void
the warranty.
• Do not stand or sit on, or place any heavy objects on an open
dishwasher door, it could tip over.
• Never pour powders or liquids that are not intended for use in
dishwashers into the powder compartment or the rinsing aid
compartment. Neither the manufacturer nor the vendor take any
responsibility if this recommendation is not adhered to.
• The water inside the appliance is not potable, do not drink it.
• Do not put any solvents or chemicals used for dissolving soils into
the appliance as this presents an explosion hazard.
• Check that plastic parts are heat resistant before washing them in
the dishwasher.
• This appliance may be used by children older than 8 years of age
and by persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments or
by inexperienced persons, if they are properly supervised or have
been informed about how to use the appliance in a safe manner
and understand the potential dangers arising from its incorrect
use. Children must not play with this appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be performed by children without adult
supervision.

form on the edge of the appliance as a result of rack movement.
• Undernocircumstancesshouldyouopenthedooroftheappliance
while it is running because the water is hot and could ow out.
If this happens, the safety system will stop the dishwasher when
the door is opened.
• Do not leave the dishwasher door open. Otherwise an accident or
injury may result.
• Place knives and other sharp cutlery into the basket always with
the blade pointing downwards.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by the
manufacturer, service technician or a similarly qualied person in
order to prevent injury.
• This appliancemust not beused byany persons(including children)
with mental disabilities, weak strength or by inexperienced
persons, unless they have been properly trained or schooled in the
safe use of the product, or unless they are properly supervised by
a qualied person who is responsible for their safety.
• If the appliance is equipped with a power saving mode, select
"Yes", the door will open at the end of the program. Do not close
the door by force, this is to protect the door closing mechanism for
1 minute. Open the door for approximately 30 minutes to improve
drying eciency (on models with automatic door opening).

opening signal is made.

Child safety
• After taking the appliance out of the packaging materials, make
sure to put the packaging materials out of children's reach.
• Do not allow children to play with the dishwasher or to start it.
• Store the powder and rinsing aid out of children's reach.
• When the dishwasher door is open, pay increased attention
if there are children nearby because there may be powder remains
in the compartment and on the door.
• Make sure that an appliance put out of operation cannot cause
any injuries to your children. Prevent the situation, where children
could accidentally close themselves inside an old appliance.
To prevent such a situation, destroy the door lock and cut o the
power cord.
In the event of a malfunction
• In the event of any malfunction, always contact an authorised
service centre. Repairs performed by unqualied persons may
result in damage to the appliance and may void the warranty.
• Prior to any repairs of the appliance, make sure that the power
plug is unplugged from the power socket. Disengage the fuse or
disconnect the appliance from the power socket. Never pull on
the power cord when disconnecting the appliance from a power
socket. Check that you have closed the water tap.

Recommendation
• To save electricity and water, remove large scraps from the dishes before placing them inside the
dishwasher. Start the dishwasher only when it is fully loaded.
• Use the pre-wash function only when necessary.
• Always place dishes such as bowls, glasses and pots, etc. into the dishwasher upside down.
• Do not place dishes into the dishwasher that are atypical or not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
Dishes inappropriate for washing:
• Ashtrays, candle holders, polishing agents, paintings, chemical substances, products from iron alloys;
• Forks, spoons and knives with wooden or bone handles, handles from ivory or mother-of-pearl; dishes
glued with adhesive, dishes soiled with abrasive, acidic or alkaline substances.
• Plastic dishes that are not heat resistant, and copper or pewter tableware.
• Aluminium or silver items (may become discoloured to a matte nish).
• Certain thin glass, porcelain with ornaments may be lost during the rst wash, certain crystal tableware
may lose its translucence, non-heat resistant cutlery, lead glass, boards, items made from synthetic bres;
• Absorptive items such as sponges or kitchen wiping cloths are not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.

We recommend that you purchase dishes and tableware suitable for washing in a dishwasher.

1. On / O button
When the On / O button is pressed, the power will be provided to the dishwasher and the previous
program will be shown on the display; when the appliance is turned o, the LED indicators on the display
will not be lit.
2. Handle
The handle serves to open and close the dishwasher door.
3. Conrm button
Conrms (saves) additional functions and their settings.
4. Select button
Enables the use of functions from the additional functions menu (9-10-11-12.-13-14).
5. Delayed start button
Enables the delayed start of a selected program (1-24 hours). The delayed start time is shown on the
delayed start indicator / delayed start time (19). When the delayed start button is pressed, the delayed
start indicator (18) will appear on the display.
6. Start / pause program button
When the start / pause program button is pressed, the selected program is started and the wash symbol
(a) will appear on the display.
The individual phases of the wash program will appear on the display (22-a-b-c-d).
7., 8. Up / down buttons
Enables scrolling through the program, additional functions, delayed start and settings.
Additional functions
9. Extra hygienic program function
Select this function if you need to ensure an extra hygienic wash and a cleaner washing process by
adjusting the water temperature and wash cycle time that you selected.
10. Tablet use function
Use this function when using tablets containing salt, rinsing aid and washing detergent.
11. Half load function
Using the half load function, you can wash dishes solely in the upper, solely in the lower or in both racks.
If you have several dishes in both the upper and lower rack and you need to wash them, you can activate
the half load function on several additional programs. If there are dishes in both racks, press the ½ button
and select the mode where the indicator is showing both racks.
If the dishes are only in the upper rack, press the ½ button and select the mode where the indicator
is showing the upper rack. This will start the wash cycle for the upper rack only.
If the dishes are only in the lower rack, press the ½ button and select the mode where the indicator
is showing the lower rack. This will start the wash cycle for the lower rack only. If you accidentally place
dishes also in the upper rack, they will not be washed.
12. Quick wash function
Dishes are washed under a higher pressure, the duration of the selected program is shortened thereby
also reducing water consumption.
13. Extra quiet program function
Dishes are washed under a lower pressure, the wash cycle is thereby gentler and quieter.
14. Extra drying function
Using the extra drying function to add an additional drying segment to the selected program, which will
result in drier dishes.

Warning indicators
15. Add salt indicator
To nd out whether there is a sucient amount of salt in the dishwasher, check the add salt indicator on
the display. When this indicator is lit on the display, it is necessary to add salt.
16. Add rinsing aid indicator
To nd out whether there is a sucient amount of rinsing aid in the dishwasher, check the add rinsing
aid indicator on the display. When this indicator is lit on the display, it is necessary to add rinsing aid.

PART : INSTALLATION
Unpacking
Remove the external packaging, remove the protective plastic lm from the surface of the appliance
(if used) and clean the external parts of the appliance with an agent designed for this purpose.
Do not use steel wool or any coarse agents, which could irreparably damage the surface of the appliance.
Carefully remove all papers and adhesive tape from the appliance, the door and other parts packed
in polystyrene. Remove documents and accessories from inside the appliance.
The packaging material is recyclable and is marked with a recycling symbol. For disposal, follow the local
regulations. Packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene parts, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children,
because they present a possible source of danger.
Carefully inspect the appliance. If you discover any faults, stop the installation and contact the vendor.
Installation location of the appliance
When selecting the installation location, select a place where it will be easy to load and unload the dishes.
Do not install the dishwasher in a room where the room temperature may fall below 0°C.
Prior to installation, take all packaging materials o the dishwasher and dispose of them properly.
Locate the dishwasher near a water supply and drain connection. You need to take into consideration all
possible connections that cannot be arbitrarily changed.
Do not hold the dishwasher by the door or control panel when placing it.
Leave sucient space on both sides of the dishwasher so that it can be comfortably pulled out and then slid
back into position for cleaning purposes.
Check that there are no water supply or drain hoses crimped during the installation. Also make sure that the
appliance is not standing on the power cord.
Level the appliance using the levelling feet. Correct positioning of the appliance will ensure problem-free
opening and closing of the door.
If the dishwasher door cannot be properly closed, check that the appliance is located on an even oor; level
the appliance using the adjustable feet.
Water supply
Make sure that all plumbing works have been completed for the installation of the dishwasher. We also
recommend that you install a lter on to the water supply tap to prevent potential water contamination (by
sand, dirt, rust, etc.), which may occasionally occur during an emergency in the water pipes and this will also
prevent yellowing and the formation of unwanted residues on dishes.

Water supply hose
Do not use an old supply hose or the hose from the previous dishwasher. Always only use a new supply hose.
If you intend to connect a hose that is new or that has not been used for a long time to the appliance, ush the
hose out with water before connecting it. Connect the supply hose directly to the water tap.
The pressure in the water pipes should be in the range from 0.03 MPa to 1 MPa. If the water pressure is higher
than 1 MPa, it is necessary to install a pressure valve. After making the connection, open the water supply fully
and check that water is not leaking anywhere. For safety reasons, make sure to always turn o the water supply
at the end of every wash cycle.
NOTE:
Certain models of the appliance are supplied with an Aquastop safety valve. Dangerous tension may
occur when Aquastop is used. Do not cut o the Aquastop valve. Do not bend or turn it in any way.
Drain hose
The drain hose can be connected either directly into a separate drain outlet, or into a sink trap. When a exible
pipe (if available) is used, water may be drained directly into the drain via a pipe bent over the edge of the sink.
Also the connection may by a minimum of 50 cm up to a maximum of 110 cm from the oor.

Electrical connection
The appliance is equipped with a plug with a grounding pin and as such must be connected only to a properly
grounded power socket with appropriate voltage and current. If the power socket is not properly grounded,
have it replaced by a qualied electrician. If you connect the appliance to an incorrectly grounded power
socket then neither the manufacturer nor vendor take any responsibility for possible damages.
The value of the internal fuse should be 10 - 16 A.
You appliance is designed for a voltage of 220 -240 V. If the voltage in your locality is 110 V, it is necessary to
install a transformer to 110/220 V and 3000W. Do not connect the appliance when putting it in place.
Always use only the power plug supplied together with the appliance. Operating the appliance under a low
voltage, may result in inactivity during the washing process.
The power cord may only be replaced by an authorised technician or another qualied person. Otherwise an
accident or injury may result.
For safety reasons, always check that you have disconnected the power plug from the power socket at the end
of the wash cycle. To prevent injury by electric shock, do not touch the appliance including the power plug
and power cord with wet hands. When disconnecting the appliance from the power socket, always disconnect
holding the plug. Never pull on the power cord.
Built-in installation
If you wish to place the dishwasher under a countertop, rst check that the selected area meets the parameters
both in terms of dimensions as well as connection to the power socket and the water supply and drain
connections (Fig. 1).
If the selected location is suitable for the installation of the dishwasher, remove the top cover as shown in the
gure below (Fig. 2).
WARNING!
The standing part where the dishwasher will be placed after removing the top cover, must be stable
so that levelness cannot be compromised. To remove the top cover, screw out the screws holding
the top cover located at the back of the appliance, then push the front panel about 1 cm from the
front towards the back and lift it up.

Level the dishwasher using the adjustable feet to on the angle of the oor (Fig. 3).
Slide the dishwasher under the countertop ensuring not to crimp or bend the hoses (Fig. 4).

PART : BEFORE USING
Before rst use of the dishwasher
- Check that the electrical and water connection requirements provided in the user's manual match
the technical specications of your power grid and the water mains. You can nd out such technical
specications from your power and water suppliers.
- Remove all packaging materials from the inside of the dishwasher.
- Set the water hardness (see below).
- Put approx. kg of salt into your salt compartment and top up the compartment with water until it almost
overows.
- Add rinsing aid.
Water softener
The water softener is made so that it releases minerals and salts contained in water, which would have
a negative eect on the operation of the dishwasher. The higher the content of these minerals and salts, the
harder the water is.You should set the water softener according to the water hardness in your area. Information
about water hardness in your area should be provided by your water supply company.
Water hardness varies from place to place. If you use hard water in your dishwasher, scale deposits will be
left on your dishes, which may negatively aect the washing eciency and lifetime of your dishwasher. The
appliance should be equipped with a special softener, which uses the salt compartment for salt specically
designed for eliminating scale and minerals from water.
Identifying water hardness
The dish washing eciency of your dishwasher depends on the hardness of the water used. Therefore, your
dishwasher is equipped with a system which reduces water hardness at the main water inlet. The better the
system is set up the better the achieved washing eciency. Your water supplier should provide you with
information about water hardness in your area or you may measure it yourself using a simple hardness test,
a special testing strip (not included).

Setting salt consumption
The dishwasher is designed to enable the adjustment of salt consumption on the basis of the hardness of the
water used. This should optimise and adapt the level of salt consumption.

NOTE:
Water hardness is factory set to 3.
Set the water hardness according to the value on the testing strip.
1. Press and hold down the program selection (4) and delayed start (5) buttons for approximately 3 seconds.
The message "Keep pressing ..x" (Hold down for time ..X) will appear on the display, showing the time that
the buttons still need to be pressed. As soon as number "0" appears on the display, the "Settings Menu"
(Settings menu) will be shown.
2. Using the up (7) / down (8) buttons, select from the menu item "2. Water Hardness“ (2. Water hardness: X).
In this case "X" represents value: L01, L02, L03, L04, L05 or L06.
3. Then press the conrm button (3) and the "X" value will start to ash on the display. Using the Up (7) /
down (8) buttons, select the water hardness value.
4. Press the conrm button (3) to save the settings. "Stored" (Saved) will appear on the screen.
Your setting will be stored and the display will automatically return to the water hardness settings menu.
To exit from the menu, hold down the program selection (4) and delayed start (5) buttons for approximately
3 seconds or select the last item in the menu "8. Exit Menu“ (8. Exit menu) and conrm with the conrm button (3).
CAUTION!
If your dishwasher does not have a water softening system, you can skip this chapter.
