Tools needed
●7/16” and ¾”Socket or Adjustable Wrench
●⅛” , 5/32 ”Allen Wrench
●Flathead or Phillips Screwdriver

Unscrew all the bolts and setscrews.
A. If shield and the arm are attached do not
unassemble.
B. If the Inner Rod is within the Outer Rod
do not unassemble.

Clear all obstructions in pipes.

Place caster wheels into base. This process can be
done by placing the base upside down and then
pushing the caster wheels shaft into the holes at
the end of each beam.

Place hand tight nut onto filler. Place the curved
side onto the inner rod and slide whole assembly
with rod into opening of the outer rod.

One the inner rod is within the cavity of the outer
rod, slide push pin into the opening of the inner
rod. Move the inner down until the push pin is
resting on the out rod.

Slide the tether onto the the hand tight bolt.
Tighten the hand tight botl by rotate the bolt into
the hand tight nut.

Place Outer Rod into base. For the assembly
process start with loosen the allen lock nut. This
will allow for the bushing to slide up and down.
Insert the Outer rod into the base. Slide bushing
as high as possible. Tighten Outer Rod Allen Set
Screw.

Place Lead Shield on Arm. This will require the
removal of the six bolts.
A. Place the shield on a level surface with
the Arm on top of the shield.
B. Then, place the bolt through the holes.
a. The bolt should consist of the
Face of Bolt, Washer, Shield,
Arm, Second Washer, and Lock
Nut
b. Have the face of the bolt on the
floor, while the lock nut and
washer are on the top of the arm

Place Inner Rod into Arm. For the assembly
process start with loosen the allen set screw.Once
the Arm is placed on Tighten the Allen set screw.
Tighten Allen Set Screw to secure the arm to the
Inner Rod.

Finally Adjust height to desired specifications.
A. Unscrewing the Hand Tight Bolt
B. Adjust height to desired specifications.
C. Slide push pin into set of holes above
desired height.
D. Loosen the Hand Tight Bolt, again and
slowly lower the Inner Rod to where the
point of where the Push Pin is holding all
the weight of the Rod.
E. Again, tighten the hand tight bolt.
