Medidas de seguridad
Lea atentamente las siguientes indicaciones antes de realizar cualquier trabajo en el servomotor:
- El servomotor debe funcionar sólo con la tensión de alimentación indicada en la placa de características.
- El servomotor debe instalarse sólo en sitios que cumplan la clase de protección indicada en la placa de
características.
- Los servomotores de este tipo no deben ser considerados como componentes/piezas relevantes para la
seguridad. Esto se aplica especialmente en casos de protección contra incendios y explosión, y también
cuando sea necesario un cuidado especial por motivos sanitarios.
- Sólo el personal especializado y autorizado deberá realizar el montaje y la conexión eléctrica.
- La conexión eléctrica del servomotor debe realizarse en conformidad con las normas y directivas vigentes
y
según las disposiciones legales aplicables.
- Debe haber un dispositivo que corte la corriente de los servomotores.
- El servomotor debe ser puesto en servicio sólo cuando se encuentre en perfecto estado.
- La carcasa debe ser abierta sólo por el fabricante. El cable de conexión del servomotor no puede
reemplazarse. Si el cable se daña, hay que sustituir todo el servomotor.
- Para determinar el par necesario para las válvulas se han de tener en cuenta las indicaciones del
fabricante de las válvulas referentes al diámetro, al tipo de construcción, al lugar de emplazamiento y las
condiciones.
- El manejo manual debe realizarse sólo con la herramienta suministrada u otra que tenga las mismas
características.
Utilización
Estos servomotores han sido diseñados para el accionamiento de válvulas y compuertas en instalaciones de calefacción y
climatización.
Retirada y reciclaje
Recicle el servomotor de acuerdo a las normativas y directivas medioambientales vigentes o devuélvalo al
fabricante.
El fabricante se reserva el derecho de cobrar una tasa en concepto de gestión de residuos.

Safety instructions
Before working on the actuator, please read the following safety instructions carefully:
- Operate the actuator only with the voltages stated on the type label.
- Operate the actuator only in areas that comply with the safety class stated on the type label.
- We point out that actuators of this type are not envisioned as safety-relevant parts/components. This must
be especially considered in the areas of fire protection, explosion protection, as well as in areas that require
special care to maintain health.
- Installation and electrical connection to be carried out only by accordingly authorised trained personnel.
- The electrical connection of the actuator is to be carried out according to the currently valid standards and
directives as well as the legal regulations.
- Install a device to separate the pole conductors when disconnecting from the power supply.
- Put the actuator into operation only when its technical condition is faultless.
- Only the manufacturer is allowed to open the housing. The unit connection cable cannot be replaced. We
recommend replacing the actuator, if the cable is damaged.
- When determining the torque requirement of air dampers the information of
the damper manufacturers must
be considered in terms of construction type, installation place and air technical conditions.
- Carry out manual adjustment only with the supplied tools, or equivalent tools.
Proper use
Actuators of this type are designed to control air dampers in HVAC installations.
Disposal and taking back
Dispose of the actuator according to the valid environmental directives and regulations or return it to the
manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to charge a fee for the disposal of the actuator.

Installation / Montaje
- Installation only to be carried out by authorised trained personnel.
During installation ensure that there is sufficient space for back ventilation (e.g. 4 mm).
- A montagem só pode ser efectuada por um técnico autorizado para o efeito.
Durante el montaje debe cuidarse de que haya espacio suficiente para la ventilación posterior (p. ej. 4 mm).
Loosen adapter screw (1) far enough that the axle can be inserted.
Afloje el tornillo (1) del adaptador hasta que sea posible encajar el eje.
Install actuator according to the following sketch: either with anti rotation strap (version Y) or direct bolting (version X1 or
X2) / Monte el servomotor de acuerdo al siguiente dibujo: con la pletina de sujeción (variante Y) o atornillándolo
directamente (variante X1 y X2).
Use generic screws (not included). / Use tornillos estándar (no se incluyen en el suministro).
Tighten adapter screw. / Vuelva a apretar el adaptador firmemente.

Manual setting / Ajuste manual
When the actuator is connected to the power supply it can be operated manually as follows: /
Si el servomotor está conectado a la red, se puede accionar manualmente siguiendo estos pasos:
- Before changing direction, wait for the actuator to stand still. Do not drive into the stopping point with
momentum.
- Antes de cambiar la dirección de giro, espere a que se detenga el servomotor. No detenga el servomotor
de repente.

Press and hold unlocking switch (1).
Rotate actuator slowly into desired position using the
supplied Allen key (2).
The manual setting on side B is the same as on side A.
Presionar y mantener presionado el interruptor de
desbloqueo (1).
Con la llave allen, gire el servomotor lentamente hasta la
posición deseada (2). El ajuste manual en el lado B se
realiza análogamente al lado A.
