Tips and troubleshooting
•You can disable the guardian boundary in developer mode. This can be
beneficial for demonstrating the Ultraleap applications without exiting the
Ultraleap ecosystem
•If you make the UltraleapXR Launcher the default application, the headset will
power up into this application and you can navigate to the Ultraleap
applications from within it
•To return to the Pico UI Menu, hold the large white button on the right side
of your headset, and at the same time press the down volume button.
•To record videos simply double press the “Pico” button on the side of the
headset. Double press it again to stop. Recordings will be stored in the
Movies/ScreenRecording folder.
•Not seeing hand tracking while running Ultraleap applications? Check the
cable:
•Make sure the Ultraleap Stereo IR 170 is properly connected to the
headset. Make sure The Micro USB is seated into the Stereo IR 170
device completely, and that the USB-C connector is seated properly
into the top port of the headset
