defectswithin30days of receiving yourairplane.This
warrantyislimited toconstruction orproduction
defectsin bothmaterial and workmanship. It DOES
NOTcoveranycomponentsorpartsdamaged by
misuseormodification.
The manufacturercan not control the assembly,
operationandmaintenanceofthisproducttherefore,
Pilot-RC arenotresponsibleforanydamagethat
occursas aresultoftheuseormisuse ofthis

sand papertoensure agoodglue
bond.
4. Apply30 minuteepoxyinside
the pre-cut slotsandcoat thehorn
withepoxyasshown
5. Fitthe hornsintothelocking plate
and then insertthemintothepre-cut
slots.Wipe awayexcessgluewith
rubbingalcohol.
6. Makesure the hornsarecorrectly
aligned(byinstalling the linkagebolt)
beforetheepoxyhascured.

7.Locatethe positionof the tail
wheelsteering tube underthe
covering.
8. Drill a6mm holeand dryfitthe
steeringtube. Donot glueit into
positionuntilthe tail wheel
installation step iscompleted.

2. Usethe tailwheelbracket asa
templateand drill holesfor the
mounting bolts.
3.Install theblindnutsthrough the
openinginthe rearof the fuselage.
Attachthe tail wheelbracket and
securetheboltswithBlue Loctite.
4. Install thehatchwith4screws
using the pre marked screwholes.
5.Insert thesteeringarmintothe
ruddersteeringtube and position
the tube readyfor gluing. Tighten
the setnut

6. Epoxythesteeringtubeinplace

1.Insert thehinge pinintothe
hingesfromthebottomof the
rudderandpushitrightthroughto
the toptolocatetheentryhole.
2. Fit the rudder byaligning the
hingesandinserting the hingepin
fromthe top oftherudder.

the collar set screwwitha1.5mm hex
wrenchasshown.

1.Install thelandinggearinthe pre
drilled holeswiththe supplied bolts
and locking nuts.
Note: Don tover tighten and crack
the carbonfiber.
2. Install thelanding gearaxleswith
locknutsbut do not tighten yet.
4. Position the flat sidesofthe axle
bolt verticallytothe ground then
tightenthelocknut against the
landinggear strut.
3. Lift the rear of fuselage parallelto
the groundasshown.

1. Lift the rear of fuselage and line
the wheelpantup withthegroundby
slippingthemover theaxlesas
shown. Markthe location for the two
attachment bolts.
2. Drill the holesfor the attachment
boltsand install the blind nuts.
3. Mount the wheelpantsand
securetheboltswithadrop of Blue
Loctite.
5.Install thewheeland tightenthe
collar set screwusing adrop of Blue
Loctite.Makesure the wheelrotates
freely.

the servointoreceiver. Ensure
everychannelisneutral.
2. Position the servoarm90 degrees
tothe servoasshown. Then markand
drill 2mm holes.
3. Mount the servoarmwith
screwsand nutsasshown.

1.Removethe protectivecovering
fromthe hornsandlocking plates.
2. Tracearound the locking plate
withaknifeand removethe covering
belowtoexposethe pre-cut slots.
3. Scuff thehornswithapieceof
sand paperforagood glue bond.

4. Apply30 minuteepoxyinside the
pre-cut slotsandcoat thehorn with
epoxyasshown.
5. Fitthe hornsintothelocking
plateand then insert themintothe
pre-cut slots. Aligntheright andleft
sides beforetheepoxycures.Wipe
awayexcess epoxywithrubbing

1. Carefullyremovethe covering from
the servolocationasshown.

3.Tape the end of theservo
extension lead tothepreinstalled
pull string.
4. Pull the extension lead through to
the root ofthe wing.
5. Drill 1mm holesfortheservo
mounting screws. Position the servo
withtheservolabelclosesttothe
wing trailing edge.

2.Usethe provided safetyclipsto
securetheservoandservoextension
leads.

6.Install theservoarmfacing
towardthewing tipand adjustthe
pushrod lengthtoensuretheaileron
and servoare intheneutralposition.

the other wing
The wing tube and wing boltswill be
mounted inthefinalassembly.

of the verticalfintoensureitremains
inthe neutralposition.
