RYNO®CHAIR/TABLE WEIGHTING
1 x bag
(provided with weighting kit)
1 x centre bung
(provided with weighting kit)
1 x cable tie
(provided with weighting kit)
1 x mallet
1 x glue gun (high temperature)
1 x glue stick
(we use Tecbond 261-12-300)
1 x knife
These instructions apply only when adding non-reactive ballast to additionally weight our Ryno tables and chairs.
This applies to Ryno Tub chairs,Lounge chairs, Dining chairs,Club chairs and Coffee tables only.

Remove chair and filling pack from box

Place chair upside down on a supported
surface ensuring all contact areas are
sufficiently padded
Carefully feed the bag provided into the inside of
the chair leaving enough of the bag outside,
as shown and fill the bag with the required
amount of sand
When filled,twist the neck of the bag and
secure the cable tie tightly around the neck
of the bag to prevent leakage

Feed the remainder of the bag into the chair
then place centre bung into the hole.Check
it’s inserted fully into position by lightly
tapping it with a mallet

Glue the bung into place using a hot melt glue
gun. Ensure there is an unbroken ring of glue
around the edge and the recess is fully filled up to
the top edge of the bung,as shown
Carefully re-box and band the completed
chair. Follow your manual handling
procedures, the product may now require a
two man lift
