Introduction
PF-MS31T1-TX is an advanced presentation switching transmitter. It offers
two HDMI inputs and one VGA input with stereo audio. It can work with an
HDBT receiver (e.g. PF-MS31T1-RX) to extend video signal up to 70m/230ft
at 1080P and up to 40m/131ft at 4K@60Hz (YUV 4:2:0) over a Cat X cable.
With working with an HDBT receiver, PF-MS31T1-TX is able to simplify
system integration in classrooms and small offices, providing localized
presentation switching support over long distances.
Features
Offers two HDMI and one VGA inputs and one HDBT output.

Installation and Wiring
Installation
CAUTION: Before installation, please ensure the device is disconnected from
the power source.
Steps to install brackets:
1. Attach the installation bracket to the enclosure using the screws provided
in the package separately.
2. The bracket is attached to the enclosure as shown.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for the other side of the device.
4. Attach the brackets to the surface you want to hold the device against
using the screws (provided by others).
Wiring
Warnings:
Before wiring, disconnect the power from all devices.
During wiring, connect and disconnect the cables gently.
Steps to complete wiring:
1. Connect the VGA (such as PC) and HDMI sources (such as Blu-ray
player, Apple TV, 4K media player, etc) to the VGA IN, AUDIO IN and
HDMI IN ports of the transmitter respectively.
2. Connect the HDBT OUT of the transmitter to the HDBT IN of an HDBT
receiver (e.g. PF-MS31T1-RX) via a qualified CAT5e/6/7 cable.
3. Connect an HDMI source (such as BYOD system) to the HDMI IN port of

9
the receiver.
4. For Device control through RS232: Connect a PC to the RS232 port of
the transmitter.
5. Connect the included DC 12V power supply to the PF-MS31T1-RX
receiver.
One-way PoH enables the power to be sent from PF-MS31T1-RX
receiver to PF-MS31T1-TX transmitter along a single Cat X cable, and no
additional power adapter is required at the transmitter.
