STEP 8. At the last step, it ask for the DNS IP
address, key in the DNS provided from your
ISP and click on Finish, then your XRT-401F
is ready to connect to the Internet.
STEP 4. Bring up the Web Browser and in the Address
Field, key in “http://192.168.0.1” and the
Login page prompt for User name and Password.
Just key in “admin” for both.
STEP 3. Connect to the PC or Laptop
(DHCP client mode)
STEP 2. Connect to the xDSL modem / cable
modem
STEP 5. Click on and follow the
Wizard for the step by step instruction.
STEP 7. WAN mode selection. Please check with
your ISP for the connection type.
Click on Manual if you already got the
information from your ISP.
After the Router Reboot, the status page will prompt you the
connection information as the example figure below. You can just check
the System Date (Network Time) to see if the Internet is on or not.
Now, your XRT-401F is ready for service and you can then check the
CD-ROM manual for more configurations to this Router.
