I. General informa ion
Lincoln is not a heating device, but modern decorative device that uses the beauty of a real flame. Due to the innovative
technology o eration of Lincoln is sim le and safe.
II. Fuel
To ensure the safety of the device it has to be refilled with recommended FANOLA® liquid or other in accordance with Euro ean
Union directive N.162/2013 for 86-96,6% ethanol with contaminators regarding density, viscosity and electrical conductivity.
These ro erties must be identical to the ro erties of recommended FANOLA® liquid. For more information lease contact the
manufacturer.
Use of any other fuel is strictly forbidden, as it may lead to im ro er o eration of the device, damages and hazard to health and
safety of its o erators. Manufacturer will not acce t any res onsibility in case of using any other fuel than recommended (i.e
dehydrator and/or su er urified ethanol with more than 96,6% ethanol volume) or any other which doesn’t meet above
mentioned ro erties.

III. Safe y
As Lincoln roduce a real o en fire it is necessary to follow the below s ecified rules in order to enable the roduct to be
used in a technically correct and safe manner as well as to maintain the warranty.
•When installing the device according to the instructions, you must com ly with national and local regulations.
•It is required to read the installation instructions in order not to use the device in an im ro er manner or in rooms with
smaller cubic ca acity than required.
•Products should not be ex osed to atmos heric conditions. It’s the roduct for internal use only.
•When turned on, the device roduce steam, carbon dioxide and heat, therefore it’s necessary to rovide adequate
ventilation so that the total re lacement of the air in the room is min. 1 / h.
•Do not use the device in the tem erature lower than 10°C and higher than 30°C.
•Do not install the device in areas of large drafts of air, near fans, vents, etc.
•Do not install the device on esca e routes and in laces where there may be otentially ex losive atmos heres.
•The device as well as the fuel should be ke t out of reach of children, ets and unauthorized ersons.
•It is forbidden to consume the fuel. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
•It is required to take recautions when dealing with flammable materials, for exam le in direct contact with object,
or in area within 1 m / 3.28 ft. around the device no flammable objects should be laced. Do not lace near the curtains,
blinds, etc.
•Do not lace on the grid any elements not rovided by the roducer.
•It is necessary to lace dry- owder or carbon dioxide extinguisher near the device.
•The device should be installed only on flat, level and firm surface.
•Positioning the device on a slo ing ground may cause malfunction, damage to the device or fire.
•It is forbidden to use other fuel than recommended fuel FANOLA or the fuel recommended in section II Su lies and
consumables.
•Do not heat the fuel before the heating rocess of the device is started.
•Do not start the device in case of s illage of fuel out of the tank.
•Never our fuel directly into the flame tray as this may cause damage to the device and result in fire. Such an attem t
may cause violent ignition, result in fire, burns, and can even be life threatening.
•Do not cover the device while it is switched on.
•Do not o erate near the fuel filler while the device is switched on.
•Do not o erate with the com onents contained within the flame tray under the threat of burns or damage to the device.
•Do not move the device while it is switched on. The device can be moved only after the com lete combustion of the fuel,
when it is disconnected from ower su ly and when all its elements are cooled.
•The device should not be left without adult su ervision while it is switched on.
•The device should be ke t out of reach of untrained users.
•The device must be switched on and used as er descri tion in oint IV in instructions.
•While switching on the device, the odor of fuel may be erce tible.
•The device is not suitable for continuous o eration. If the device suddenly turns off, roceed in accordance with the
instruction.
CAUTION!
•Glowing coil is heated to a tem erature of 1300 ° C. Touching, when the device is switched on may cause burns.
•While working the flame tray is heated to high tem eratures. Do not touch the flame tray or hot arts located in close
area under the risk of burn injury.
•The first startu of the device can be made only after ro er installation of the device and reading the manual.
•If the device requires trans ort it is required to burn all fuel remains and move it in a horizontal osition, avoid tilting it.
As the unburned fuel remains in the combustion chamber, during the transfer sensors could be activated. In this case,
the device could be used again only after it has dried com letely.
It is forbidden to make any re airs or changes in the device. Re airs may be made only by rofessional technician.

IV. Opera ion
This manual contains all the information necessary for the ro er o eration of the Lincoln. I is obliga ory o read and keep his
ins ruc ion manual. O eration of the device is ermitted only after the device is ro erly installed according to the instructions
and the manual.

B. Initial start-up of the device
1. On the control anel the blue light flashes it indicates the lack of fuel in the tank. Please refuel.
2. Press „I” on the green button. Flashing diode on the control anel indicates that the device is ready to be
refueling.
3. Refueling. Automatic um is used to refuel the fire lace.
3.1. Hold a rigid tube with a metal fuel connector and ress the metal late under it
(marked with a red circle). Metal connector sna s off. A small amount of fuel can be
located in the hose-be careful.
3.2. Place the stiff tube in the external fuel container from which the fuel
will be um ed out into the Lincoln’s fuel tank.
3.3. To start the automatic um squeeze the rubber manual um
several times until you will hear the buzzing noise.
Automatic fuel um will start working once the fuel reaches the sensor
inside the black box. Pum will cease the refuelling rocess once:
a) Lincoln’s fuel tank will be full. LED diode will start to blink and you
will hear the intermediate sound.
b) the external fuel container will be em ty. In this case you can switch the
stiff tube to another full container and start again from oint B.3.2. or
finish the refuelling ( lease forward to oint B.3.4.).

3.4. Connect metal connector of the rigid tube to the matching socket in the cabinet.
3.5. Press "O" on the green button. The LED lights on Lincoln will indicate:
− Lincoln is ready to use,
−
fuel level is too low. Please refuel starting from oint B.2.
4. Starting the device. The green indicator flashes on the control anel.
Warning! Make sure ha he au oma ic pump is correc ly placed in o he cabine ( he me al connec or of he rigid
ube mus be connec ed o he ma ching socke in he cabine of he body).
4.1. Press the START/STOP button on the control anel and hold it until you hear the sound signal.
4.2 The green led READY will start blinking to indicate starting the device and the glowing coil will start to glow. Wait until
the fire a ears.
4.3. While the a liance is in work mode, the green indicator goes off and the flame starts to a ear. The device works
automatically until they run out of fuel or disable the device by the user.
C. Flame si e regulation
The Lincoln can o erate in two modes: Normal and ECO. The device always starts with a standard flame size. The device has the
adjustable flame size during o eration.
In order to reduce the height of the flame, ress the ECO button on the control anel or the remote control. You will hear two
bee s and the ECO button will be highlighted. The unit is now o erating in ECO mode.
To return to the normal height of the flame, ress the ECO button, you will hear one bee and the ECO button backlight turns off.
The device is now in normal mode.
ATTENTION! It might take a few moments for the flame to adjust.
ATTENTION! The device switches to ECO mode by itself when there is a danger of over-tem erature of the device.
D. Device extinguishing
Press the START/STOP button on the control anel or on the remote control. You will hear two bee s and the red indicator
will start to blink.
The blinking red indicator means that the device is too hot to be restarted. When the device cools the message will disa ear, and
de ending on the amount of the fuel in the tank, either the green indicator will flash and indicate the readiness for o eration or
the blue indicator will indicate the lack of the fuel.
E. Subsequent start up
If on the control anel flashes the blue FUEL indicator, start to run the roduct from the oint B.2.
If on the control anel flashes the green READY indicator, you can:
•start to run the roduct from the oint B.4.
•Press "I" on the green button:
- the blue indicator blinks and a bee sounds intermittently - the tank is full and it is not allowed to our any more fuel!
Press "O" on the green button, following oint B.4.
- the blue indicators blinks - you can refuel (see section B.3) and turn on the device (see section B.4) or ress "O" on the
green button and start u the device following B.4.

F. FAST START function
With the FAST START function turned on, the waiting time for flame is shortened during the device start u . START UP function is
factory-set.
START UP function is ossible to be turned on or turned off only when the green led is lit on the control anel
.
To disable FAST START, hold down ECO button for about 10 s, until you hear 4 bee s.
To re-enable the FAST START function hold down ECO button for about 10s, until you hear 2 bee s.
WARNING! With FAST START function enabled, the device consumes 100 W of energy.
G. Information and warning alert
In order to increase safety, the Lincoln is equi ed with an electronic system to kee the o eration safe. In the case of a dangerous
situation, the device immediately triggers alarms.

The device is ready for

must ut the automatic um to the Cabinet on the right
side of the body in accordance with oint B. 3. 4. Then
ress "O" on the green button. Blue LED turns off and the
green LED turns on.

If refueling rocess is in rogress it will cease
automatically. Press the START / STOP button on the
control anel or on the remote control to turn off the
sound. Please make sure, that the fuel hose is connected
ro erly. Remove visible moisture. If he spillage is
excessive he source of power needs o be disconnec ed
Wait at least 1 hour to eva orate the remaining
moisture. Hold the ECO button for about 10 seconds. If
the alarm message rea ears, wait a little bit. If the
message rea ears, contact your service rovider.
The time given for the flame

device, ress the START / STOP button to turn off the
sound and hold the ECO button for about 10 seconds.

V. Cleaning and main enance
Switch off the device before cleaning. Wait until the tem erature of the device gets close to the ambient tem erature. To maintain
a ro riate technical condition of the device, lease observe the following rules:
• Lacquer coating the furnace is not resistant to abrasion. It is not recommended to wi e the surface.
• Clean the furnace with a soft cloth and water to avoid causing cracks and scratches
When urchasing and dozing cleaners, be sure to rotect the environment and com ly with the recommendations of
manufacturers.
It is forbidden to clean the inside of the device by unauthorized ersons.
The manufacturer does not foresee a situation where it will be necessary to clean elements not normally available.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from:
 im ro er o eration (non-manual)
 self-dismantling
 attem ts to modify
 using other liquids than those recommended in oint II. Fuel.
VI. Disposal and recycling
The roduct is equi ed with arts made of aluminium, steel, lastics and electronics. If you need to dis ose of the device, follow
the terms of dis osal and recycling in force in your country.
Moreover, dis ose of the em ty Fanola containers should be dum ed to lastic waste baskets.
Most of the materials used in Planika a liances can be recycled.
