1.Este es un sistema de retención de niños de categoría “UNIVERSAL”. Ha sido
homologado con arreglo al Reglamento nº44, serie 04 de enmiendas, para su utilización
general en vehículos y su instalación en la mayoría de asientos de automóvil, aunque
no en todos.
2.Puede llevarse a cabo una correcta instalación si el fabricante del vehículo ha
certicado en el manual del vehículo que este es capaz de aceptar un sistema de
retención de niños de categoría “UNIVERSAL” para ese grupo de edad.
3.Este sistema de retención se ha clasicado en la categoría “UNIVERSAL” en
condiciones más rigurosas que las aplicadas a modelos anteriores que no muestran
este aviso.
4.En caso de duda, consulte al fabricante o a su vendedor.
Advertencias y notas de seguridad
ESTE MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES DEBERÁ CONSERVARSE CON EL Safe
One DURANTE SU PERIODO DE UTILIZACIÓN.
LEAATENTAMENTE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONESANTES DE USAR ELARTÍCULO Y
CONSÉRVELAS PARA CUALQUIER CONSULTA FUTURA. LA SEGURIDAD DEL
NIÑO PUEDE VERSE AFECTADA SI NO SE SIGUEN ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES.
• El SAFE ONE es un sistema de retención infantil perteneciente al Grupo 1 (de 9
a 18 kg), grupo 2 (de 15 a 25 kg) y grupo 3 (de 22 a 36 kg).
• La silla puede jarse en el automóvil con el cinturón de seguridad de tres puntos
con retractor del propio automóvil, aprobado según los reglamentos UN/ECE-16
o norma equivalente.
• El sistema de retención original no debe ser modicado.
• Después de un accidente el sistema de retención deberá ser cambiado.
• Proteja cualquier parte del sistema de retención del daño que le pueda causar el
asiento abatible o la puerta del vehículo.
• Proteja del calor del sol todas las partes metálicas que estén en contacto con el
niño.
• El cinturón de seguridad del vehículo no debe quedar nunca retorcido.
• Use siempre el sistema de retención, aunque sea un trayecto corto, y nunca deje
al niño desatendido en el interior del vehículo.
• Retire el sistema de retención del vehículo siempre que no vaya a ser utilizado y
manténgalo alejado del alcance de los niños.
• Se recomienda que cualquier equipaje u objetos que puedan causar heridas en
caso de colisión estén bien asegurados o sujetos.
• Garantizamos la seguridad del producto cuando es utilizado por el primer
comprador.
• Aconsejamos no utilizar productos de segunda mano relacionados con la
seguridad.
• Es importante que los demás pasajeros del vehículo también vayan sujetos con
el cinturón de seguridad, ya que en caso de accidente pueden salir despedidos
y dañar al niño.
• Comprobar las diferentes partes del producto regularmente.
• El sistema de retención no debe utilizarse sin su vestidura.
• Deberá utilizar únicamente la vestidura suministrada por el fabricante de la silla,
porque constituye una parte integral de la misma.
• No deje a su niño solo en la silla en ningún momento.
• Usted es el responsable de la seguridad del niño.

Regulación del reposacabezas
• El reposacabezas dispone de 7 posiciones. Para seleccionar una de ellas tire del pulsador
de regulación, situado en la parte trasera del respaldo, y desplace el reposacabezas hasta
la posición deseada (g.1).
• Un “clic” indicará su correcta jación.
NOTA: asegúrese de no dejar el reposacabezas entre dos posiciones.
Instalación del Safe One en el vehículo (grupo l)
ADVERTENCIA: para la utilización del Safe One como grupo l (9 a 18 kg) es
necesario el uso del arnés de seguridad, y del protector acolchado.
• Coloque el Safe One sobre el asiento del vehículo, asegurándose que esté rmemente
apoyada al respaldo del asiento del coche.
• Tense el arnés de seguridad tirando del extremo de la cinta de regulación del arnés
(g.2).
• Introduzca el cinturón de seguridad del coche dentro de la ranura para el cinturón en el
respaldo de la silla de seguridad (g.3).
• Pase ambos tramos del cinturón entre el respaldo y la vestidura (g.4-5).
• Abroche la hebilla del cinturón de seguridad (g.6).
• Por último tense el cinturón de seguridad. Primero el tramo abdominal y después el
diagonal (g.7).
• Aoje el arnés de seguridad. Para ello presione el ajustador central y tire de ambas correas
del arnés.
• Abra la hebilla del arnés. Presione el botón central de color rojo, situado en la hebilla, y
separe las dos lengüetas.
• Siente al niño en el Safe One y colóquele el arnés.
• Introduzca las dos lengüetas en la hebilla, un “clic” indicará su correcta jación (g.8).
• Tire de la correa de regulación del arnés (g.9) y ajústelo al cuerpo del niño (g.10).
Compruebe siempre que las correas de los hombros se encuentran a la altura correcta
para el niño. Los hombros del niño deberán estar siempre por debajo de la ranura del
arnés.
NOTA:Asegúrese que las cintas no han quedado retorcidas, y que la vestidura
no esté impidiendo el movimiento o colocación del cinturón de seguridad.
ADVERTENCIA: En la instalación como grupo l no debe utilizar el pasa
cinturón del cabezal.
• Para sacar al niño de la silla de seguridad, presione el pulsador de regulación del arnés, y
tire de las dos correas de hombros.
• Desabroche la hebilla y libere al niño del arnés.
• Para el desmontaje del Safe One del asiento de su vehículo actúe a la inversa.

Desmontaje del arnés
• Aoje el arnés de seguridad. Para ello presione el ajustador central y tire de ambas correas
del arnés.
• Desmonte los dos extremos del arnés de la pletina de distribución, situada en la parte
posterior del respaldo (g.11). Después pasar por las ranuras de la carcasa y del
reposacabezas.
• Desmonte los protectores pectorales. Para ello pase la cinta del protector hacia el exterior
del tubo (g.12).
• Deslice las cintas por los protectores pectorales.
• Retire los pasadores, que se encuentran bajo el asiento, de tal manera que podrá liberar
del todo el arnés de seguridad (g.13).
• Haga lo mismo con el pasador de la cinta entrepiernas que incluye la hebilla.
NOTA: conserve todos los componentes del arnés para posibles montajes
en el futuro.
Instalación del Safe One en el vehículo (grupo ll/lll)
• Retire el protector acolchado y el arnés de seguridad.
• Coloque el Safe One sobre el asiento del vehículo asegurándose que esté rmemente
apoyada al respaldo del asiento del coche (g.14).
• Siente al niño en el Safe One (g.15).
• Abroche el cinturón de seguridad. La parte abdominal del cinturón de seguridad debe pasar
por la parte superior de las piernas del niño, y la parte diagonal sobre el pecho (g.16).
• Haga pasar el tramo diagonal a través del pasa cinturón de color rojo, situado en el
reposacabezas (g.17).
• Regule la altura del reposacabezas, de tal manera que quede bien adaptado al niño.
• Tense el cinturón de seguridad, sin llegar a oprimir al niño, asegurándose que el cinturón
no está retorcido en ninguno de sus tramos.
• Para liberar al niño, simplemente desabroche el cinturón de seguridad.
Desmontaje de la vestidura (g.18)
• La vestidura del Safe One se puede desmontar para su posterior lavado. Siga las
instrucciones de lavado, indicadas en las etiquetas de lavado cosidas a la vestidura.
• Primero aoje el arnés de seguridad y retire el protector acolchado. Posteriormente
desmonte el arnés de seguridad.
NOTA: conserve todos los componentes del arnés para montajes futuros.
• Separa el respaldo del asiento. Con una mano sujete el asiento, mientras que con la otra
presiona el respaldo.
• Libere los 8 broches que jan la vestidura del respaldo, y los 4 del cabezal. A continuación,
libere los 4 broches restantes que jan la vestidura al asiento del Safe One.
• Preste atención al desmontaje. Siga las instrucciones a la inversa para el posterior montaje

de cada uno de los componentes.
ADVERTENCIA: No utilice nunca el SAFE ONE sin su respaldo ya que ha sido
homologado como conjunto. El uso sin respaldo afectará a la seguridad del
niño
Mantenimiento
• Siga las instrucciones de lavado indicadas en las diferentes etiquetas textiles.
• Las partes pintadas y plásticas pueden lavarse con una solución jabonosa, no emplee
productos abrasivos.

1. Aquest és un sistema de retenció per a nens de categoria “UNIVERSAL”. Ha estat
homologat d’acord amb el Reglament núm. 44, sèrie 04 d’esmenes, per a la seva
utilització general en vehicles i la seva instal·lació en la majoria de seients d’automòbil,
encara que no en tots.
2. Se’n pot dur a terme una correcta instal·lació si el fabricant del vehicle ha certicat en
el manual del vehicle que aquest és capaç d’acceptar un sistema de retenció per a nens
de categoria “UNIVERSAL” per a aquest grup d’edat.
3. Aquest sistema de retenció s’ha classicat en la categoria “UNIVERSAL” en condicions
més rigoroses que les aplicades a models anteriors que no mostren aquest avís.
4. En cas de dubte, consulteu-ho amb el fabricant o el venedor.

INSTRUCIONS.
• El SAFE ONE és un sistema de retenció infantil que corresponent al grup 1 (de 9 a 18 kg),
grup 2 (de 15 a 25 kg) i grup 3 (de 22 a 36 kg).
• La cadira pot xar-se a l’automòbil amb el cinturó de seguretat de tres punts amb retractor
del propi vehicle, aprova’t segons el reglament UN/ECE-16 o norma equivalent.
• El sistema de retenció original no pot ser modicat.
• Després d’un accident el sistema de retenció haurà de ser canviat.
• Protegeixi qualssevol part del sistema de retenció del mal que li pugui provocar el seient
abatible o la porta del vehicle.
• Protegeixi del calor del sol totes les parts metàl·liques que estiguin en contacte amb el nen.
• El cinturó de seguretat del vehicle no ha de estar mai retorçada.
• Faci servir sempre el sistema de retenció, encara que sigui un trajecte curt, i mai deixi al
nen sense atenció a l’interior del vehicle.
• Retirar el sistema de retenció del vehicle sempre que no es tingui que utilitzar i mantenir-ho
allunyat dels nens.
• Es recomana que qualssevol equipatge o objectes que puguin provocar ferides en cas de
col·lisió estiguin ben assegurats o subjectats.
• Garantim la seguretat del producte quan és utilitzat per el primer comprador.
• Recomanem no utilitzar productes de segona mà relacionats amb la seguretat.
• És important que la resta de passatgers del vehicle també vagin subjectats amb el cinturó
de seguretat, ja que en cas d’accident poden sortir disparats i fer mal al nen.
• Comprovar les diferents parts del producte regularment.
• El sistema de retenció no s’ha d’utilitzar sense la seva vestidura.
• Haurà d’utilitzar únicament la vestidura subministrada per el fabricant de la cadira, perquè
forma part integral de la mateixa.
• No deixi al seu nen sol a la cadira en cap moment.
• Vostè és el responsable de la seguretat del nen.

INSTRUCCIONS D’ÚS
Regulació del capçal
• El capçal té 7 posicions. Per seleccionar una d’elles tirar del polsador de regulació, situat
a la part posterior del respatller, i desplaçar el capçal ns la posició desitjada (g.1).
• Un “clic” indicarà la seva correcta xació.
NOTA: assegurar-se de no deixar el capçal entre dues posicions.
Instal·lació del Safe One al vehicle (grup l)
ADVERTÉNCIA: per la utilització del Safe One com grup l (9 a 18 kg) es
necessari l’ús del arnés de seguretat, i del coixí addicional.
• Situar el Safe One a sobre el seient del vehicle, assegurar que estigui correctament
recolzat al respatller del seient del cotxe.
• Tibi l’arnés de seguretat tibant del extrem de la cinta de regulació de l’arnés (g.2).
• Introduir el cinturó de seguretat del cotxe dins de la ranura per el cinturó en el respatller de
la cadira de seguretat (g.3).
• Passar els dos trams del cinturó entre el respatller i la vestidura (g.4-5).
• Cordi la sivella del cinturó de seguretat (g.6).
• Per últim tibi el cinturó de seguretat. Primer el tram abdominal i després el diagonal (g.7).
• Auixar l’arnés de seguretat. Pressionar l’ajustador central i tirar de les dues cintes de
l’arnés.
• Obri la sivella del arnés. Pressionar el botó central de color vermell, situat a la sivella, i
separar les dues llengüetes.
• Segui al nen al Safe One i col·locar l’arnés.
• Introdueixi les dues llengüetes a la sivella, un “clic” ens indicarà la seva correcta xació
(g.8).
• Tibi de la corretja de regulació del arnés (g.9) i ajustar al cos del nen (g.10). Comprovar
sempre que les corretges de les espatlles es troben a l’alçada correcta per el nen. Les
espatlles del nen hauran de ser sempre per sota de la ranura del arnés.
NOTA: Assegureu-se que les cintes no han quedat retorçades, i que la
vestidura no estigui dicultant el moviment o col·locació del cinturó de
seguretat.
ADVERTÉNCIA: A la instal·lació com a grup l no ha de utilitzar el passa
cinturons del capçal.
• Per treure al nen de la cadira de seguretat, pressionar el polsador de regulació del arnés,
i tibar de les dues corretges de les espatlles.
• Descordi la sivella i alliberi al nen del arnés.
• Per el desmuntatge del Safe One del seient del seu vehicle actuar a la inversa.

Desmuntatge del arnés
• Auixar el arnés de seguretat. Pressionar l’ajustador central i tibar de les dues corretges
del arnés.
• Desmuntar els dos extrems del arnés de la platina de distribució, situada a la part posterior
del respatller (g.11). Després passar per les ranures de la carcassa i del capçal.
• Desmuntar els protectors pectorals. Passar la cinta del protector cap a l’exterior del tub
(g.12).
• Faci lliscar les cintes per els protectors pectorals.
• Retirar els passadors, que es troben sota el seient, de tal manera que podrà alliberar del
tot el arnés de seguretat (g.13).
• Faci el mateix amb el passador de la cinta entrecames que inclou la sivella.
NOTA: conservar tots els components del arnés per possibles muntatges en
el futur.
Instal·lació del Safe One en el vehicle (grup ll/lll)
• Retirar el coixí addicional i el arnés de seguretat.
• Col·locar el Safe One a sobre el seient del vehicle assegurant-se que estigui correctament
recolzat al respatller del seient del cotxe (g.14).
• Seure al nen al Safe One (g.15).
• Cordi el cinturó de seguretat. La part abdominal del cinturó de seguritat ha de passar per
la part superior de les cames del nen, i la part diagonal sobre el pit (g.16).
• Faci passar el tram diagonal a través del passa cinturó de color vermell, situat al capçal
(g.17).
• Regular l’alçada del capçal, de tal manera que quedi ben adaptat al nen.
• Tibar el cinturó de seguretat, sense oprimir al nen, assegurant-se que el cinturó no estigui
entregirat en cap tram.
• Per alliberar al nen, simplement descordar el cinturó de seguretat.
Desmuntatge de la vestidura (g.18)
• La vestidura del Safe One es pot desmuntar per el posterior rentat. Segueixi les instruccions
de rentat, indicades a les etiquetes de rentat cosides a la vestidura.
• Primer auixar el arnés de seguretat i retirar el protector embuatat. Posteriorment desmuntar
el arnés de seguretat.
NOTA: conservar tots els components del arnés para muntatges futurs.
• Separar el respatller del seient. Amb una mà subjecti el seient, m’entres que amb l’altre
pressiona el respatller.
• Alliberar els 8 fermalls que xen la vestidura del respatller, i els 4 del capçal. A continuació,
alliberar els 4 fermalls restants que xa’n la vestidura al seient del Safe One.
• Prengui atenció al desmuntatge. Segueixi les instruccions a la inversa per el posterior
muntatge de cada un dels components.

ADVERTÉNCIA: No utilitzar mai el SAFE ONE sense el seu respatller ja que

1. This is a “UNIVERSAL” child restraint. It is approved to Regulation No 44, 04 series of
amendments, for general use in vehicles and it will t most, but not all, car seats.
2. A correct t is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that
the vehicle is capable of accepting a “UNIVERSAL” child restraint for this age group.
3. This child restraint has been classied as “UNIVERSAL” under more stringent
conditions than those which applied to earlier designs which do not carry this notice.
4. If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.

IT IS IN USE.
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ARTICLE
AND KEEP THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. THE CHILD’S SAFETY MAY BE
AT RISK IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED
• The SAFE ONE is a child restraint system belonging to Group 1 (from 9 to 18 kg), group 2
(from 15 to 25 kg) and group 3 (from 22 to 36 kg).
• The seat can be installed in the vehicle using the three-point seat belt with retractor of the
vehicle, approved under UN/ECE-16 or other equivalent standards.
• The original restraint system must not be altered.
• After an accident the restraint system should be replaced.
• Protect all parts of the restraint system from possible damage caused by the fold down seat
or door of the vehicle.
• Protect all the metal parts that come into contact with the child from sunlight.
• The vehicle seat belt should never be twisted.
• Always use the restraint system, even on short journeys and never leave the child
unattended inside the vehicle.
• Take the restraint system out of the car whenever it is not going to be used and keep it out
of the reach of children.
• Any luggage or other objects that may cause injury in the event of a collision should be
secured.
• We guarantee the safety of the device when it is used by the original buyer.
• It is not advisable to use second hand safety products.
• It is important that the other passengers in the vehicle also wear their seat belts, because
in the event of an accident they could get ung about and injure the child.
• Regularly check the different parts of the product.
• Do not use the restraint system without its upholstery.
• Only the upholstery supplied by the seat manufacturer should be used as it forms an
important part of the product.
• Do not leave the child alone in the seat at any time.
• You are responsible for the child’s safety.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Adjusting the headrest
• The headrest has 7 positions. To select one of the positions pull the adjustment button,
found on the rear part of the backrest, and move the headrest to the required position
(g.1).
• It will click when correctly fastened into place.
NOTE: make sure the headrest is not left between two positions.
Installing the Safe One in the vehicle (group l)
WARNING: to use the Safe One as a group l (9 to 18 kg) it is necessary to use
the safety harness and the padded protector.
• Place the Safe One on the seat of the vehicle, making sure that it is pressed rmly against
the backrest of the vehicle seat.
• Tighten the safety harness by pulling the end of the harness adjustment strap (g.2).
• Insert the car seat belt into the belt slot in the backrest of the safety seat (g.3).
• Pass both sections of the seat belt between the backrest and the upholstery (g.4-5).
• Fasten the seat belt buckle (g.6).
• Lastly, tighten the seat belt. First the abdominal section and then the diagonal one (g.7).
• Loosen the safety harness. To do this press the central adjuster and pull both of the harness
straps.
• Open the harness buckle. Press the red central button, found on the buckle, and separate
the two sides.
• Place the child in the Safe One and t the harness.
• Insert the two sides into the buckle, it will click when correctly fastened (g.8).
• Pull the harness adjustment strap (g.9) so it ts the child correctly (g.10). Always check
that the shoulder straps are at the correct height for the child. The child’s shoulders should
always be below the harness slots.
NOTE: Make sure that the straps are not twisted and that the upholstery does
not impede the movement or tting of the seat belt.
WARNING: When installed as group I, the belt slot on the headrest should not
be used.
• To get the child out of the safety seat, press the harness adjustment button, and pull the two
shoulder straps.
• Unfasten the buckle and take the harness off the child.
• To take the Safe One off the vehicle seat, follow the same steps in reverse.

Removing the harness
• Loosen the safety harness. To do this press the central adjuster and pull both of the harness
straps.
• Take the two ends of the harness out of the distribution plate, found on the back of the
backrest (g.11). Then pass them through the slots on the frame and the headrest.
• Take the chest protectors off. To do this pass the strap of the protector towards the exterior
of the tube (g.12).
• Slide the straps through the chest protectors.
• Remove the clips, found underneath the seat, so that the safety harness may be fully
removed. (g.13).
• Do the same with the crotch strap clip that includes the buckle.
NOTE: keep all the parts of the harness so it can be tted again in the
future.
Installing the Safe One in the vehicle (group ll/lll)
• Remove the padded protector and the safety harness.
• Place the Safe One on the seat of the vehicle, making sure that it is pressed rmly against
the backrest of the vehicle seat (g.14).
• Place the child in the Safe One (g.15).
• Fasten the seat belt. The abdominal part of the seat belt should go over the top of the
child’s legs, and the diagonal part over the chest (g.16).
• Pass the diagonal section through the red belt guide, found on the headrest (g.17).
• Adjust the height of the headrest, so it is the right size for the child.
• Tighten the seat belt, without squeezing the child, making sure that no section of the belt is
twisted.
• To get the child out of the seat simply unfasten the seat belt.
Removing the upholstery (g.18)
• The upholstery of the Safe One can be taken off for washing. Follow the washing instructions
printed on the care label sewn onto the upholstery.
• Firstly loosen the safety harness and take the padded protector off. Then take the safety
harness off.
NOTE: keep all the parts of the harness so it can be tted again in the
future.
• Separate the backrest from the seat. With one hand hold the seat, while pressing the
backrest with the other hand.
• Unfasten the 8 clips that fasten the upholstery on the backrest, and the 4 on the headrest.
Then unfasten the remaining 4 clips that fasten the upholstery to the seat of the Safe
One.
• Take care when removing the upholstery. Follow the instructions in reverse to t each of the
