Technical Info
Replace I/O
1. Please prepare 3 kinds of tools for disassemble the terminal. The Phillips screwdriver and 1.5 mm
Hexagon socket spanner.
2. Lay down the terminal to remove the rear cover.

3. Push to remove the I/O cover.
4. Remove the accessories cover from the two sides.

5. Loosen the 8 screws to remove system rear housing.
6. Push (remove HDD first) and pull rear cover upward.

7. Loose one screw from inverter and move it a little outwards (purple area, 1 screw) to allow easier
access to the screw of audio board.
Unplug and remove the VGA cable (yellow area, total 3 connectors and 1 grounding cable).
Remove the audio board (red area, total 4 screws, 4 cables and 1 audio board).
Remove the I/O bracket (blue area, total 3 screws).
8. Prepare the IDE cable, LPT cable, CF board and I/O bracket.

9. Please follow below pictures to install IDE/LPT cable and I/O bracket.
Plug the IDE cable (orange area, plug smaller connector to MB, bigger connector to CF card).
Install the CF board (red area, 3 screws).

CF board cables installation
Push inverter back and fix the screw (purple area). Make sure the LCD cable is connected.
Install the I/O bracket (blue area, 3 screws).
Plug LPT cable on MB and fix the LPT port to IO bracket with 2 hex screws (brown area).

10. Put back rear housing and fix with 8 screws.

11. Change I/O label.
12. Put back the LCD side covers and IO Cover
