PreTreater Pro Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of PreTreater Pro!
PreTreater Pro is an automatic pretreatment machine created by Polyprint S.A. Its uniform spraying on
garments guarantees that all garments will be sprayed equally and repeatedly with the same amount of liquid.
A pressure regulator provides constant and stable nozzle pressure, ensuring a safe and equal production.
PreTreater Pro keeps the pretreatment mist inside the machine, so there is no need for a ventilation system.
Ideal for a business with limited space.
The maximum pretreatment area is 41x60cm, which covers the greatest market demand and most applications
on the DTG market. The spray area is adjustable to the needs of each application. The liquid can be applied to
a specific area, keeping liquid consumption to a minimum.
PreTreater Pro’s UI has a 7inch touch screen display, which is user-friendly and allows the handling of all
functions of the device. There are five preselected options and ten custom preset buttons available. There you
can save your custom job preferences and recall them for repeated productions. Hundreds ofcustom job presets
can be saved with a barcode system. Just recall them with a barcode scanner. Job and consumption counters
help you indicate how much liquid has been consumed and the total amount of garments sprayed. Adjust liquid
quantity per ml and select the exact amount needed for different garment types. This way you generate the best
print quality and wash fastness results. You can easily choose from two different pretreatment liquids, since it
can automatically switch, on demand, between two pretreatment tanks that are installed inside the machine.
The automatic recirculation system prevents sedimentation inside the tanks and the tubes, so you can
immediately start production, ensuring less down times and consistent production. The waste collector guides
all the remaining liquids back to the waste tank. This way, you can easily empty the liquid waste and clean the
machine faster.
