Carefully read and understand the information given in this manual before beginning the
assembly and installation. Failure to do so could lead to electric shock, fire or other injuries
which could be hazardous or even fatal.
1. All electrical connections must be in agreement with local codes, ordinances or the national
electric code (NEC). Contact your municipal building department to learn about your local
codes, permits and/or inspections. WARNING: RISK OF FIRE. MOST DWELLINGS BUILT
BEFORE 1985 HAVE SUPPLY WIRE RATED FOR 140°F. CONSULT A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN BEFORE INSTALLATION.
2. TURN OFF ELECTRICITY at main fuse box (or circuit breaker box) before beginning
installation by switching circuit breaker off or removing fuse.
3. DO NOT connect this fixture to an electrical system that does not provide a means for
equipment grounding. Never use a fixture in a two-wire system that is not grounded.
WARNING: INSTALLING A FIXTURE INTO AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NOT HAVING A
PROPER GROUNDING MEANS COULD ALLOW ALL METAL PARTS OF THE FIXTURE TO
CARRY ELECTRICAL CURRENT IF ANY OF THE FIXTURE WIRES. WIRE CONNECTIONS OR
SPLICES BECOME BROKEN. CUT OR LOOSE DURING THE MOUNTING OR NORMAL
OPERATION OF THE FIXTURE. UNDER THIS CONDITION, ANYONE COMING IN CONTACT
WITH THE FIXTURE IS SUBJECT TO ELECTRICAL SHOCK, WHICH COULD CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
4. If you are not sure your lighting system has a grounding means, DO NOT attempt to install
this fixture. Contact a qualified, licensed electrician for information with regards to proper
grounding methods as required by the local electrical code in your area.
5. DO NOT connect the bare or green insulation fixture ground wire to the black (HOT) current-
carrying or white neutral house wire.

WARNING: CONNECTION OF THE BARE OR GREEN FIXTURE GROUND WIRE TO THE
BLACK OR WHITE HOUSE WIRES MAY ALLOW ALL METAL PARTS OF THE FIXTURE TO
CARRY ELECTRICAL CURRENT. UNDER THIS CONDITION ANYONE COMING IN CONTACT
WITH THE FIXTURE WILL RECEIVE ELECTRICAL SHOCK, WHICH COULD CAUSE SERIOUS
INJURY OR DEATH.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list and hardware contents above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.

7. All fixtures must be mounted to an outlet box that is supported by the building structure. DO
NOT attempt to support the fixture by ceiling board alone. Ceiling board alone does not have
the strength to support the weight of the fixture. The fixture may fall and cause personal injury.
8. BE CAREFUL not to damage or cut the wire insulation (covering) during fixture installation.
DO NOT permit wires to contact any surface having a sharp edge.To do so may damage or cut
the wire insulation, which could cause serious injury or death from electric shock.
9. DO NOT use lamps (bulbs) having a greater wattage than the maximum value stated on the
fixture. The use of a higher wattage lamp(s) than specified will increase temperature and cause
risk of fire.
10. Risk of Electric Shock. Install all luminaires 10 feet or more from a pool, spa, or fountain.
Suggest bulb total wattage consumption less than 80% of the transformer rating.
WARNING: WIRE CONNECTORS WILL NOT SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF A FIXTURE.
SUSPENDING A FIXTURE BY THE HOUSE WIRES AND WIRE CONNECTORS WILL RESULT
IN THE FIXTURE FALLING, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY AND DANGER
OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR FIRE.
6. DO NOT suspend any fixture by the house wires. A fixture must always be mounted directly
to an outlet box or to a mounting strip, which is first attached to the outlet box.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unscrew fixture cover (G) from top assembly by
turning counterclockwise and insert bulb (AA) into the
socket. Reassemble top to fixture cover (G).
2. Attach the stake (I) and post (H) to fixture cover (G)
by turning clockwise.

3. Make sure the assembled unit is fully tightened
without any loose parts.

2. Insert transformer wire (L) from the
transformer (K) into the connector (J).

Step 1 until the two contact pins

1. Plug in transformer (K) to 120-volt AC,
60-hertz outlet. Note: Bulb in landscape light
must be 12-volt AC.
2. Adjust timer control as desired.
OFF: Power off. Fixture will not light.
ON: Power on. Fixture will stay lit continuously.
AUTO: Fixture will light automatically as
surrounding area gets dark.
4H: Fixture will light automatically as surrounding
area gets dark. After 4 hours, the fixture will
automatically turn off.
6H: Same as above, After 6 hours, the fixture will
automatically turn off.
8H: Same as above, After 8 hours, the fixture will
automatically turn off. Time Rotary Control Switch

4. Check circuits breaker if the bulb from
the landscape light did not light.
Total bulb wattage connecting to
transformer (K) can't exceed 120 volts.

WARRANTY
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
The light does not
turn on at night.
1. The transformer is not connected
into power receptacle.
2. The bulb is broken.
3. The contact pins of connector does
not pierce well.

power receptacle.

pierce wire well and touch
the electric wire.
The manufacturer warrants all of its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for
a period of one year from the date of purchase. If within this period the product is found to be
defective in material or workmanship, the product must be returned, with a copy of the bill of sales as
proof of purchase, to the original place of purchase. The manufacturer will, at its option, repair,
replace or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser consumer. This warranty does not
cover the fixture becoming damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling and/or
installation and specifically excludes liability for direct, incidental or consequential damages. As
some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and
limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights
that vary from state to state.
