At Power Plus Mobility we manufacture top quality CANADIAN MADE products.
Your seang product should provide you with many years of service, but like any
product, it will require proper care and service for it to perform eciently.
However we suggest you regularly inspect your seang product, checking for loose
fasteners, excess play and damage.
Please complete your WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD and return it to us at
Power Plus Mobility Inc.
Also please read this manual to help understand the proper operaon, safety and
maintenance of your new product.
Power Plus Mobility guarantees all parts of our wheelchair to be free of
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of
purchase. “Wear” items such as res, tubes, arm pads and upholsteries are
excluded from this warranty.
This warranty is invalid if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse,
neglect, improper applicaon, unauthorized service repair or the addion of
non-factory approved accessories.
Power Plus Mobility will repair or replace defecve parts as required. A return
authorizaon must be obtained and the parts returned to us freight prepaid,
within the warranty period. Labour and freight charges incurred for replacements
or repairs are not covered.

1. Place the cushion on the seat
2. Open the vales and inate the cushion with the
easy-to-use hand pump. Close the valve
3. Dual compartment cushions can be adjusted independently to
increase posing and stability of either side-to-side or
front-to-back control
4. Seat the user on the cushion
1. Wash the cushion with warm, soapy (ansepc soap) water
2. Wipe the cushion using a wet cloth; rinse in clear water then
air dry. DO NOT USE DETERGENTS OR OTHER SOLVENTS.
3. Do not machine wash or tumble dry
4. Do not heat or steam autoclave
1. Wash at 86 degrees Fahrenheit 939 degrees Celsius).
DO NOT IRON, only air dry.
2. For hygiene reasons, each cushion cover should be used for
one user only. We recommend that you purchase and apply a
new cover, and thoroughly clean the cushion with ansepc soap
and water before using with a dierent user.
a. Recommended to purchase a second cower to use
while the rst is being washed in order to avoid direct
contact with the surface of the cushion.

1. Twist the cushion valve counter clockwise to open
2. Aach the white tube to the vale as shown in the gure below
3. Fully inate the cushion unl the cells are rm
4. Twist the cushion vale clockwise to close and remove the tube
5. Sit on the cushion
6. Insert your hand between the cushion and the buocks
(at the boniest part)
7. Pen the cushion valve slowly and begin to release air.
Close the cushion vale when there is at least three ngerps
distance between the buocks and the cushion
8. Now the cushion is properly inated for the user
If the cushion is accidently pierced, use the easy-to-use repair kit
supplied with the cushion.
1. Clean and dry the damaged area
2. Gently rub the surface with the abrasive pad
3. Peel and place the pressure-sensive adhesive patch over the
damaged area
4. Press rmly

Check inaon: At least once a day
Check skin: Check skin frequently, at least once per day. Skin and
so ssue breakdown can occur due to many reasons, which may
vary by individual. Redness bruising, or discoloured skin may indi-
cate the beginning of a so ssue or skin breakdown. If this occurs,
consult with a clinician immediately.
Cushion and Cover Orientaon: The cushion must be used with air
cells facing up. If the cushion is not facing up, or the cover is not
used correctly, it may reduce or eliminate the cushions benets and
could increase risk to the skin and other so ssue.
Under Inaon: DO NOT USE an under-inated cushion. Insu-
cient inaon or loss of cushion air may cause lack of body support.
It is important that you are immersed into the cushion, but not
resng on the base or boom of the cushion, as it can result in
peak pressure areas. Prolonged exposure to peak pressures could
increase risk of breakdown to skin and other so ssue.
Over inaon: DO NOT USE an over-inated cushion. If the cushion
remains over-inated for daily use, the boy will not immerse into
the cells, which may reduce or eliminate the products benets and
increase risk of breakdown to the skin and other so ssue.
