1 DESCRIPTION
1.1 PURPOSE
This machine is used for：
• Shrinking of shrink tubing, packaging and electrical
components.
• Deforming of articles made from acrylic, PVC, and
polystyrene tubing, plates, and profiles.
• Welding of thermoplastic polymer, flooring materials
of PVC and linoleum, PVC-coated fabric, wallpaper,
tarpaulins and foils.
• Soldering of tin, special silver solder, SMD elements,
cable lugs, and for loosening soldered connections.
• Paint removal. Removal of old coatings of oil paint,
varnish, and synthetic plaster.
• Drying of color shade samples, filter, adhesives,
construction joints and stucco forms.
• Joining adhesives. Large surface gluing with contact
adhesives, activation of pressure, or heat sensitive
adhesives, acceleration of bonding processes, releasing of
bonding points as well as releasing or bonding of edge
bond or veneer.
• Defrosting of icy stairs and steps, door locks, trunk lids,
car doors or metal water pipes.

2 INSTALLATION
2.1 UNPACK THE MACHINE
WARNING
Make sure that you correctly assemble the machine before
use.
WARNING
• If parts of the machine are damaged, do not use the
machine.
• If you do not have all the parts, do not operate the
machine.
• If parts are damaged or missing, contact the service
center.
1. Open the package.
2. Read the documentation provided in the box.
3. Remove all the unassembled parts from the box.
4. Remove the machine from the box.
5. Discard the box and packing material in compliance with
local regulations.
WARNING
For your personal safety, do not insert battery before the
tool is assembled completely.
2.2 INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK

WARNING
• If the battery pack or charger is damaged, replace the
battery pack or the charger.
• Stop the machine and wait until the motor stops before
you install or remove the battery pack.
• Read, understand, and follow the instructions in the
battery and charger manual.
1. Align the lift ribs on the battery pack with the grooves in
the battery compartment.
2. Push the battery pack into the battery compartment until
the battery pack locks into place.
3. When you hear a click, the battery pack is installed.
2.3 REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK

1. Push and hold the battery release button.
2. Remove the battery pack from the machine.
2.4 INSTALL THE NOZZLE

1. Install the nozzle into the machine.
2. Make sure that the nozzle is in place.
2.5 REMOVE THE NOZZLE

1. Rotate the sleeve (1) in the direction shown in the figure.
2. The nozzle falls off automatically.

3 OPERATION
WARNING
Always wear eye protection.
WARNING
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product.
3.1 START THE MACHINE

NOTE
The machine can not work until the lock out button is
pushed fully to the left or right.
1. Push the lock out button to the left or right.
2. Push and hold the trigger to turn the heat gun ON.
3.2 STOP THE MACHINE
1. Release the trigger to stop the machine.
NOTE
The machine runs on for a short time before switching off.
Wait until the motor stops after you stop the machine.
3.3 LED LIGHT

The LED light illuminates when the trigger is depressed.
It turns off after a delay when the trigger is released.
3.4 HANGER

The machine can be hung in a suitable position.
1. Pull up the hanger.
2. The hanger can be rotated after being pulled up. Rotate
the hanger as needed.
3. Hang the machine in the suitable position.
WARNING
Do not operate while hanging!
3.5 ACCESSORIES

FLAT NOZZLE
For wider and larger air outlet, use the flat nozzle. For
example, dry paint, remove label, etc.
REDUCTION NOZZLE
For smaller air outlet, use the reduction nozzle. For example,
remove components on circuit board, etc.
HOOK NOZZLE
Use the hook to protect surrounding objects from heat
radiation. For example, use the hook to protect other wires
from heat radiation when one wire among a bundle needs to
be processed.
4 MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
Do not let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based materials
touch the plastic parts. Chemicals can cause damage to the
plastic, and make the plastic unserviceable.
CAUTION
Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic
housing or components.
WARNING
Remove the battery pack from the machine before
maintenance.
4.1 CLEAN THE MACHINE
CAUTION
The machine must be dry. Humidity can cause risks of
electrical shocks.
• Clear the unwanted material out of the air vent with a
vacuum cleaner.
• Do not spray the air vent or put the air vent in solvents.
• Clean the housing and the plastic components with a
moist and soft cloth.

6 WARRANTY

Powerworks webpage)
The Powerworks warranty is 3 years on the product, and
2 years on batteries (consumer/private usage) from the date
of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults. A
faulty product under warranty might be either repaired or
replaced. A unit that has been misused or used in other ways
then described in the owner’s manual might be rejected for
warranty. Normal wear, and wear parts are not considered as
warranty. The original manufacturer warranty is not affected
by any additional warranty offered by a dealer or retailer.
A faulty product must be returned to the point of purchase
in order to claim for warranty, together with the proof of
purchase (receipt).

1 BESCHREIBUNG
1.1 VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Diese Maschine kann für die folgenden Zwecke verwendet
werden:
• Schrumpfen von Schrumpfschläuchen, Verpackungen und
elektrischen Bauteilen.
• Verformung von Artikeln aus Acryl-, PVC- und
Polystyrolrohren, -platten und -profilen.
• Schweißen von thermoplastischen Polymeren,
Bodenbelägen aus PVC und Linoleum, PVC-
beschichteten Geweben, Tapeten, Planen und Folien.
• Löten von Zinn, Spezialsilberlot, SMD-Elementen,
Kabelschuhen und zum Lösen von Lötverbindungen.
• Entfernen von Farbe. Entfernen von alten Beschichtungen
aus Ölfarben, Lacken und synthetischem Putz.
• Trocknen von Farbtonmustern, Filtern, Klebstoffen,
Arbeitsfugen und Stuckformen.
• Verbinden von Klebstoffen. Großflächige Verklebung
mit Kontaktklebstoffen, Aktivierung von Druck- oder

2 MONTAGE
2.1 MASCHINE AUSPACKEN
WARNUNG
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Maschine vor dem
Gebrauch richtig montiert haben.
WARNUNG
• Bei beschädigten Maschinenteilen dürfen Sie die
Maschine nicht verwenden.
• Wenn Sie nicht alle Teile haben, dürfen Sie die
Maschine nicht in Betrieb nehmen.
• Wenn Teile beschädigt sind oder fehlen, wenden Sie
sich an die Servicestelle.
1. Öffnen Sie die Verpackung.
2. Lesen Sie die beiliegende Dokumentation.
3. Entnehmen Sie alle unmontierten Teile aus dem Karton.
4. Nehmen Sie die Maschine aus dem Karton.
5. Entsorgen Sie den Karton und das Verpackungsmaterial
gemäß den örtlichen Vorschriften.
WARNUNG
Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit dürfen Sie den Akkupack
nicht einsetzen, bevor das Werkzeug vollständig
zusammengebaut ist.
2.2 AKKUPACK EINSETZEN

• Wenn der Akkupack oder das Ladegerät beschädigt ist,
ersetzen Sie den Akkupack oder das Ladegerät.
• Stoppen Sie die Maschine und warten Sie, bis der
Motor stoppt, bevor Sie den Akkupack einsetzen oder
entnehmen.
• Lesen, verstehen und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen im
Handbuch für Akkupack und Ladegerät.
1. Richten Sie die Hubrippen am Akkupack mit den Nuten
im Akkufach aus.
2. Schieben Sie den Akkupack in das Akkufach, bis er
einrastet.
3. Wenn Sie ein Klicken hören, ist der Akkupack eingesetzt.
2.3 AKKUPACK ENTFERNEN

2. Nehmen Sie den Akkupack aus der Maschine.
2.4 INSTALLIEREN DER DÜSE

2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Düse korrekt eingesetzt ist.

3 BEDIENUNG

3.1 MASCHINE STARTEN

HINWEIS
Die Maschine kann erst dann arbeiten, wenn der sperrtaste
ganz nach links oder rechts geschoben ist.
1. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach links oder rechts.
2. Drücken und halten Sie den Auslöser, um die
Heißluftpistole einzuschalten.
3.2 MASCHINE ANHALTEN
1. Lassen Sie den Auslöser los, um die Maschine
anzuhalten.
HINWEIS
Die Maschine läuft kurze Zeit nach, bevor sie sich abschaltet
Warten Sie, bis der Motor stoppt, nachdem Sie die
Maschine anhalten.
3.3 LED-LEUCHTE

1. Ziehen Sie den Aufhänger nach oben.
2. Der Aufhänger kann gedreht werden, nachdem er nach
oben gezogen wurde. Drehen Sie den Aufhänger nach
Bedarf.
3. Hängen Sie die Maschine in einer geeigneten Position
auf.

Nicht im hängenden Zustand bedienen!
3.5 ZUBEHÖR

FLACHDÜSE
Für einen breiteren und größeren Luftaustritt verwenden
Sie die Flachdüse. Beispielsweise, um Farbe zu trocknen,
Etiketten zu entfernen, usw.
REDUZIERDÜSE
Für einen kleineren Luftaustritt ist die Reduzierdüse zu
verwenden. Beispielsweise, um Bauteile auf der Platine zu
entfernen usw.
HAKENDÜSE

Wärmestrahlung zu schützen. Verwenden Sie den Haken

4.1 MASCHINE REINIGEN
VORSICHT
Die Maschine muss trocken sein. Feuchtigkeit kann zu
einem Stromschlagrisiko führen.
• Entfernen Sie unerwünschtes Material mit einem
Staubsauger aus der Belüftung.
• Sprühen Sie nicht in die Belüftung und legen Sie die

1 DESCRIPCIÓN
1.1 FINALIDAD
Esta máquina se utiliza para:
• Retracción de tubos retráctiles, embalajes y componentes
eléctricos.
• Deformación de artículos fabricados de material acrílico,
PVC y poliestireno como tubos, placas y perfiles.
• Soldadura de polímero termoplástico, materiales para
suelos de PVC y linóleo, tejido con revestimiento de
PVC, papel pintado, lonas y láminas.
• Soldadura de estaño, soldadura especial de plata,
elementos SMD, terminales de cables y para aflojar
conexiones soldadas.
• Eliminación de pintura. Eliminación de revestimientos
antiguos de pintura al óleo, barniz y yeso sintético.
• Secado de muestras de tonos de color, filtro, adhesivos,
juntas de construcción y formas de estuco.
• Pegado de adhesivos. Pegado de grandes superficies con
adhesivos de contacto, activación de adhesivos sensibles
a la presión o al calor, aceleración de los procesos de
adhesión, liberación de puntos de adhesión, así como
liberación o adhesión de bordes o cantos.

2.1 DESEMBALAJE DE LA MÁQUINA

Asegúrese de montar correctamente la máquina antes del
uso.

3.1 PUESTA EN MARCHA DE LA
MÁQUINA

La máquina no puede funcionar hasta que el gatillo de
DESBLOQUEO (6) se haya llevado completamente a la
izquierda o a la derecha.
1. Lleve el gatillo de DESBLOQUEO (6) hacia la izquierda
o hacia la derecha.
2. Presione y mantenga presionado el gatillo (4) para
encender la pistola térmica.
3.2 DETENCIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA
1. Suelte el gatillo para detener la máquina.
NOTA
La máquina funciona durante un breve tiempo antes de
apagarse. Espere hasta que el motor se detenga tras detener
la máquina.
3.3 PILOTO LED

La máquina se apaga tras un retardo cuando se suelta el
gatillo.

Utilice el gancho para proteger los objetos circundantes de
la radiación térmica. Por ejemplo, utilice el gancho para
proteger otros cables de la radiación térmica cuando haya que
procesar un cable de un haz.
4 MANTENIMIENTO
PRECAUCIÓN
No permita que líquidos de frenos, gasolina y otros
derivados del petróleo toquen las piezas de plástico. Las
sustancias químicas pueden dañar el plástico y hacer que
quede inservible.
PRECAUCIÓN
No utilice disolventes o detergentes fuertes en la carcasa o
los componentes de plástico.
AVISO
Retire la batería de la máquina antes de realizar tareas de
mantenimiento.
4.1 LIMPIEZA DE LA MÁQUINA
PRECAUCIÓN
La máquina debe estar seca. La humedad supone un riesgo
de descargas eléctricas.
• Quite el material no deseado del respiradero con un
aspirador.
• No pulverice el respiradero ni lo introduzca en
disolventes.
• Limpie la carcasa y los componentes de plástico con un
paño húmedo y suave.

1.1 DESTINAZIONE D'USO
Questo utensile è progettato per le operazioni descritte di
seguito.
• Termoretrazione di tubi, imballaggi e componenti elettrici
termoretraibili.
• Modellazione di tubi, piastre e profili in acrilico, PVC e
polistirene.
• Saldatura di polimeri termoplastici, materiali da
pavimentazione in PVC e linoleum, tessuti rivestiti in
PVC, carta da parati, teli cerati e lamine.
• Saldatura di latta, argento speciale per saldatura, elementi
SMD e capicorda; allentamento di giunture saldate.
• Rimozione di vernice. Rimozione di vecchi strati di
vernice a olio, smalto e gesso sintetico.
• Asciugatura di campioni di colore, filtri, adesivi, giunti di
costruzione e stucco.
• Incollaggio di adesivi. Incollaggio di ampie superfici
con adesivi di contatto, a pressione o termosensibili;
accelerazione dei processi di incollaggio; rilascio di

Per motivi di sicurezza, non inserire la batteria prima che

2.2 INSTALLAZIONE DELLA

• Se la batteria o il caricabatteria sono danneggiati,
sostituirli.
• Arrestare l'attrezzo e attendere che il motore si arresti
prima di installare o rimuovere la batteria.
• Leggere, comprendere e rispettare le istruzioni riportate
nel manuale della batteria e del caricabatteria.
1. Allineare le sporgenze sulla batteria con le scanalature sul
vano batteria.
2. Fare scorrere la batteria nel vano batteria finché non si
blocca in posizione.
3. Deve emettere un "clic".

3.1 AVVIO DELL'UTENSILE

L'utensile non funziona finché il pulsante di sbloccaggio (6)
non viene spostato completamente a destra o a sinistra.
1. Portare il pulsante di sbloccaggio (6) verso destra o verso
sinistra.
2. Tenere premuto l'interruttore a grilletto (4) per avviare
l'utensile.
3.2 ARRESTO DELL'APPARECCHIO
1. Rilasciare l'interruttore a leva per arrestare l'apparecchio.
NOTA
L'apparecchio rimane in funzione per un breve periodo
dopo lo spegnimento. Attendere che il motore si arresti
dopo aver spento l’apparecchio.
3.3 LUCE LED

La luce LED si accende automaticamente alla pressione
dell'interruttore a grilletto.
Si spegne poco dopo il rilascio dell'interruttore a grilletto.
3.4 DISPOSITIVO DI AGGANCIO

L'utensile può essere agganciato a un supporto adeguato.
1. Tirare il dispositivo di aggancio verso l'alto.
2. Dopo averlo sollevato, il dispositivo di aggancio può
essere ruotato. Ruotarlo per portarlo nella posizione
desiderata.
3. Agganciare l'utensile a un supporto adeguato.
AVVERTIMENTO
Non usare il prodotto quando è appeso.
3.5 ACCESSORI
BOCCHETTA PIATTA

La bocchetta piatta permette di ottenere un getto d'aria ampio.
È ideale per rimuovere vernice asciutta, etichette, ecc.

La bocchetta riduttore permette di ottenere un getto d'aria
concentrato. È ideale per rimuovere i componenti di un
circuito elettronico, ecc.
BOCCHETTA CON SCHERMO

Lo schermo permette di proteggere gli oggetti circostanti
dal calore. È possibile usare lo schermo per proteggere gli
altri cavi durante le operazioni su un solo cavo dello stesso
gruppo.
4 MANUTENZIONE
AVVERTENZA
Evitare che le parti in plastica entrino a contatto con
olio dei freni, benzina e materiali a base di petrolio. Gli
agenti chimici possono danneggiare la plastica e renderla
inservibile.
AVVERTENZA
Non usare detergenti o solventi aggressivi sulle parti in
plastica.
AVVERTIMENTO
Rimuovere il gruppo batteria dall'apparecchio prima di
sottoporlo a manutenzione.
4.1 PULIZIA DELL'APPARECCHIO
AVVERTENZA
L'apparecchio deve essere asciutto. L'umidità comporta il
rischio di scossa elettrica.
• Rimuovere il materiale estraneo dalle aperture di
ventilazione con un aspirapolvere.
• Non spruzzare aria sulle aperture di ventilazione e non
pulirle con solventi.
• Pulire le superfici esterne e i componenti in plastica con
un panno morbido e umido.

1.1 OBJET
Cette machine est utilisée pour：
• Rétrécissement de tube emmanchable, emballage et
composants électriques.
• Déformation d'articles composés de tubes, plaques et
profilés en acrylique, PVC et polystyrène.
• Soudure de polymère thermoplastique, de matériaux de
revêtement de sol en PVC et linoléum et de tissus, papiers
peints, bâches et films enduits de PVC.
• Soudure d'étain, de brasure d'argent spéciale, d'éléments
SMD et de cosses de câble et désolidarisation des
connexions soudées.
• Décapage de peinture. Retrait d'anciennes couches de
peinture à l'huile, de vernis et de plâtre synthétique.
• Séchage d'échantillons de nuancier, de filtres, d'adhésifs,
de joints de construction et de formes en stuc.
• Jointure d'adhésifs. Collage de grandes surfaces avec
des adhésifs de contact, à activation par pression ou

2 INSTALLATION
2.1 DÉBALLAGE DE LA MACHINE
AVERTISSEMENT
Assurez-vous d'assembler correctement la machine avant
son usage.

n'utilisez pas la machine.
• Si des pièces manquent, n'utilisez pas la machine.

1. Ouvrez l'emballage.
2. Lisez la documentation fournie dans la boîte.
3. Retirez toutes les pièces non-assemblées de la boîte.
4. Retirez la machine de la boîte.
5. Mettez la boîte et le matériau d'emballage au rebut dans le
respect de la réglementation locale.
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour votre sécurité personnelle, n'insérez pas la batterie
avant que l'outil ne soit complètement assemblé.
2.2 INSTALLATION DE LA BATTERIE

• Si la batterie ou le chargeur est endommagé, remplacez-
le.
• Arrêtez la machine et attendez que le moteur s'arrête
avant d'installer ou de retirer la batterie.
• Vous devez lire, comprendre et appliquer les
instructions du manuel de la batterie et du chargeur.
1. Alignez les ailettes de la batterie avec les rainures dans le
compartiment de batterie.
2. Poussez la batterie dans le compartiment de batterie
jusqu'à la verrouiller.
3. Au clic audible, la batterie est installée correctement.
2.3 RETRAIT DE LA BATTERIE

1. Appuyez sur le bouton de libération de la batterie sans le
relâcher.
2. Retirez la batterie de la machine.
2.4 INSTALLATION DE BUSE
