1 DESCRIPTION
1.1 PURPOSE
The machine is used to apply caulking material to surface,
e.g. joint sealants.
• Sealing cracks to keep your home’s conditioned air inside
while keeping unconditioned air outside, increasing your
home’s energy efficiency.
• Filling holes and cracks before painting.
• Creating a moisture barrier around areas that could be
damaged by water.
• Sealing cracks to keep insects from crawling inside your
home.
• Applying adhesive.

The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-
operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless)
power tool.
3 INSTALLATION
3.1 UNPACK THE MACHINE
WARNING
Make sure that you correctly assemble the machine before
use.
WARNING
• If parts of the machine are damaged, do not use the
machine.
• If you do not have all the parts, do not operate the
machine.
• If parts are damaged or missing, contact the service
center.
1. Open the package.
2. Read the documentation provided in the box.
3. Remove all the unassembled parts from the box.
4. Remove the machine from the box.
5. Discard the box and packing material in compliance with
local regulations.
3.2 ADJUST THE CAULK GUN

1. Press the lock out button to the left, to release the plunger
rod.
2. Hold the plunger rod handle and move the plunger rod
back and forth.
3.3 INSTALL THE CAULK TUBE

NOTE
Make sure that the removable cartridge holder is correctly
attached, and there are no residues in the removable
cartridge holder before installing.
1. Cut off the spout of the caulk tube at a 45˚ angle.
2. Press the lock out button to the left, pull back the plunger
rod handle until the plunger rod reaches the rear of the
removable cartridge holder.
3. Place the caulk tube into the removable cartridge holder.
4. Press the lock out button to the left, push plunger rod
forward to make sure that both ends of the caulk tube are
firm.
3.4 REMOVE THE CAULK TUBE
1. Press the lock out button to the left.
2. Hold the plunger rod handle and pull the plunger rod
backwards.
3. Take out the caulk tube.
3.5 INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK

WARNING
• If the battery pack or charger is damaged, replace the
battery pack or the charger.
• Stop the machine and wait until the motor stops before
you install or remove the battery pack.
• Read, understand, and follow the instructions in the
battery and charger manual.
1. Align the lift ribs on the battery pack with the grooves in
the battery compartment.
2. Push the battery pack into the battery compartment until
the battery pack locks into place.
3. When you hear a click, the battery pack is installed.
3.6 REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK

1. Push and hold the battery release button.
2. Remove the battery pack from the machine.
4 OPERATION
WARNING
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product.
4.1 SPEED ADJUSTMENT DIAL

The speed adjustment dial has 6 levels. Before using the
caulking gun, turn the speed adjustment dial to level 1 and
then set the speed adjustment dial to a best level during the
caulking process.
4.2 LED LIGHT

The LED light illuminates when the trigger is depressed.
It turns off after a delay when the trigger is released.
4.3 START THE MACHINE

1. Press the lock-out button to the right.
2. Press the trigger while you hold the lock-out button.
4.4 ADJUST THE PLUNGER ROD

1. Press the lock-out button to the left.
2. Adjust the plunger rod while you hold the lock-out
button.
4.5 STOP THE MACHINE

1. After releasing the trigger, the plunger rod will retreat
automatically about 1", then the motor stops.
2. If the trigger is released when the plunger rod was pushed
up to the top, then the motor will stop after the plunger
rod retreats about 3".
5 MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
Do not let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based materials
touch the plastic parts. Chemicals can cause damage to the
plastic, and make the plastic unserviceable.
CAUTION
Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic
housing or components.
WARNING
Remove the battery pack from the machine before
maintenance.
5.1 CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
• Switch off the machine and don’t switch it on before
carrying out maintenance or cleaning work.
• Use only the manufacturer’s recommended replacement
parts and accessories.
• Inspect and maintain the machine regularly. Have the
machine repaired only by an authorized repairer.
• When not in use, store the machine out of the reach of
children.
• The machine must always be kept clean and the sealant
remaining on the machine must be cleaned to make sure
that the machine is in good condition for the next use.
• The remaining adhesive material may cause breakage of
the machine.

7 WARRANTY
(The full warranty terms and conditions can be found on
Powerworks website )
The Powerworks warranty is 3 years on the product, and 2
years on batteries (consumer/private usage) from the date of
purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults. A faulty
product under warranty might be either repaired or replaced.
A unit that has been misused or used in other ways then
described in the owner’s manual might be rejected for
warranty. Normal wear, and wear parts are not considered as
warranty. The original manufacturer warranty is not affected
by any additional warranty offered by a dealer or retailer.
A faulty product must be returned to the point of purchase in
order to claim for warranty, together with the proof of
purchase (receipt).

1 BESCHREIBUNG
1.1 VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Die Maschine dient dem Aufbringen von Dichtmaterial auf
Oberflächen, z. B. Fugendichtmittel.
• Das Abdichten von Rissen hilft, die temperierte Luft im
Haus zu halten und die nicht temperierte Außenluft
draußen zu lassen. Dies verbessert die Energieeffizienz
Ihres Heims.
• Füllen von Löchern und Rissen vor dem Streichen.
• Schaffen einer Feuchtigkeitsbarriere um Bereiche, die
durch Wasser beschädigt werden können.
• Abdichten von Rissen, um zu verhindern, dass Insekten in
Ihr Heim kriechen.
• Aufbringen von Klebstoff.

3 MONTAGE
3.1 MASCHINE AUSPACKEN
WARNUNG
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Maschine vor dem
Gebrauch richtig montiert haben.
WARNUNG
• Bei beschädigten Maschinenteilen dürfen Sie die
Maschine nicht verwenden.
• Wenn Sie nicht alle Teile haben, dürfen Sie die
Maschine nicht in Betrieb nehmen.
• Wenn Teile beschädigt sind oder fehlen, wenden Sie
sich an die Servicestelle.
1. Öffnen Sie die Verpackung.
2. Lesen Sie die beiliegende Dokumentation.
3. Entnehmen Sie alle unmontierten Teile aus dem Karton.
4. Nehmen Sie die Maschine aus dem Karton.
5. Entsorgen Sie den Karton und das Verpackungsmaterial
gemäß den örtlichen Vorschriften.
3.2 EINSTELLEN DER
KARTUSCHENPRESSE

1. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach links, um die
Kolbenstange zu lösen.
2. Halten Sie den Griff der Kolbenstange fest und bewegen
Sie die Kolbenstange hin und her.
3.3 LEGEN SIE DIE

HINWEIS
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der herausnehmbare
Kartuschenhalter richtig befestigt ist und sich keine
Rückstände darin befinden, bevor Sie ihn installieren.
1. Schneiden Sie die Tülle der Kartusche in einem
45˚-Winkel ab.
2. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach links und ziehen
Sie den Griff der Kolbenstange zurück, bis die
Kolbenstange die Rückseite des abnehmbaren
Kartuschenhalters erreicht.
3. Setzen Sie das Kartusche in den abnehmbaren
Kartuschenhalter ein.
4. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach links, schieben
Sie die Kolbenstange nach vorne und stellen Sie sicher,
dass beide Enden des Abdichtungsrohrs fest sitzen.
3.4 ENTFERNEN SIE
DIE KARTUSCHE
1. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach links.
2. Halten Sie den Griff der Kolbenstange fest und ziehen Sie
die Kolbenstange nach hinten.
3. Nehmen Sie das Abdichtungsrohr heraus.

3.5 AKKUPACK EINSETZEN

WARNUNG
• Wenn der Akkupack oder das Ladegerät beschädigt ist,
ersetzen Sie den Akkupack oder das Ladegerät.
• Stoppen Sie die Maschine und warten Sie, bis der
Motor stoppt, bevor Sie den Akkupack einsetzen oder
entnehmen.
• Lesen, verstehen und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen im
Handbuch für Akkupack und Ladegerät.
1. Richten Sie die Hubrippen am Akkupack mit den Nuten
im Akkufach aus.
2. Schieben Sie den Akkupack in das Akkufach, bis er
einrastet.
3. Wenn Sie ein Klicken hören, ist der Akkupack eingesetzt.
3.6 AKKUPACK ENTFERNEN

1. Drücken und halten Sie die Akkupack-Entriegelungstaste.
2. Nehmen Sie den Akkupack aus der Maschine.
4 BEDIENUNG
WARNUNG
Verwenden Sie keine Aufsätze oder Zubehörteile, die nicht
vom Hersteller dieses Produkts empfohlen werden.
4.1 EINSTELLRAD FÜR DIE
GESCHWINDIGKEIT

Das Geschwindigkeitseinstellrad hat 6 Stufen. Drehen Sie den
Geschwindigkeitsregler vor der Verwendung der
Kartuschenpresse auf Stufe 1 und stellen Sie dann den
Geschwindigkeitsregler während des Abdichtungsvorgangs
auf eine optimale Stufe.
4.2 LED-LEUCHTE

Die LED-Leuchte leuchtet, wenn der Auslöser gedrückt wird.
Sie schaltet sich nach einer Verzögerung aus, wenn der
Auslöser losgelassen wird.
4.3 MASCHINE STARTEN

1. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach rechts.
2. Betätigen Sie den Auslöser während Sie gleichzeitig die
Sperrtaste gedrückt halten.
4.4 EINSTELLEN DER

1. Drücken Sie die Sperrtaste nach links.
2. Stellen Sie die Kolbenstange ein, während Sie die
Sperrtaste gedrückt halten.
4.5 MASCHINE ANHALTEN

1. Nach dem Loslassen des Auslösers zieht sich die
Kolbenstange automatisch um etwa 1" zurück, dann
stoppt der Motor.
2. Wenn Sie den Auslöser loslassen, nachdem die
Kolbenstange nach oben geschoben wurde, wird die
Kolbenstange vor dem Anhalten des Motors um etwa 3"
zurückgezogen.
5 WARTUNG UND
INSTANDHALTUNG
VORSICHT
Lassen Sie Bremsflüssigkeiten, Benzin und
mineralölbasierte Materialien nicht mit den Kunststoffteilen
in Berührung kommen. Chemikalien können den Kunststoff
beschädigen und ihn unbrauchbar machen.
VORSICHT
Verwenden Sie keine starken Lösungsmittel oder
Reinigungsmittel auf dem Kunststoffgehäuse oder den
Bauteilen.
WARNUNG
Nehmen Sie den Akkupack vor der Wartung aus der
Maschine.
5.1 REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und schalten Sie es nicht ein,
bevor Sie Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten
durchführen.
• Verwenden Sie nur die vom Hersteller empfohlenen
Ersatzteile und Zubehör.
• Überprüfen und warten Sie die Maschine regelmäßig.
Lassen Sie die Maschine nur von einer autorisierten
Werkstatt reparieren.
• Bewahren Sie die Maschine bei Nichtgebrauch außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
• Die Maschine muss immer sauber gehalten werden, und
die auf der Maschine verbliebene Versiegelung muss
gereinigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Maschine
für den nächsten Einsatz in gutem Zustand ist.
• Das verbleibende Klebematerial kann zum Bruch der
Maschine führen.

im Rahmen der Garantie fehlerhaftes Produkt kann entweder
repariert oder ersetzt werden. Ein Gerät, das missbräuchlich
oder auf andere Weise als zu in der Bedienungsanleitung
beschrieben Zwecken verwendet wurde, kann von der
Garantie ausgeschlossen werden. Normaler Verschleiß und
Verschleißteile sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Die

1 DESCRIPCIÓN
1.1 FINALIDAD
La máquina se utiliza para aplicar material de sellado a
superficies, por ejemplo, selladores de juntas.
• Sellado de grietas para mantener el aire acondicionado de
su casa en el interior mientras se mantiene el aire no
acondicionado en el exterior, aumentando la eficiencia
energética de su casa.
• Relleno de orificios y grietas antes de pintar.
• Creación de una barrera contra la humedad alrededor de
las zonas que podrían resultar dañadas por el agua.
• Sellado de grietas para evitar que los insectos entren en su
casa.
• Aplicación de adhesivo.

3 INSTALACIÓN
3.1 DESEMBALAJE DE LA MÁQUINA

Asegúrese de que el soporte del cartucho extraíble esté
correctamente colocado y de que no haya residuos en el
soporte del cartucho extraíble antes de instalarlo.
1. Corte la punta del tubo de sellado en un ángulo de 45˚.
2. Presione el botón de desbloqueo hacia la izquierda, tire
hacia atrás de la empuñadura de la varilla del émbolo
hasta que la varilla del émbolo alcance la parte posterior
del soporte del cartucho extraíble.
3. Coloque el tubo de sellado en el soporte del cartucho
extraíble.
4. Presione el botón de desbloqueo hacia la izquierda,
empuje la varilla del émbolo hacia delante para
asegurarse de que ambos extremos del tubo de sellado
estén firmes.

velocidad hasta el nivel 1 y, a continuación, ajuste el mando

5 MANTENIMIENTO

3 INSTALLAZIONE
3.1 DISIMBALLAGGIO

Assicurarsi che il porta-tubo removibile sia fissato
correttamente e che non siano presenti residui al suo interno
prima di inserire il tubo di silicone.
1. Tagliare l'ugello del tubo di silicone a un angolo di 45°.
2. Premere il pulsante di sbloccaggio sulla sinistra, tirare
l'impugnatura dello stantuffo all'indietro finché lo
stantuffo non raggiunge la fine del porta-tubo removibile.
3. Inserire il tubo di silicone nel porta-tubo removibile.
4. Premere il pulsante di sbloccaggio sulla sinistra, spingere
lo stantuffo in avanti e assicurarsi che entrambe le
estremità del tubo di silicone siano salde.

portare il selettore della velocità in posizione 1, quindi
selezionare la velocità più adatta durante l'operazione di
sigillatura.

La luce LED si accende automaticamente alla pressione
dell'interruttore a grilletto.
Si spegne poco dopo il rilascio dell'interruttore a grilletto.

cm, quindi il motore si arresterà.
5 MANUTENZIONE
AVVERTENZA
Evitare che le parti in plastica entrino a contatto con olio dei
freni, benzina e materiali a base di petrolio. Gli agenti
chimici possono danneggiare la plastica e renderla
inservibile.
AVVERTENZA
Non usare detergenti o solventi aggressivi sulle parti in
plastica.
AVVERTIMENTO
Rimuovere il gruppo batteria dall'apparecchio prima di
sottoporlo a manutenzione.
5.1 PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Arrestare l'utensile prima di effettuare le operazioni di
pulizia o manutenzione.
• Utilizzare esclusivamente parti di ricambio e accessori
raccomandati dal costruttore.

1. Poussez le bouton de déverrouillage vers la gauche pour
libérer la tige de poussoir.
2. Maintenez la poignée de tige de poussoir et faites avancer
et reculer la tige de poussoir.
3.3 INSTALLATION DE TUBE À
CALFEUTRER

REMARQUE
Avant son installation, assurez-vous que le support de
cartouche amovible est correctement fixé et qu'il ne contient
aucun résidu.
1. Coupez le bec du tube à calfeutrer à un angle de 45˚.
2. Poussez le bouton de déverrouillage vers la gauche et
tirez la poignée de tige de poussoir en arrière jusqu'à ce
que la tige de poussoir atteigne l'arrière du support de
cartouche amovible.
3. Placez le tube à calfeutrer dans le support de cartouche
amovible.
4. Poussez le bouton de déverrouillage vers la gauche puis
la tige de poussoir en avant afin de vous assurer que les
deux bouts du tube à calfeutrer sont fermes.

1. Poussez le bouton de déverrouillage vers la gauche.
