1. Chemical Jug Bracket: Chemical jug storage.
2. Hose Reel: Allows for convenient hose storage.
3. Hose Reel Mount Bracket: Supports hose reel
when bolted to bracket.
4. Turbo Nozzle: High impact and wide angle spray
coverage.
5. Hose: Non-marking, high pressure hose, with
22mm couplers for easy use.
6. Chemical Hose and Strainer: Used when
pressure washing with chemicals. One end of
chemical hose is pushed onto chemical injector
while the other end has the strainer attached.
Strainer remains in chemical bucket to draw
solution from bucket into chemical injector.
7. Hose from Reel to Pump: Joins the water flow
from the reel to the pump outlet.

Note: Remove contents from box and begin assembly.
Hose Reel Mounting Instructions

Note: Hand tighten all bolts in assembly steps. Once assembly steps have been completed tighten all nuts with
wrench. Before installation, disconnect pressure washer hose from pump and spray gun.
Step 1: Install Hose Reel Mount Bracket to Base
A.) First, remove the 4 indicated bolts and nuts from the
pressure washer base. There are two on each
side.
B.) Align hose reel mount bracket with the
holes that the bolts were removed from.
Insert the (4) bolts and thread (4) nuts onto bolts.
Step 2: Secure Hose Reel onto Hose Reel Bracket
A.) Align hose reel with the pre-drilled holes on
the hose reel mount bracket. Insert the (4)
bolts and thread (4) nuts onto bolts.

Step 3: Hose Routing to Pump
Note:
A.) First, connect the 18” piece of hose to the hose
reel and pump outlet. Thread the 3/8” NPT fitting into
the hose reel fitting and tighten with a crecent wrench.
B.) Next, spin the 22mm coupler onto the pump outlet (hand tighten).
Step 4: Connect Hose to Hose Reel and Gun
A.) First, route pressure hose included in this kit through opening in hose reel.
B.) Then, attach pressure hose swivel fitting to the fitting on the hose reel.
C.) Next, roll remaining pressure hose onto hose reel. Once you have rolled most of the hose included with the
kit onto the reel, you can attach the pre-exisiting hose (originally purchased with pressure washer) to the new
hose and continue rolling hose onto reel.
D.) Finally, connect the pressure hose to the spray gun.

Chemical Jug Holder Installation Instructions

Step 1: Attach Chemical Jug Bracket to Frame
A.) Hold chemical jug bracket in line with the
pre-drilled holes in pressure washer frame.
Insert bolts and thread on nut.
(2) 5/16” x 1-3/4” HHSF Bolt (82094)
(2) 5/16” Nut (82019)

Note: Engine and pump
removed for clarity.
Step 2: Attach Chemical Hose to Pump
A.) Push chemical hose onto the chemical
injector on the pump. Place the end with
with the strainer attached in your chemical
bucket.
