RIESGO DE CHOQUE

INTRODUCCIÓN
Con el fin de que obtenga el mayor desempeño de su molino de carne, por favor lea este manual de
instrucciones cuidadosamente antes de comenzar a utilizarlo.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
•Desconecte la unidad cuando la vaya a armar o desarmar.
•Se requiere estricta supervisión si la unidad se va a utilizar cuando hay niños cerca.
•Al mover la unidad, asegúrese de sostener el motor con ambas manos; no lo lleve solo de la
bandeja.
•No acomode la cuchilla o la placa de cortar cuando utilice los accesorios para kubbe.
•No introduzca los alimentos con las manos; utilice el empujador de alimentos.
•No coloque jengibre u otros alimentos gruesos ya que no serán molidos.
•Para evitar que el molino se atasque, no fuerce la unidad con presión excesiva. Si la unidad se
atasca debido a alimentos gruesos que se quedan en el conducto o en la cuchilla, apague la unidad
de inmediato y límpiela.
•Cuando el cortacircuito se active no encienda la unidad.
•No intente reparar la unidad usted mismo. Remita toda revisión, mantenimiento o reparación a
personal de servicio técnico calificado.
•Este producto ha sido diseñado para uso en interiores únicamente.
•Si el cable de poder está dañado debe ser reemplazado de inmediato por personal de servicio.
•No retire ni ponga la bandeja, la cabeza o la tapa cuando el motor esté operando.
•No desarme el molino no coloque nada encima durante la operación, en especial, sus dedos y
cualquier utensilio de cocina.
ANTES DE COMENZAR
•Asegúrese de que el voltaje y la frecuencia indicados en la unidad corresponda con el del área
donde hará la conexión.
•Lave todas las partes, a excepción que aquellas que no entran en contacto con los alimentos, con
agua jabonosa.
•Antes de conectar la unidad asegúrese de que está apagada.

MOLER CARNE
1. Antes de conectar el cable de poder al tomacorriente, asegúrese que la
unidad está apagada. Inserte la cabeza en la carcasa del motor y gírela de
tal forma que quede bien ajustada. Inserte la perilla de bloqueo en el
orificio al lado del motor, apriete en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj y
ajuste la cabeza.
2. Coloque la bandeja en la cabeza. Cuando mueva la unidad tenga en
cuenta hacerlo con ambas manos sosteniendo toda la unidad, no
solamente la bandeja.
3. Inserte el tornillo de alimentación en la cabeza con la parte más larga
primero. Gírelo hasta que ajuste adecuadamente.
4. Coloque la cuchilla en el eje. Coloque la superficie cortante hacia afuera
para que la carne pueda ser molida.
5. Coloque la placa de corte junto a la cuchilla y ajuste las salientes en los
orificios.

6. Coloque la tapa del conducto de tal manera que quede bien ajustada. No la
apriete demasiado.
7. Coloque la unidad en una superficie firme. Es importante que el aire circule
adecuadamente alrededor de la unidad.
8. Asegúrese de que la unidad esté apagada antes de empezar. Conecte el
cable de poder y encienda la unidad.
9. Corte los alimentos en pedazos pequeños de tal forma que quepan
fácilmente por el conducto. Introduzca los alimentos con el empujador.
Casi todos los alimentos son absorbidos automáticamente, pero puede
ayudarse con el empujador. Después de utilizar la unidad, apáguela y
desconecte el cable de poder.

CÓMO PREPARAR KUBBE
1. Coloque los accesorios Kubbe A y B en el eje del conducto y ajuste las salientes en los orificios.
2. Coloque la tapa en posición y ajuste. No la apriete demasiado.
3. Prepare los ingredientes del Kubbe para la cobertura y encienda la unidad.
4. Coloque los alimentos en la bandeja e introdúzcales. Al terminar, apague la unidad y desconecte el
cable de poder.
RECETA
Relleno
1 ½ cucharada aceite de oliva
1 ½ cucharada harina
1 ½ cucharada cebolla (finamente picada)
114g carne
1/3 cucharadita especias
½ cucharadita sal
Muela la carne una o dos veces.
Sofríe la cebolla hasta que esté café y agregue la carne molida, las especias, sal y harina
Cobertura
150 – 200g harina
450g carne magra
1 cucharada especias
1 nuez moscada
Una pizca pimienta roja en polvo
Un poco de pimienta
Muela la carne tres veces y mezcle todos los ingredientes juntos en una taza.
Más carne y menos harina para la cobertura crean una mejor consistencia y sabor.
Muela la mezcla tres veces.
Retire la placa de corte y la cuchilla y coloque el accesorio de Kubbe, y obtenga el alimento en forma
cilíndrica. Utilice el empujador para introducir la comida.
Forme el Kubbe como se ilustra y luego sofría.

SI LA UNIDAD SE ATASCA
Cuando el cortacircuito detenga el motor automáticamente o cuando el motor continúe funcionando
pero el alimento no salga de la unidad debido a atascamiento de huesos u otras cosas, apague la
unidad inmediatamente y desconéctela.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
•Desconecte el cable de poder del tomacorriente. La tapa tiene unos pines
para facilitar su retirada. Si le parece difícil, utilice un destornillador.
•Retire la place de corte o los accesorios de kubbe. Si le es difícil retirarlos,
inserte un destornillador por debajo del borde y levante.
•La cabeza del molino y sus partes deben ser lavados solo con agua
jabonosa después de su uso.
•No lave ni sumerja la carcasa del motor en agua; simplemente pase un
trapo humedecido para limpiarlo. Una solución que contenga cloro puede
decolorar las superficies de aluminio.
•No muela jengibre u otros alimentos que sean de fibras fuertes.

•Se puede agregar un poco de aceite después de lavar las partes para
mantenerlas lubricadas.
•No utilice tiner o benzina al limpiar, ya que estos elementos pueden
agrietar o cambiar el color de la unidad.

INTRODUCTION
In order to achieve the best performance of your meat grinder please read this instruction manual
carefully before using it.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•Unplug when assembling or disassembling the unit.
•Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
•When carrying the unit, be sure to hold the motor housing with both hands; do not hold only the
hopper plate.
•Do no fix the cutting blade and the cutting plate when using the kubee attachments.
•Never feed food with hands. Use the food pusher.
•Do not grid ginger and other materials with hard fiber. They will not be ground.
•To avoid jamming, do not force to operate the unit with excessive pressure. If the unit jams due to
hard materials lodged onto the feed screw or cutting blade, switch off immediately and clean the unit.
When the circuit breaker activates, do not switch on the unit.
•Never try to disassemble or repair the unit by yourself.
•This product is intended for household use only.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or cord assembly available from
your dealer or its service agent.
•Never remove or attach the hopper plate, the head or cap when the motor is operating.
•Do not disassemble the grinder or place anything (especially finger, spoon, fork, etc.) in the grinder
during operation.
BEFORE USE
•Make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated on the bottom are the same as your local supply.
•Wash all the parts (expect those that do not touch the food) in warm soapy water.
•Before plugging in, ensure the switch is off.

GRINDING MEAT
1. Before connecting the power cord to a power outlet, ensure that the unit is
off. Insert the grinder head in the motor housing, turn grinder head slowly
until the two units are completely locked together and in operation position.
Insert locking knob into the hole on side the motor housing, tighten it
clockwise and then fix the grinder head.
2. Place hopper plate into grinder head in position. When carrying unit, be
sure to hold motor housing with both hands. Do not hold only hopper plate
when carrying.
3. Then insert feed screw into grinder head, long end first. Turn until it seats
firmly in motor housing.
4. Place cutting blade onto feed screw shaft. If cutting blade is not fitted
properly in place, meat will not grind.
5. Place cutting plate next to cutting blade, fitting lips in the slots.

6. Screw grinder cap into place until it is tight. Do not over-tighten.
7. Locate motor housing on a firm surface. It is important that the air passage
at the bottom and the back of motor housing should be kept free and not
obstructed.
8. Make sure that the switch is off. Plug the unit and then switch on.
9. Cut all foods into pieces so that they fit easily into hopper opening. Feed
foods into hopper plate of grinder head. Most foods will feed automatically
into the grinder. Use also the food pusher. After use, switch the unit off and
unplug the power cord.

TO MAKE KUBBE
1. Place kubbe attachment A and B onto feed screw shaft together, fitting lips in the slots.
2. Screw grinder cap into place until tight. Do not over-tighten.
3. Prepare the kubbe ingredients for outer cover, and turn the unit on.
4. Feed foods into the hopper plate of the grinder head. Use the food pusher. When you finish, switch
the unit off and disconnect the power cord.
RECIPE
Stuffing
1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon flour
1 ½ tablespoon onion (cut finely)
114g mutton
1/3 teaspoon all spice
½ teaspoon salt
Grind mutton once or twice
Fry onion until it becomes brown and add minced mutton, all spice, salt and flour.
Outer Cover
150 – 200g flour
450g lean meat
1 teaspoon all spice
1 nutmeg
A pinch powdered red pepper
Dash pepper
Grind meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
More meat and less flour for outer cover create better consistency and taste.
Grind the mixture three times.
Remove cutting plate and cutting blade, fit kubbe attachment and take out cylindrical food. Use food
pusher to feed from hopper plate into grinder head.
Form kubbe as illustrated below and deep fry.

CAUTION ON JAMMING
When the circuit breaker automatically stops the motor or when the motor continues to function but no
meat comes out of the cutting plate due to jamming of bones or other materials, switch off the unit
immediately and unplug it.
HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE
•Disconnect the power cord from power outlet. The Grinder Cap has pins
for easy unscrewing. If it is difficult to unscrew, use a screwdriver.
•Remove cutting plate or kubbe attachments. If it is difficult to remove,
insert a screwdriver under the lip and lift it up.
•Grinder head and its parts must be washed only in warm soapy water
after use.
•Do not wash or immerse motor housing in water, but only wipe it with a
damp cloth. A bleaching solution containing chlorine will discolor
aluminum surfaces.
•Do not grind ginger and other materials with hard fiber qualities.

•A little salad oil on cutters after washing and drying will keep them
lubricated.
•Do not use thinners or benzenes when cleaning motor housing. Otherwise
it will be cracked or change color.
