Turn off the power to the controller. Ensure
the mobility device is in drive mode. Refer to the
freewheel operation label on the unit.
Insert one of the u-bolts through the second and
third holes on the top of the accessory mounting
bracket and loosely secure with the supplied washers
and nuts. Do not fully tighten at this time.

Insert the remaining u-bolt through the second and
third holes on the bottom of the accessory mounting
bracket (around the bottom of the securement pin)
and secure with the supplied washers and nuts.
Tighten all accessory mounting bracket nuts securely.
Remove the two rear screws and washers from the
seat plate.
Slide the accessory tube weldment under the seat
and align with exsiting holes. Secure with the screws
and washers removed from the seat plate.

Unsnap the fasteners on the bottom rear of the
seat, exposing the securement bar, if applicable.
NOTE: The seat cushion may be adhered to the
seat frame. Gently pull it off the frame to expose
the securement bar.
Insert the securement pin through the mounted
u-bolt, then place the accessory mounting bracket
onto the securement bar.

Install the walker holder into the accessory
mounting bracket and secure with the supplied bolt
and nut. Ensure that the walker holder points straight
up.
Resnap the fasteners on the bottom rear of
the seat. (If the seat cushion was previously removed,
reinstall it now.)
The walker holder is now ready for use.
