Prince Castle FHB-Series Full-size Food Holding Bins
provide the capacity required for large foodservice opera-
tions while performing at peak energy efficiency. These bins
are available in both 36" and 48" wide configurations to meet
any operational need.
Each unit features two individually controlled holding
chambersupper and lowereach with fluorescent shatter-
proof lighting to illuminate foods. Each chamber can be
uniquely configured with adjustable lane dividers and tilting
racks to accommodate any product or groups of products.
New Reli-A-Temp infrared heater technology holds
sandwich temperatures more consistent within the designat-
ed holding time than other types of heating systems. This
exclusive heater design spreads the heat evenly over the
entire food holding area, eliminating edge drop off. Food is
kept at the desired serving temperature, never over cooked.
Constructed of durable stainless-steel and aluminum,
the FHB-Series bins are backed by a two-year warranty.
