INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PZM-SBEND-R30-24V PZM-SBEND-A15x50-24V Series
These products may represent a possible shock or fire hazard if
improperly installed or attached in any way. Products should be
installed in accordance with these instructions, current electrical
codes, and/or the current National Electric Code (NEC).
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons, use
this flexible light only with American Lighting/Prizm recommended
drivers, controllers, power connectors, splices and extensions.
Use this fixture with a 24V DC power supply only (sold
separately). Any other power supply may damage the fixture.

• To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, pay close attention to this manual and stay within its guidelines when using this
product. Save these instructions for future use.
• Do not cover this product as the covering may cause product to overheat, melt, or ignite.
• Risk of fire or electric shock. Uncoil flexible light prior to plugging in. Do not operate Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer while it is tightly coiled.
• Do not route the cord or Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer through walls, ceilings, doors, windows, or any similar part of the building structure.
• Secure this flexible light using only factory recommended mounting clips (PZM-SBEND-CLIP), sold separately.
• Do not secure this product or its cord with staples, nails, or like means that may damage the outer jacket or cord insulation.
• Do not use if there is any damage to the PU housing or power cord insulation. Inspect periodically.
• Do not install on gates or doors, where subject to continuous flexing.
• Do not install near flammable liquids or other flammable materials.
• This product is not intended to be cut in the field. If a shorter length of Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer is required, please contact Prizm Lighting
directly for information on our Custom Cut program. Any cuts, connections, or sealed ends that are made by anyone other than a Prizm
Lighting Custom Cut representative will void the warranty.
• This product is designed for use by a qualified installer.
• This product is for decorative use only. Not to be used by children as a toy. Keep out of reach of small children.
• Do not exceed 4.87 meters or 16 feet maximum run distance in any single inter-connected run.
• Size your 24V DC driver appropriately for your run distance of Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer using 18.1W per meter or 5.5W per foot as a guide.
Be sure not to load any driver to 100% as this will reduce its eciency. A 90% maximum load is recommended for driver longevity.
• The rated ambient temperature range for Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer is -20°C (-4°F) to 40°C (104°F).
• The maximum bend radius of Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer series product is 60mm or 2.36”. Do not twist, drop, hang, sag, or bend product in
any way other than intended. This product can only bend vertically in relation to its light output. See Figure 1 below for reference.
LAYOUT CONSIDERATIONS
Pay close attention to the following maximum run lengths:

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Sēnik Flex 3D reels include attached 3ft lead wires and end cap. Mount Sēnik Flex 3D using the appropriate mounting clip (PZM-SBEND-CLIPS).
If mounting for a downward orientation (see figure 2) mounting clip (PZM-SBEND-CLIPS) and side clips (PZM-SBEND-SIDECLIPS) are required.

MOUNTING Sēnik Flex 3D WALL WASHER (Figure 1):
Disconnect power at the source prior to attempting installation or service of product.
1. Determine locations for mounting clips. Best practices include using at least one mounting clip for every foot of Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer.
2. Attach the mounting clips to the mounting surface using the screws included.
3. Gently press the Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer into the mounting clips.
MOUNTING Sēnik Flex 3D WALL WASHER for downward orientation (Figure 2-4):
Disconnect power at the source prior to attempting installation or service of product.
1. Determine locations for side clips (PZM-SBEND-SIDECLIPS) and mounting clips (PZM-SBEND-CLIPS). Best practices include using at least one
mounting clip for every foot of Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer.
2. Using included machine screws, attached the mounting clip to the side clip. See figure 2.
3. Gently press the Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer into the mounting clips. See figure 3.
4. Mount assembley to the mounting surface using included screws. See figure 4.

CONNECTING POWER (Figures 5):
Disconnect power at the source prior to attempting installation or
service of product. Use this fixture with appropriate 24V DC power
supply only. Any other power supply may damage the fixture.
1. Connect a 24V DC power supply to the beginning of the
Sēnik Flex 3D Wall Washer run using the pre-attached conkit.
See Figure 5 for static white wiring layout.
2. Connect the 24V DC power supply to line voltage.
