The back massager uses two ÒCÓ
batteries (not included). Install the
batteries into the battery holder.
Position them as indicated on the
diagram inside the holder.
To remove the two-speed mas-
sager from the back relaxer, hold
each side of the massager firmly
and pull it from the back relaxer.
Use the two-speed massager on
the neck and lower back. Select the
high or low speed settings for com-
fortable, soothing relaxation.
Using the Two-Speed Massager
Operating the Vibration Switch
Installing the Batteries
Important Precautions
Select either a high speed or low
speed vibrating massage. Turning
the switch to the left selects the
high speed vibration. Turning the
switch to the right selects the low
speed vibration. The switch is off
when neither speed is selected.
Back
Massage
Place the back relaxer onto a flat, comfortable surface. Sit down
and lay your back over the back relaxer. You may want to use a
pillow to support your neck and head.
The back relaxer's reversible
design allows you to concentrate
therapy on both your lower and
upper back. The picture to the right
illustrates the lower back massage.
Simply turn the back relaxer around
to switch to an upper back mas-
sage. Gentle pressure-point nodes
are anatomically positioned to stim-
ulate natural muscle relaxation. Vibration is added to help
increase circulation and enhance natural healing.
Passively extend the spine as you breathe deeply and let the
back relaxer plus release tension from your back. This relaxing
design alleviates postural stress and decreases spinal stiffness.
Unique composite construction provides a soft, comfortable sur-
face with underlying firm support.

could cause bruises.

injuries or chronic back pain, consult a physician before
using this or any other back therapy product.
CAUTION: You must bend your knees when lying down
and using this product. Back injury may result from the
failure to do so.
