Before using the instrument, Please read this manual carefully and pay
attention to the relevant safety warning information.
Overview
The instrument is a Pocket Smart Multimeter. It features stable performance, high precision,
low power consumption, novel structure, safe and reliable. It’s an ideal measuring instrument
for the majority of users.
The instrument can intelligently measure DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, connectivity,
DC current and AC current; measuring capacitance, diode and temperature manually. It also
comes with non-contact voltage detection, timely reminding the user to pay attention to
operation safely.
This manual includes the relevant safety information, warning notices and so on, please read
the related contents carefully before using the instrument, and strictly follow all warnings and
precautions.
Safety Instructions
The instrument is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the safety standard
IEC61010 and in conformity with double insulation; over-voltage standard CAT II 600V and pollution

level 2 safety standards.
Please follow the manual to use the instrument, otherwise the protection function provided by the
instrument may be reduced or invalid.
Safety Operation Specification
Warning
In order to avoid possible electric shock or personal injury, please abide by the following specifica-
tion:
Before using the instrument, please read the “Safety Instructions” in advance. Use the instru-
ment in strict accordance with the provisions”; otherwise, the protection ability provided by the
instrument may be reduced or invalid.
Check the external shell firstly before using the instrument. Check whether there are any
cracks or defects on the plastic parts. Please carefully check the insulator near the input ter-
minal.
If the instrument is not working properly or damaged, please do not use.
Do not touch the electrified body with more than 30V true effective value AC, 42V AC peak or
60V DC.
The instrument shall be used according to the specified measurement category, voltage or
current rating.
When it shows low battery indication, please replace the battery in time in case of any meas-
urement error.
Please comply with local and national safety code. Wear personal protection equipment (such
as approved rubber gloves, masks and flame retardant clothes, etc.) to prevent being damaged
by electric shock and electric arc due to exposed hazardous live conductor.
The voltage applied between input terminals or between each terminal and earth point cannot
exceed the specified ratings of the instrument.
Measure a known voltage to determine whether the instrument works properly.
When measuring, correct input terminal, function shift and range shift must be used.
Do not use the instrument around explosive gas, steam or in wet environment.
Do not use damaged probe. Check whether the insulation layer of the probe is damaged,
whether there’s any exposed metal or sign of wear. Check the continuity of the probe.
When measuring, please connect the zero line or the ground line firstly, then connect the live
wire; but when disconnecting, please cut off the live wire firstly, then disconnect the zero line
and ground line.
When measuring, please put your fingers behind the finger protector of the probe.
Before opening the back cover of the instrument, please disconnect the probe with the meas-
ured object.

Do not use the instrument in the environment of exceeding the measurement category (CAT)
rating of a single element with the lowest rating among the instrument, probe or accessories.

Low battery:
To avoid electric shock or personal injury as a result of incorrect reading,
promptly replace the battery when the battery under voltage indicator appears.

Method of Operation
Notes:
The temperature displayed on startup or other measurement is the current ambient temperature.
Before measuring, vigorously insert the test leads in to make sure the test leads plug is fully inserted
into the sockets.
AC and DC voltage / Resistance / Connectivity - automatic identification and measurements.
Connect the black test lead and red test lead in to COM input socket and V input socket re-
spectively.
Press the ON/OFF key to turn on the meter.
The probe is parallel to the circuit to be tested, power or resistance. Instrument automatic
identification of AC voltage, DC voltage, resistance.
When measuring resistance, If the measured resistance of less than about 50Ω, the built-in
buzzer calls.
Read from the display of measurement results. Measurement of DC voltage, voltage display
screen at the same time, the red pen test point polarity.
When measuring the AC voltage, both the voltage and frequency are displayed.
Warning
To prevent possible electric shock, fire or personal injury, before measuring the resistance,
please disconnect the power supply of the circuit under test firstly, and fully discharge all the
high voltage capacitors.
Do not try to measure a voltage of more than 600V DC or AC.
After completed all the measurement operation, make sure to disconnect the probe and the
circuit under test.
Diodes, capacitance, and temperature (℃/℉) measurement
Press the “℃℉ ”key to switch to diode, capacitance, temperature ℃/℉measurement
mode
A) Diode measurement
1. Press the “℃℉”key to switch to diode test mode.
2. Connect the test leads in black and in red to the positive and negative poles of the diode
to be tested respectively.
3. The meter displays the forward bias value of the diode to be tested. If the polarity of the
test lead is reversed, the meter will display "OL".
B) Capacitance measurement
1. Press the “℃℉ ”key to switch to capacitance test mode.
2. Connect the test leads in black and in red to the positive and negative poles of the ca-
pacitance.

3. Read from the display of measurement results.
Notes:
Measuring a large capacitance may take 10 seconds or longer to measure the correct results.
C) Temperature measurement
1. Press the “ ℃℉ ” key to switch to capacitance test mode.
2. Connect the temperature sensor black plug and red plug to COM input socket and V input
socket respectively.
3. Put the temperature sensor probe into the object, the probe must fully contact with the
object and the temperature rises completely.
4. Read from the display of measurement results.
NCV test (non-contact voltage detection)
Press the ON/OFF key to start it on.
Press the " H/NCV" key and hold, then near the instrument non-contact voltage sensing
area (less than 5mm) wire AC voltage.
The instrument red and yellow indicators are flashing, while the buzzer calls rapidly, in-
dicating the AC voltage of the measured wire.
Warning
Do not determine whether the conductor has a voltage only by non-contact power measurement.
Otherwise, there may be electric shock!
Current measurement (DCA & ACA)
Do not attempt a measurement on the current in a circuit, if when the voltage between the
open-circuit voltage and the ground is over 250V. If the fuse is blown at the moment of measure-
ment, you are likely to damage the meter or get yourself hurt.
To avoid any damage to the meter or equipment to be measured, do not attempt a current
measurement unless you have examined the meter's protective fuse. In attempting a meas-
urement, you should use the correct input sockets, function positions and measuring ranges.
When a test lead is inserted into the current input socket, do not put the other end of the test
lead in parallel connection with any circuit.
Press ON/OFF key to turn it on.
Connect the black test lead in to COM input socket
and red test lead in to 10A input socket respectively.
Disconnect the circuit to be measured. Connect the
black test lead to the lower voltage end and the red
test lead in to the higher voltage end of the discon-
nected circuit.
Connect the power to the circuit and capture the

displayed reading. The instrument automatically identifies and measures the DC or AC current.
Backlight & LED Flashlight
Press the key to turn on the backlight, and repress it again to turn off. Otherwise,
backlight will turn off automatically after apprx.15 seconds without operation.
Long press key for 2 seconds to turn on the LED flashlight, and repress it again to turn
off. Otherwise, LED flashlight will turn off automatically after apprx.15 seconds without oper-
ation.
Auto power off
If the meter is idled within 10 minutes after initialization, the instrument will prompt the operator
and shut off automatically

Caution : When the measured current is over 5A, the duration of continuous measurement shall
not be over 10 seconds. The current measurement shall be carried out 1 minute after the completion
of previous.

Instrument Maintenance
This section provides the basic maintenance information, including description of replacing fuse and
batteries.
Do not try to repair the instrument unless you are experienced repair person and have associated
calibration, performance test and maintenance information.
Warning: To prevent possible electric shock, fire or personal injury:
When the cabinet is opened, do not use the instrument to do any measurement operation.
Remove the input signal before cleaning the instrument.
Specified replacement parts shall be used. Please ask the qualified technicians to repair the
instrument.
General Maintenance
Use a damp cloth and a small amount of detergent to clean the outer casing of the instrument.
Please do not use abrasive or chemical solvents.
Replace Battery & fuse
Warning
To prevent electric shock or personal injury caused by error reading, when it displays “ ” on
the screen, the batteries should be replaced in a timely manner.
To ensure safety operation and product maintenance, when the instrument will not be used for
an extended period of time, please remove the batteries to avoid any product damage caused
by battery leakage.
To avoid electric shock or personal injury, before opening the back cover to replace batteries,
the instrument should be shut down and check to ensure that the probe has already been
disconnected from the measuring circuit.
Please follow the following steps to replace the battery:
1. Turn off the power supply of the instrument.
2. Disconnect the probe from the circuit under test.
3. Loosen the screws fixing the back cover, remove the back cover.
4. Remove the old batteries, replace with new batteries.
5. Mount the back cover, tighten the screws.

Replace the fuse
1. The steps for replacing the fuse tube as above.
2. Remove the damaged fuse and replace a new fuse.

2. 概述
Pro’sKit MT- 1510 是一款可隨身攜帶、大屏顯示的智慧型數位萬用表。性能穩定，精度高，功耗低，
結構新穎，安全可靠，是廣大用戶的理想測量儀錶。
本儀錶可以智慧識別測量直流/交流電壓、直流/交流電流、頻率（工頻）、電阻及通斷蜂鳴，也可以手
動切換測量二極體、電容、溫度等功能；還具有非接觸電壓探測功能，讓使用者使用更安全、放心。
本說明書包括有關的安全資訊和警告提示等，使用儀錶前請仔細閱讀有關內容，並嚴格遵守所有的警
告和注意事項。

3. 安全注意事項
本儀錶嚴格遵循安全標準 IEC61010 進行設計和生產，符合雙重絕緣、過電壓標準 CATII 600V 和污染
等級 2的安全標準。
請遵循本說明書使用儀錶，否則儀錶所提供的保護功能可能會降低或無效。
4. 安全操作規範
警告
為了避免可能的觸電或人身傷害，請切實遵守以下的規範：
使用儀錶前，請先閱讀“安全須知”。並嚴格按照規定使用儀錶，否則儀錶所提供的保護能力可能
會降低或無效。
使用儀錶前先檢查外殼，檢查是否存在裂紋或塑膠件缺損，仔細檢查輸入端子附近的絕緣體。
若儀錶工作不正常或損壞，請勿使用。
禁止觸摸電壓超過 30V 真有效值交流電、42 V 交流電峰值或 60V 直流電的帶電導體。
應按照指定的測量類別、電壓或電流額定值使用儀錶。
當顯示電池電量不足指示時請及時更換電池，以防測量錯誤。

7. 使用方法
注意：開機及部分功能測量時，顯示幕顯示溫度為當前環境的溫度。
測量前，務必用力將表筆向裡插入，確保表筆插頭充分插入表筆插座。
7.1 交、直流電壓/電阻測量/通斷檢測，自動識別測量
將黑色表筆插入 COM 插座，紅色表筆插入 VΩ輸入插座。
按電源開關鍵，開機。
將表筆並聯到待測電路、電源或電阻上。儀錶自動判別直流電壓、交流電壓、電阻。
測量電阻時，如電阻小於約 50時，內置蜂鳴器鳴叫。
從顯示幕讀取測量結果。測量直流電壓時，顯示幕同時顯示紅黑表筆測試點的電壓極性，“-”
顯示時，代表紅色表筆接觸的是電源負極，沒有“-”顯示則是正極。
測量交流電壓時，同時顯示電壓和頻率。
警告
不要輸入高於 600V 的電壓，否則可能會損壞儀錶或造成人身傷害。
測量高電壓時，要格外小心，避免觸電。
完成所有的測量操作後，須斷開表筆與被測電路的連接。
7.2 二極體、電容、溫度℃、℉測量
開機，按“ ℃℉” 鍵，依次切換為二極體、電容、溫度℃、溫度℉測量模式。
二極體測量
將黑色表筆插入 COM 插座，紅色表筆插入 VΩ輸入插座
按電源鍵開機，按“ ℃℉” 鍵，切換至“ ”測量模式
黑色表筆和紅色表筆分別連接到被測二極體的負極和正極。
儀錶將顯示被測二極體的正向偏壓值。如果測試筆極性接反，儀錶將顯示“OL”。
在電路裡，正常的二極體仍應產生 0.5V 到0.8V 的正向壓降；但反向偏壓的讀數將取決於兩表
筆之間其它通道的電阻值變化。
電容測量
將黑色表筆插入 COM 插座，紅色表筆插入 VΩ輸入插座。
開機，按“ ℃℉ ”鍵，切換至“電容”測量模式。顯示最小檔位元納法。
紅、黑表筆分別連接到被測電容的兩極。
從液晶顯示幕讀出測量結果。
注意，測量大電容，可能需要持續 10 秒甚至更長測量時間才能測量出正確的結果。
溫度測量
將溫度感應探頭紅、黑端分別插入 VΩ、COM 插座。
開機，按“ ℃℉ ”鍵，切換至“℃或℉”測量模式。
將溫度感應探頭放入被測物體，探頭須與被測物體充分接觸並且溫度上升完全。
從液晶屏讀取測量資料。
7.3 非接觸電壓檢測及火線判斷
按下電源開關鍵，打開儀錶的電源。
長按“NCV”鍵並保持，將儀錶非接觸電壓感應區靠近(小於 5mm)交流電壓的火線。

儀錶紅、黃指示燈閃爍，同時蜂鳴器急促鳴叫，表示被測電線火線有交流電壓。
警告：不要只靠非接觸測電判定導體是否帶電。否則可能有觸電危險！
判定零線、火線：長按“NCV”鍵並保持,用單只紅色表筆插入帶電插座或觸碰帶電電線,蜂鳴器
急促鳴叫,紅、黃指示燈閃爍,表示表筆接觸的是火線，反之，則是零線。
警告：判定火線時，只能一隻表筆插在儀錶上，否則可能有觸電危險！
7.4 直、交流電流測量
當開路電壓對地之間的電壓超過 250V 時，切勿嘗試在電路上進行電流測量。如果測量時保
險管被燒斷,可能會損壞儀錶或造成人身傷害。
為避免儀錶或被測設備的損壞, 進行電流測量以前，請先檢查儀錶的保險管。測量時，應使用
正確的輸入插座。當測試筆被插在電流輸入插座上的時候，切勿把測試筆另一端並聯跨接到
任何電路上。
按電源開關鍵，開機。
紅表筆插入 10A 測量插座，黑表筆插入
COM 測量插座。
斷開待測的負載電路。把黑色測試筆連接
到被斷開的電路（其電壓比較低）的一端，
把紅色測試筆連接到被斷開的電路（其電
壓比較高）的一端。
接上電路電源，然後讀出顯示讀數，儀錶
自動識別測量直流或交流電流。
因電流測量需要斷開電路，存在不安全因
素，高於安全電壓（36V）電路電流測量，
建議使用鉗型電錶測量。
7.5 背光、輔助照明：短按 鍵，開啟背光，約 15 秒後自動關閉或再按下手動關閉。
