DESCRIZIONE
L’unità PLTESTCB è un tester portabile specifico per il controllo di cavi. Con questo prodotto è possibile
controllare fino a sette diverse tipologie di connessione: JACK, BNC, RCA, DIN 5 POLI, DMX 5 POLI,
DMX 3 POLI, SPEAKON.
Le due frecce a LED si illuminano indicando una corretta connessione dei poli.
FUNZIONI GENERALI
JACK BNC RCA DIN 5 XLR 5 XLR 3 SPEAKON
1. SHORT TESTER. Ingressi per la verifica di cortocircuiti.
2. LED cortocircuito. Si accende e viene emesso un bip quando si verifica un cortocircuito.
3. Frecce LED. La serie di LED da 1 a 5 nelle due frecce si illuminano in corrispondenza del relativo
numero di poli connessi mentre il LED G indica la connessione a terra.
4. Interruttore di accensione.
5. Pulsante modalità Manuale/Automatica. Premendolo viene avviato l’autotest. I LED delle frecce
indicheranno automaticamente i poli connessi. Non premendolo si lascia in modalità manuale.
6. Pulsante modalità Manuale. Nella modalità manuale ad ogni pressione del pulsante si verifica uno ad
uno i poli della connessione ed i LED corrispondenti si illuminano uno alla volta.

AVVERTENZE
• Quando l’illuminazione dei LED è debole sostituire la batteria con una nuova dello stesso tipo.
• Non tentare di aprire o riparare l’unità.
• Non esporre il prodotto ad alte temperature e umidità.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This model is a simple, portable and usable cable tester. This tester allows you to check up to seven
connections and short-circuit connection conveniently. Two rows of LEDs will light uo to indicate which pin
is connected correctly. A red lit LED and beep inidicate short-circuited connection.
GENERAL FUNCTION
JACK BNC RCA DIN 5 XLR 5 XLR 3 SPEAKON
1. SHORT TESTER. Inlets for short-circuit test.
2. Short tester LED. This red LED is lit with beep when making of short-circuit.
3. Pair of LED rows. The LEDs marked 1-5 are illuminated indicatine corresponding pins connected and
a pair of grounded LEDs indicates grounded connection.
4. Power button.
5. Manual/Auto button. Pressing this button down leads to Auto test. The illuminated pair LED’s shall
indicate corresponding pins connected automatically. Pressing up leads to Manual test, the pins are
indicated by illuminates LED’s one by one USING manual button.
6. Manual button. On manual test each tap of this button changes the pin you are testing one by one.
