death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the
use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid.
Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection
verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase
price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our
expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our
warranty, then you must bear the cost returning the product.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

ASSEMBLY
1. Attaching the side handle
NOTE: The holes in the cabinet are tapped and do
not require nuts.
Attach the side handle (C) to the rolling cabinet (D) using
four bolts (DD).
3. Placing the chest
NOTE: At least two people are required to complete
this step.
Place the top chest (B) on top of the rolling cabinet (D).
2. Installing the casters
CAUTION: Do not over tighten the screws.
1. Ensure all cabinet drawers are securely locked into
place using the key lock on the rolling cabinet (D).
2. Lay the rolling cabinet (D) on its back. Use the
packaging material to protect the finish.
3. Mount the two swivel casters with brake (E) to the
rolling cabinet (D) using four bolts (AA) per caster.
The swivel casters with brake (E) should be installed
on the same side as the side handle (C).
4. Mount the two regular casters (F) to the other side of
the rolling cabinet (D) using four bolts (AA) per
caster.
5. Tighten all bolts with a wrench.
6. Return the rolling cabinet (D) to its upright position.
Applicable for customers bought both top chest & tool cabinet.

OPERATION
1. Locking and unlocking the unit
IMPORTANT: The drawers must be fully closed
before locking / unlocking the unit.
1. To lock the unit, insert the key (I) into the lock cylinder
(J) and turn it to the left. Then remove the key.
2. To unlock the unit, insert the key (I) into the lock
cylinder (J) and turn it to the right. Then remove the
key.
3. Installing the drawers
1. Pull the slides and slide carrier out until fully extended.
2. Hold the slide on the cabinet while aligning it with the
slide on the drawer.
3. Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side.
4. Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed to engage
the slide.
5. Open the drawer and close it to verify proper opera-
tion.
2. Removing the drawers
CAUTION: Do not over tighten the screws.
1. Fully extend and empty the drawer.
2. Depending on the slide, either lift or lower the release
lever on both sides so the slides can ride over the
stops. Pull out to remove.

MAINTENANCE
CARE AND CLEANING
1. Maintaining the casters
Grease the casters annually using high quality bearing
grease.
2. Maintaining the drawers
1. Periodically clean the drawer trim and inside the
drawers with a mild detergent and water.
2. Remove grease and oil with a standard, nonflamma-
ble cleaning fluid.
3. The use of drawer liners is recommended to protect
the finish inside the drawers and make the drawers
easier to clean. Drawer liners can be cleaned with
soap and water.
4. Lubricate the slides semi-annually with grease or
equivalent.
1. Grease the casters annually using high quality bearing grease for a durable finish.
2. To help protect the powder coated finish, do not allow harsh chemicals (oil, grease, or other chemical) to remain on the
powder coating surface.
3. Use a glass cleaner (Windex or equivalent product) to clean and maintain all surfaces of powder coating.
