Clic Softbox Octa
User Guide
What is Clic?
Clic is our most lightweight and portable range of light shaping
tools, specifically designed for the A-series flashes.
The Clic range gives you diverse, easy to use and compact light
shapers for all your needs – on the go.
How does Clic work?
The Clic light shapers are mounted quick and easy due to the
magnetic setup. The mount has been designed using very
strong magnets attaching your flash firmly to the light shaper.
Note that there is always a possibility of knocking the flash o if
something hits it. When used in very crowded areas or with very
large, abrupt movements, please take extra precautions and
secure your flash.
And before you begin, get to know your Clic Softbox Octa!

The Clic Softbox Octa is quick and easy to assemble.
Unfold the Clic Softbox Octa by retracting the ring upwards
until it clicks.
The Clic Softbox Octa is just as easy to disassemble when you
are done.
Quickly fold by pressing the unlock section.
When used on a stand, tilt the Clic Softbox Octa by pressing
the trigger and rearrange the softbox according to your
preference. The softbox can be tilted both forwards and
backwards.
The Clic Softbox Octa is made for Profoto A-series flashes.
Attach your A-series flash to the magnetic mount. Make sure
that the flash is correctly inserted and have connection with all
magnets.
As the Clic system uses magnetic mounts, it is important that
each connection is mounted correctly.
When monuted, get comfortable with the magnetic set up by
shaking it gently to get a feel of the magnetic strength!
The Clic system allows you to stack several light shapers in
order to create the eect you need.
Just click them on eachother!
To mount dierent Clics with the Clic Softbox Octa, place the
additional modifier from the inside of the softbox before
unfolding it. This way the magnetic mount is not compromised
in any way when mounting your flash to the Clic Softbox Octa.
Do not place any accessories between your light and the
Clic Softbox Octa.
