Product Description
PV system is vulnerable to induced surge or direct lightning strike, in order to solve this problem, as well as for easy
maintenance purpose, Projoy has developed particular DC string box ---PEJB series products, equipped with DC 1040V
circuit breaker, isolation switch and surge protection device (SPD), used to protect the PV system from over/short
current and surge impacting.
SPD key Specs:
meets T1 and T2 use category,
meets ICE 61643-31 standard,
maximum sustainable working voltage of 1040 Vdc,
the maximum discharge current of 40 kA,

O sistema fotovoltaico é vulnerável a surtos induzidos ou raios diretos, para resolver este problema, bem como para
facilitar a manutenção, a Projoy desenvolveu produtos específicos da série DC string box ---PEJB, equipados com
disjuntor DC 1040V, interruptor de isolamento e dispositivo de proteção contra surtos (SPD), usado para proteger o
sistema fotovoltaico contra sobrecorrente/curto e impacto sobre surtos.

Installation and instructions:
Open the product to check for integrity.
Determine the installation position and use the tapping screw to fix the box vertically to the mounting surface.
Press the seal plug into the base hole penetrated by the screws to ensure protection.
After the electrical wiring is completed, collect the wire in the waterproof joint and tighten it on the knock hole to ensure
the protective effect.
Finally, install the plastic top cover, and cover with the flip cover.
Instruções de Instalação:
Abra o produto para verificar a integridade.
Determine a posição de instalação e use o parafuso de fixação para fixar a caixa verticalmente na superfície de monta-
gem.
Pressione o plugue de vedação no orifício da base penetrado pelos parafusos para garantir a proteção.

Make sure that the circuit is powered off before making the electrical connection, avoiding the risk of electric shock.
Only professional electrician, who can operate according to this manual,
Avoid corrosive liquid and gas (such as strong alkali, kitchen gas, strong acid, paint, etc.) installation environment.
Recommended torque is 0.2~0.4 N·m for screwing.
Tighten the screws and cover the flap for best protection.
