WARNINGS
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
farm houses;
by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children.
Regarding the operating times, refer to the section“Operation”on pages 4&5 of the
manual.
Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has
visible cracks.
Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food, refer to the
section“Cleaning and Maintenance”on page 5 of the manual.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards
involved.

Do not use outdoors.
Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or operate in a wet working

Do not force plug into outlet, ensuring plug is away from any heat source and is not
bent or twisted in any way.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter top, or touch any
hot surface.
Do not disassemble the base. Keep the base dry at all times.
Do not put any foreign substance into the appliance while operating this appliance.
Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
Always turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket when not in use,
before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause
fire, electric shock or injury.
Always operate the appliance on a secure, dry level surface.
Ensure the power switch is in the position before the appliance is plugged into the
mains socket.
Only use the supplied food pusher to gently feed food into the feed tube. Do not
place your hands or fingers inside the slow juicer while in operation.
Ensure all parts are securely locked while the appliance is in use.
Do not place the appliance on or near a hot surface.
Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is in use.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using your slow juicer for the first time, wash all removable parts in warm soapy
water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
WARNING: Never immerse the base in water. Clean the base with a slightly damp cloth.
Dry thoroughly.
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: ALWAYS make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before
assembly and disassembly.
1. Place the base on a clean, flat surface.
2. Assemble the bowl on the base.
Make sure that holes on the bottom of
the bowl are aligned with protrusions
on the base and
then turn the bowl clockwise until it
locks into place.
3. Attach the strainer into the strainer
frame.
4. Assemble the strainer assembly into the
bowl.
Ensure that the three protrusions
on the bottom of the strainer are fit
into the grooves on the bowl.

5. Place the squeezing screw in the center
of the bowl. Turn and press the squeezing
screw down until it fits securely.
6. Assemble the cover with feed tube onto the bowl. Rotate
the cover clockwise until it locks into place, making sure
that a click is heard.
When the cover is locked into place, the arrows on
the cover and base should be aligned.
7. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout ❶and place
the juice container under the
juice spout ❷.
OPERATION
The slow juicer uses a slow squeezing technology that slowly squeezes fruit and
vegetables maintaining a low temperature and helping preserve the natural taste and
nutrition.
WARNING: It is not intended for crushing grains and squeezing sugarcane and hard
fruits, which will damage the motor.
1. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
2. Prepare your ingredients for use.
Make sure you have washed all the ingredients thoroughly and cut into an
appropriate size to fit easily into the feed tube. Remove seeds and stones in
ingredients.
Peel fruit and vegetables that have a thick skin such as melons, pineapple and
some citrus fruits.
3. Operate the slow juicer by pressing the switch to the ON position.
4. Slowly feed your ingredients into the feed tube using the supplied food pusher.
Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 30 minutes. Let
the juicer cool down before starting another session.
5. Juicing with the juice spout lid closed allows mixed juice creations with different
fruits, vegetables and liquids.
6. After juicing, open the juice spout lid and the juice will flow into the juice container

and the pulp will accumulate in the pulp container.
If the pulp container is full, empty it before continue juicing.
7. When the juicing is finished, press the switch to the O position to turn off the
appliance.
When the appliance is stuck and cannot operate, please turn off the appliance and
keep the switch in the R position for a few seconds and then try operating again.
CLEANINGAND MAINTENANCE
Warning:Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Disassemble the slow juicer following the assembly instructions in reverse order.
Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Clean the strainer and its frame using the supplied cleaning brush under the running water.
Clean the base with a slightly damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination
from different types of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable
when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of
food poisoning /cross contamination.
Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.
TROUBLESHOOTING
During juicing, the juicer stops:
Check the power cord and make sure it is plugged in correctly.
If too many ingredients are inserted at one time, this can cause the juicer to stop.
Keep the switch at the R position for 2-3 seconds and then set the switch
at the ON position. Repeat this operation 3 times.
If there are hard seeds within the ingredients, remove them before juicing.
Odd noise from the juicer:
Check if the parts are assembled correctly.

Noise can occur if the juicer is operated on an uneven or slanted surface. Place the
juicer on a flat even surface when operating.
Noise from the squeezing screw and strainer will occur when ingredients are inserted
into the juicer. This is normal.
Discolouration of the plastic parts:
Ingredients that are rich in carotenoids such as carrots and spinach may dye plastic
parts. When the parts are dyed with carotenoids, rub vegetable oil onto
the dyed areas and use mild detergent to clean.

Ne pas utiliser l'appareil si le filtre rotatif ou le couvercle de protection est endommagé

l'extracteur de jus pendant le fonctionnement.
Assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont bien verrouillées pendant l'utilisation de
l'appareil.

DESCRIPTION DES PIÈCES
AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Avant d'utiliser votre extracteur de jus pour la première fois, lavez toutes les pièces
amovibles dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez et séchez bien toutes les pièces.
AVERTISSEMENT : N’immergez jamais la base dans l’eau. Nettoyez la base avec un
chiffon légèrement humidifié. Séchez-la soigneusement.
ASSEMBLAGE
AVERTISSEMENT : Assurez-vous TOUJOURS que
l'appareil est éteint et débranché de la prise
d'alimentation avant d'assembler ou de démonter
l'appareil.
1. Placez la base sur une surface propre et plane.
2. Placez le bol sur la base.
ON – pour démarrer l'extracteur de jus
O – pour éteindre l'extracteur de jus
R – fonction d'inversion; utilisez
cette fonction uniquement pour
débloquer l'extracteur de jus quand
il est coincé

Assurez-vous que le bol et la base
soient bien positionnés avec les
encoches, puis tournez le bol dans le
sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à
ce qu'il se verrouille en place.
3. Attachez le tamis dans le support de
tamis.
4. Assemblez l'assemblage du tamis dans
le bol.
Assurez-vous que les trois
protubérances situées sous le tamis
s'insèrent dans les rainures du bol.
5. Placez la vis sans fin au centre du bol.
Tournez et appuyez sur la vis sans fin
jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien fixée.
6. Assemblez le couvercle avec la cheminée de remplissage
sur le bol. Tournez le couvercle dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche en position en
veillant à ce qu’il s’enclenche.
Lorsque le couvercle est verrouillé en place, les
flèches sur le couvercle et la base doivent être
alignées.
7. Placez le bac à pulpe sous le bec verseur de la pulpe ❶et
placez le bac à jus sous le bec verseur du jus ❷.
FONCTIONNEMENT
L'extracteur de jus à vitesse lente utilise une technologie de pressage qui comprime
lentement les fruits et les légumes en maintenant une température basse qui permet
de préserver le goût naturel et les nutriments.
AVERTISSEMENT : Cet appareil n'est pas conçu pour écraser des grains ou presser de la
canne à sucre ou des fruits durs, car cela endommagerait le moteur.

1. Branchez l'appareil dans une prise secteur.
2. Préparez les ingrédients.
Assurez-vous de bien laver tous les ingrédients et de les couper aux dimensions
appropriées pour les insérer facilement dans la cheminée de remplissage.
Enlevez les graines et les noyaux des aliments.
Pelez les fruits et les légumes qui ont une peau épaisse comme les melons,
l'ananas et certains agrumes.
3. Démarrez l'extracteur de jus en appuyant sur l'interrupteur pour le mettre en
position ON (MARCHE).
4. Insérez lentement vos ingrédients dans la cheminée de remplissage en utilisant le
poussoir fourni.
N'utilisez pas l'appareil en continu pendant plus de 30 minutes. Laissez
l'appareil refroidir avant de démarrer une autre session.
5. Extraire le jus avec le couvercle du bec verseur fermé permet de créer des jus
mélangés avec différents fruits, légumes et liquides.
6. Après l'extraction du jus, ouvrez le couvercle du bec verseur et le jus s'écoulera dans
le bac à jus et la pulpe s'écoulera dans le bac à pulpe.
Si le bac à pulpe est plein, videz-le avant de continuer à extraire le jus.
7. Lorsque l'extraction est terminée, appuyez sur l'interrupteur pour le mettre en
position O pour éteindre l'appareil.
Lorsque l'appareil est coincé et ne peut pas fonctionner, veuillez éteindre l'appareil
et maintenir l'interrupteur en position R pendant quelques secondes, puis essayez à
nouveau de le faire fonctionner.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Attention: Éteignez et débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.
Démontez l'extracteur de jus en suivant les instructions d'assemblage dans l'ordre inverse.
Lavez toutes les pièces amovibles dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez-les et faites-les
complètement sécher.
Nettoyez le tamis et son support sous l'eau courante et à l'aide de la brosse de nettoyage
fournie.
Nettoyez la base avec un chiffon légèrement humidifié. N'immergez jamais la base dans
l'eau ou dans tout autre liquide.

Les surfaces en contact avec les aliments doivent être nettoyées régulièrement pour éviter
la contamination croisée des différents types d'aliments. Il est conseillé d’utiliser de l'eau
chaude propre et un détergent doux pour nettoyer les surfaces entrant en contact avec les
aliments.
Il faut toujours respecter les pratiques d’hygiène alimentaire appropriées pour vous
prémunir contre le risque d'intoxications alimentaires et de contaminations croisées.
Séchez tout l’appareil avec un chiffon sec avant de le remettre en place.
N'utilisez pas des produits de nettoyage chimiques ou abrasifs.
GUIDE DE DÉPANNAGE
Lors de l'extraction de jus, l'appareil s'arrête :
Vérifiez le câble d'alimentation et assurez-vous qu'il est correctement branché.
Si trop d'ingrédients sont insérés en même temps, cela peut entraîner l'arrêt de
l'extracteur de jus. Maintenez l'interrupteur en position R pendant 2 à 3 secondes, puis
réglez l'interrupteur en position ON (MARCHE). Répétez cette opération 3 fois.
S'il y a des graines dures dans les ingrédients, retirez-les avant de les extraire.
L'extracteur de jus émet un bruit étrange :
Vérifiez que toutes les pièces sont correctement assemblées.
Un bruit peut se produire si l'extracteur est utilisé sur une surface inégale ou inclinée.
Placez l'extracteur de jus sur une surface plate et plane lors de l'utilisation.
Le bruit provenant de la vis sans fin et du tamis se produira lorsque les ingrédients
sont insérés dans l'extracteur de jus. Ce phénomène est normal.
Décoloration des pièces en plastique :
Les ingrédients riches en caroténoïdes comme les carottes et les épinards peuvent
teindre les pièces en plastique. Lorsque les pièces sont teintes avec des caroténoïdes,
frottez de l'huile végétale sur les zones décolorées et utilisez un détergent doux pour
nettoyer.

WAARSCHUWINGEN
Dit apparaat is geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik en gelijksoortige toepassingen
zoals:
kantines voor personeel in winkels, kantoren en andere werkruimtes;
boerderijen;
door gasten in hotels, motels en andere woonomgevingen;
bed & breakfasts.
Als de kabel is beschadigd, moet het worden vervangen door de fabrikant, een erkende
reparateur of een ander vakbekwaam persoon om elk gevaar te vermijden.
Dit apparaat mag niet door kinderen worden gebruikt. Houd het apparaat en de kabel
buiten het bereik van kinderen.

Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als er geen toezicht op het apparaat is, voordat
u het monteert, demonteert of reinigt.
Gebruik het apparaat niet als het draaiende zeef of de beschermende afdekking is
beschadigd of zichtbare scheuren heeft.

Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u accessoires
vervangt of de bewegende onderdelen aanraakt.
Apparatuur mag worden gebruikt door personen met beperkte fysische, zintuiglijke of
mentale mogelijkheden, of die een gebrek hebben aan ervaring en kennis, mits ze
onder toezicht staan of instructies hebben gekregen omtrent het veilig gebruik van het
apparaat en inzicht hebben in de risico's die er aan zijn verbonden.
Laat kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
Gebruik het apparaat niet buitenshuis.
Bedien het apparaat niet met natte handen of als u in natte werkomgeving bent.
Steek de stekker niet met kracht in het stopcontact. Zorg ervoor dat de stekker uit de
buurt van welke warmtebron dan ook is en dat hij op geen enkele manier is gebogen
of gedraaid.
Laat de kabel niet over de rand van een tafel of aanrecht hangen en laat hem niet in
contact komen met hete oppervlakken.
Demonteer de basis niet. Houd de basis te allen tijde droog.
Steek geen vreemde voorwerpen in het apparaat terwijl het apparaat in gebruik is.
Gebruik het apparaat niet als het beschadigd is.
Zet het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer u het apparaat
niet gebruikt en alvorens dit te monteren, te demonteren of te reinigen.
Vermijd contact met de bewegende onderdelen.
Het gebruik van opzetstukken die niet door de fabrikant worden verkocht of
aanbevolen, kan brand, een elektrische schok of letsel veroorzaken.
Gebruik het apparaat altijd op een veilige, droge en vlakke ondergrond.
Zorg ervoor dat de aan-/uitschakelaar op staat voordat u de stekker van het
apparaat in het stopcontact steekt.
Gebruik alleen de meegeleverde stopper om het voedsel voorzichtig in de
aanvoerbuis te drukken. Plaats geen handen of vingers in de slow juicer terwijl deze in
gebruik is.
Zorg ervoor dat alle onderdelen stevig vergrendeld zijn als het apparaat in gebruik is.
Plaats het apparaat niet op of in de buurt van een heet oppervlak.
Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter als het in gebruik is.

VOOR DE EERSTE INGEBRUIKNAME
Voordat u uw slow juicer voor het eerst gebruikt, dient u alle afwasbare onderdelen
met een warm zeepsopje te reinigen. Afspoelen en grondig afdrogen.
WAARSCHUWING: Dompel de basis nooit onder water. Reinig de basis alleen met een
iets vochtige doek. Grondig afdrogen.
MONTAGE
WAARSCHUWING: Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat
ALTIJD is uitgeschakeld en de stekker is
uitgetrokken voordat u het monteert of
demonteert.
1. Plaats de basis op een schoon, vlak oppervlak.
2. Monteer de kom op de basis.
Zorg ervoor dat de gaten in de bodem
van de kom in één lijn zijn met de
uitsteeksels van de basis en draai de
kom met de klok mee totdat deze op
zijn plek vergrendelt.
3. Plaats het zeef in het zeefframe.
4. Plaats het gemonteerde zeef in de
kom.
Zorg ervoor dat de drie
uitsteeksel in de onderkant van
het zeef in de groeven van de
kom zitten.

5. Plaats de knijpschroef in het midden van
de kom. Draai en druk de knijpschroef
naar beneden totdat hij goed zit.
6. Monteer de afdekking met aanvoerbuis op de kom. Draai
de afdekking met de klok mee totdat deze op zijn plek
vergrendelt zorg ervoor dat je een klik hoort.
Als de afdekking op zijn plek zit, moeten de pijlen
op de afdekking en de basis in één lijn zijn.
7. Plaats het pulpreservoir onder de pulptuit en plaats de
sapkom onder de saptuit .
GEBRUIK
De slow juicer maakt gebruik van een langzame druktechnologie dat het fruit en de
groenten langzaam uitknijpt, waarbij de temperatuur laag blijft en de natuurlijke
smaak en voedingswaarden behouden blijven.
WAARSCHUWING: Het apparaat is niet bestemd voor het malen van granen en het
persen van rietsuiker en hard fruit. Hierdoor raakt de motor beschadigd.
1. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
2. Bereid de ingrediënten voor het gebruik voor.
Zorg ervoor dat alle ingrediënten grondig zijn gewassen en in kleine stukjes zijn
gesneden die in de aanvoerbuis passen. Verwijder zaden en pitten uit de
ingrediënten.
Schil fruit en groente met een dikke huid zoals meloen, ananas en sommige
citrusvruchten.
3. Gebruik de slow juicer door de schakelaar op ON te zetten.
4. Voer uw ingrediënten langzaam toe aan de aanvoerbuis en druk het verder met
behulp van de stopper.
Gebruik het apparaat niet langer dan 30 minuten aan één stuk. Laat de
juicer afkoelen voordat u opnieuw begint.
5. Het uitpersen met het een gesloten saptuit maakt het mogelijk, verschillende

soorten fruit, groente en vloeistoffen met elkaar te mixen.
6. Na het uitpersen opent u de saptuit waarna het sap in de sapkom stroomt en de
pulp in het pulpreservoir wordt verzameld.
Als het pulpreservoir vol is, dient u het leeg te maken voordat u verder gaat met
het uitpersen.
7. Als u klaar bent met uitpersen, zet u de schakelaar op O om het apparaat uit te
schakelen.
Als het apparaat vast zit en niet werkt, dient u het apparaat uit te zetten en de
schakelaar gedurende enkele seconden op R om het daarna nog een keer te proberen.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Waarschuwing: Zet het apparaat altijd uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voor de
reiniging.
Demonteert de slow juicer in de omgekeerde volgorde van de montage-instructies.
Was alle afneembare onderdelen in warm zeepwater.Afspoelen en grondig afdrogen.
Reinig het zeef en het frame ervan onder stromend water met behulp van de meegeleverde
borstel.
Reinig de basis alleen met een iets vochtige doek. Dompel het nooit in water of een andere
vloeistof.
Maak de oppervlakken die met voedsel in aanraking komen regelmatig schoon om
kruisverontreiniging door verschillende soorten voedsel te vermijden. Het is aanbevolen om
deze oppervlakken schoon te maken met warm, schoon water en een beetje mild
schoonmaakmiddel.
Voer de juiste praktijken voor voedingshygiëne op elke moment uit om een mogelijke
voedselvergiftiging of kruisverontreiniging te vermijden.
Droog het complete apparaat af met een droge doek voordat u het weg zet.
Gebruik voor de reiniging geen chemische reinigingsmiddelen of schurende producten.
