CarMate-8 wireless in-car speakerphone is a simple solution for responsible driving. Hands free
calling lets you keep your eyes on the road, and the convenient motion-activated on/o sensor
saves battery life. The sleek and compact design looks great in any car, and the powerful dual 3
Watt speaker with HD audio packs a punch. Noise canceling technology helps you hear more of
your call and less of the road, and voice prompts let you know when you’re connected, muted, or

1. Switching CarMate-8 On/O
• To turn on CarMate-8, slide the power button to the ON position
• To turn o CarMate-8, slide the power button to the OFF position

2. Pairing CarMate-8
• Turn on CarMate-8.
• It automatically enters into pairing mode and the Multi-Function Button LED starts
ashing in Red and Blue alternately.
• Turn on the Bluetooth function of the device you wish to connect and search for
“CarMate-8”. From the list of found devices, select “CarMate-8”.
• CarMate-8 is now connected to your device.
3. Multipoint Pairing
• Follow the above mentioned steps to pair CarMate-8 with rst device.
• Press and hold the Volume + and Volume – button simultaneously for 4-5 seconds
to disconnect the 1st paired Bluetooth device.
• Then, repeat the steps to pair CarMate-8 with the second device.
• Turn on the Bluetooth function of the rst device.
• The headset will automatically connect to both devices.

4. Call Function
• Answering a Call: Press the Multifunction Button once to answer an incoming call or
say “Yes”
• Rejecting a Call: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 2 seconds to reject an
incoming call or say “No”.
• Ending a Call: Press the Multifunction Button once to end an ongoing call.
• Redial Function: Under standby mode, double press the Multifunction Button to
redial the last dialed call.
• Activating Voice Command: Press the Voice Command Control Button.
5. Controlling Music Playback
• Music Play/Pause: During standby mode, press the Multifunction Button once to
Play music. Again, press the Multifunction Button to Pause the ongoing track.
6. Charging CarMate-8
• Plug one end of the charging cable into CarMate-8 charging input and the other end
into a USB Power Adapter or a Laptop/Desktop.
• The LED Indictor will light up in Red, indicating that CarMate-8 is charging normally.
• Once charging is done, the LED Indicator will turn o.
• CarMate-8 takes ~3 Hours to charge fully.
7. Changing Voice Prompt Language:
• Turn On CarMate-8 and ensure that the product is in pairing mode.
• Press and hold the voice command control button for 5 seconds to switch the
language.
• Repeat the previous step until you get to the language of your choice.
• Wait for 5 seconds until the language choice registers and restart the device.

2. Sincronización de CarMate-8
• Encienda CarMate-8.
• Automáticamente ingresa a modo sincronización y el LED del botón multifunción
comienza a parpadear en rojo y azul, alternativamente.
• Active la función Bluetooth del dispositivo que usted desea conectar y busque
“CarMate-8”. De la lista de servicios encontrados, seleccione “CarMate-8”.
• Ahora CarMate-8 está conectado a su dispositivo.
3. Sincronización multipunto
• Siga los pasos arriba mencionados para sincronizar CarMate-8 con el primer
dispositivo.
• Presione y mantenga presionado el botón de Volumen + y Volumen –
simultáneamente durante 4-5 segundos para desconectar el 1er dispositivo
Bluetooth sincronizado.
• Luego, repita los pasos para sincronizar CarMate-8 con el segundo dispositivo.
• Active la función Bluetooth del primer dispositivo.
• El auricular se conectará automáticamente con ambos dispositivos.

4. Función de llamada
• Responder una llamada: Presione el Botón multifunción una vez para responder
una llamada entrante o diga “Sí”
• Rechazar una llamada: Presione y mantenga presionado el Botón multifunción
durante 2 segundos para rechazar una llamada entrante o diga “No”.
• Finalizar una llamada: Presione el Botón multifunción una vez para nalizar una
llamada en curso.
• Función de rellamada: En modo de espera, presione dos veces el Botón
multifunción para volver a llamar al número discado en último término.
• Activar comando de voz: Presione el Botón de control de comando de voz.
5. Control de la reproducción de música
• Reproducir/Poner en pausa música: En modo de espera, presione el Botón
multifunción una vez para Reproducir música. Nuevamente, presione el Botón
multifunción para colocar en Pausa la pista en curso.
6. Carga de CarMate-8
• Enchufe un extremo del cable de carga a la entrada de carga del CarMate-8 y el otro
extremo a un Adaptador de alimentación USB o a un ordenador Portátil / de
escritorio.
• El Indicador de LED se encenderá en Rojo, indicando que CarMate-8 se está
cargando normalmente.
• Una vez completada la carga, el indicador LED se apagará.
• CarMate-8 requiere ~3 horas para una carga completa.
7. Cambio del idioma de indicación de voz:
• Encienda CarMate-8 y asegúrese de que el producto esté en modo sincronización.
• Presione y mantenga presionado el botón de control de comando de voz durante 5
segundos para cambiar el idioma.
• Repita el paso anterior hasta obtener el idioma de su elección.
• Espere 5 segundos hasta que se registre la selección de idioma y reinicie el
dispositivo.
