ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
DUTY UNIFORM 4PV
ARMOR CARRIER
Thanks for purchasing a Propper Duty Uniform 4PV Armor Carrier.
The following instructions will help you afx this system to your
existing 4PV or 4PV-FEM armor.

ASSEMBLY
Fully open Armor Carrier and lay at with interior
facing up.
Insert body armor back panel with waist and
shoulder straps attached into mesh pocket on back
of the Armor Carrier. Secure mesh pocket via hook
and loop closure.
Insert body armor front panel into mesh pocket on
front of the Armor Carrier.
Feed armor shoulder straps behind carrier mesh and
attach to body armor front panel.
With front face of Armor Carrier open, don armor
per instuctions and secure to body with front waist
straps.
With body armor secure, wrap front face of Armor
Carrier around lower torso so that it covers body
armor completely, then afx via hook and loop elds.
Before installing Duty Uniform 4PV Armor Carrier, adjust
body armor for correct t and note position of any adjustment
straps. Then disassemble body armor so that front and back
panels are separated.
