HOW TO TIGHTEN
THE METERAGE WHEEL

1. The meterage wheel assembly.
5. We advise sliding the lowering half of the meterage
assembly to the right as shown.
2. First, unscrew the large locking dials. Two dials, one on
each side of the meterage assembly.
4. Separate the two parts of the assembly.3. Open up the meterage assembly.
6. Rotate the top half of the meterage assembly
backwards as shown, to enable access.

7. Unscrew the two screws as shown.
9. Twist the tension spring anti-clockwise as far as it will
allow. While holding the tensioned spring, at the same
time tighten the two screws.
8. Lift up the meterage wheel.
10. Using your finger, press on the meterage wheel to
test the tension of the device.
11. Re-assemble the meterage compartment. 12. Align the two halves of the meterage compartment,
using the location lugs.

15. Test that the cable runs free through the meterage
compartment.
13. Ensure the two halves are aligned correctly. 14. Screw and tighten the large locking dials. Two dials,
one on each side of the meterage assembly.
