Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Modell IN
Das Protos® Integral Modell IN und seine Bauteile entsprechen der Norm EN 397 und ist
passend für die Kopfgrößen 54–62 cm. In Verbindung mit dem Protos® Integral Maclip
Kinnriemen (Art. Nr.: 204043) wurde das Modell zusätzlich als Fahrradhelm nach der
EN1078* (Norm für Helme für Radfahrer und Benutzer von Skateboards und Inline-Skates)
zertifiziert und zugelassen.
*ACHTUNG! Dieser Kopfschutz entspricht neben der EN 397 nur dann auch der EN 1078,
wenn ausschließlich der Protos® Integral Maclip Kinnriemen (Art. Nr.: 204043) montiert
wird! Es dürfen keine anderen Kinnriemen bzw. Fremdprodukte montiert werden!
ACHTUNG! Auch nach Richtlinien und Normen geprüfte Helme bieten keine Garantie für
den Ausschluss von Verletzungen.
ACHTUNG! Nicht für Motorräder, Roller, Mopeds usw. zu verwenden.
ACHTUNG! Dieser Helm sollte nicht durch Kinder beim Klettern oder anderen Aktivitäten
verwendet werden, wenn ein Risiko besteht, sich zu strangulieren/hängen zu bleiben, falls
sich das Kind mit dem Helm verfängt.
Für die Gewährleistung eines möglichst hohen Schutzes, Comforts und hohe Funktiona-
lität vom Protos® Integral, ist es unbedingt erforderlich die folgenden Informationen zu
beachten und diese gut aufzubewahren!
Wichtige Hinweise!
1. Bitte beachten!
Keine Schutzausrüstung kann absoluten Schutz vor Verletzungen bieten. Der Grad der
Schutzwirkung hängt von sehr vielen Einflüssen ab. Dieser Protos® Integral und seine
Komponenten sind kein Ersatz, sondern eine Unterstützung für eine sichere Arbeitstech-
nik. Bitte beachten Sie die Sicherheitsbestimmungen der entsprechenden Behörden
(Berufsgenossenschaften, Behörden für Arbeitsschutz o.a.) und Sicherheitshinweise in
der Gebrauchsanleitung des benutzten Motorgerätes. Den Protos® Integral und seine
Komponenten vor jeder Benutzung auf einwandfreien Zustand überprüfen (beispielsweise
optischer Zustand). Bei Schäden oder Veränderungen den Protos® Integral und/oder die
Komponenten unverzüglich aussondern. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass diese Teile nicht wiederver-
wendet werden können!
2. Wahl der richtigen Größe
a) Der Protos® sollte nicht zu weit in die Stirn gezogen werden, damit die Sicht nicht
beeinträchtigt wird

b) Die Stirn muss geschützt sein. Deshalb sollte der Protos® nicht zu weit über den Hinter-
kopf geschoben werden
c) Der Protos ist richtig angepasst, wenn er waagerecht auf dem Kopf sitzt
Die Schutzwirkung wird nur dann erreicht, wenn der Protos® Integral optimal sitzt und das
Kopfband dem Kopfumfang angepasst wird. (Beachten Sie auch Punkt 3)
3. Wahl der richtigen Höhe
Um die optimale Schutzwirkung zu erreichen, stellen Sie die richtige Höhe des Protos®
Integral (3-stufig, links und rechts neben der Nackenschale) ein. (Beachten Sie dazu auch
Punkt 2)
4. Einstellung des Protos® Integral Maclip Kinnriemens
Ziehen Sie als nächsten den Kinnriemen auf bei-
den Seiten durch die Führungsfinger am hinteren
Teil der Nackenschale. Klappen Sie dazu am besten
die Nackenschale wieder nach innen.

Den „Einschubknopf hinten“ befestigen Sie mit
einem kräftigen Druck in der hinteren Einschuböse
unter der Nackenschale im Innenhelm.

5. Reinigung und Desinfizierung
Protos® Integral und seine Komponenten sind technische Produkte und benötigen
entsprechende Behandlung und Pflege zur Bewahrung der Sicherheitsfunktion. Zur
Reinigung, Pflege oder Desinfektion sind nur Substanzen zu verwenden, die sich nicht
nachteilig auf den Helm oder Träger auswirken! Helmschale und Innenausstattung können
mit handwarmem Seifenwasser (+30 °C bis +40 °C) gereinigt werden – nicht maschinell
reinigen! Nicht mit lösungsmittelhaltigen oder aggressiven Stoffen reinigen. Unsachgemä-
ße Reinigung und Pflege kann die Schutzwirkung des Produktes negativ beeinflussen.
6. Aufbewahrung und Lagerung
Die Originalverpackung aus Karton schützt das Produkt vor Schmutz und UV-Strahlen. Es
ist zu beachten, dass die Aufbewahrung in möglichst gut belüfteten, trockenen Räumen
erfolgen muss, geschützt vor extremen Temperaturen und Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten oder
UV-Strahlung! Achten Sie zusätzlich darauf, dass der Protos® Integral nicht gedrückt gela-
gert wird! Achten Sie darauf, dass der Protos® Integral nicht gedrückt gelagert wird
Vorne am Kinnriemen finden Sie zwei weitere Einschub-
knöpfe. Befestigen Sie diese auf beiden Seiten in den
Einschubösen an der Helminnenschale (Kreis). Rasten Sie
die Einschubknöpfe mit einem leichten Ziehen ein, damit
diese zur Helminnenseite weisen.
TIPP!
Wenn Sie die endgültige Größe Ihres Kinnrie-
mens eingestellt haben, können Sie den über-
stehenden Kinnriemen abschneiden und danach
den Schnitt mit einem Feuerzeug verschmelzen.
Achten Sie auf eine gleichmäßige Spannung des
Kinnriemens auf beiden Seiten!

Um Funktion und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten dürfen nur Protos® Integral Original-Ersatz-
teile verwendet werden.
8. Zusatzanforderungen – Qualitätsanspruch
Der Protos® Integral hält auch sehr niedrigen Temperaturen (-30 °C) stand.
9. Transport
Transportieren Sie den Protos® Integral im mitgelieferten Karton bzw. in einem textilen
Schutzbeutel. Beim Transport Kontakt mit Flüssigkeit, hohen Temperaturen oder UV-
Strahlung (z.B. direktes Sonnen- und Tageslicht vor oder hinter Glasscheiben) vermeiden.
10. Beschädigungen vermeiden
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt dieses Protos® Integral und seiner Komponenten mit spitzen
oder scharfen Gegenständen (Motorsägenkette, Metallwerkzeuge usw.), sowie den
Kontakt mit aggressiven Stoffen wie Säuren, Öle, Lösungsmittel, Kraftstoffe o.ä., um eine
Beeinträchtigung des Materials zu verhindern. Das Anbringen von Klebestreifen, Farbe,
Klebstoff oder selbstklebenden Etiketten ist zu unterlassen – dies kann die Schutzleistung
beeinträchtigen!
11. Gebrauchsdauer
Protos® Integral ab eingeprägtem Herstelldatum sind maximal 5 Jahre zu verwenden.
Unbedingt rechtzeitig ersetzen!

12. Wann darf der Protos® Integral nicht mehr verwendet werden?
Der Protos® Integral und seine Komponenten sind vor jeder Verwendung auf sichtbare
Mängel (Rissbildung, Farbveränderung usw.) zu überprüfen. Nach Beanspruchung (z.B. bei
einem Sturz oder Schlag) sind der Protos® Integral und/oder die Komponenten unverzüg-
lich auszuwechseln, auch dann, wenn die Beschädigungen äußerlich nicht sichtbar sind.
Jegliche Veränderung des Produktes und dessen Zubehör (z.B. das Anbringen von Bohrun-
gen an der Helmschale) kann die Schutzwirkung negativ beeinflussen und darf deshalb
nicht an diesem Produkt vorgenommen werden!

The Protos® Integral Model IN and its components comply with the EN 397 standard and
is suitable for the head sizes 54–62 cm. In conjunction with the Protos® Integral Maclip
Chinstrap (item no.: 204043) the model was additionally certified and approved as a
bicycle helmet according to the EN 1078* (standard for helmets for cyclists and users of
skateboards and inline skates)
*WARNING! This head protection complies with EN 397 and EN 1078 only, if only the
Protos® Integral Maclip Chinstrap (item no.: 204043) is mounted! Other chinstrap or third-
party products may not be mounted!
WARNING! Also helmets certified according to guidelines and standards do not guarantee
the elimination of injuries.

WARNING! Not to be used for motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, etc.
WARNING! This helmet should not be used by children when climbing or for other
activities when there is a risk of strangulation/hanging if the child gets caught with the
helmet. To ensure the highest possible protection, comfort and high functionality of
Protos® Integral, it is essential to note the following information and keep it well!
Important Information
1. Please take note of the following!
No protective equipment can provide absolute protection from injury. The degree of
protection depends on many factors. This Protos® Integral and its components are not a
substitute for safe work practices. Please observe the safety provisions of the relevant
authorities (professional associations, government agencies for occupational health and
safetyand the like) and safety instructions in the manual of the power tool you use. Check
the Protos® Integral and its components before each use to make sure it is in good condition
(for example, visual check). Immediately discard the Protos® Integral and/or the components
if damages or changes are found. Make sure that these parts cannot be reused again!
2. Choosing the right size
a) The Protos® should not be pulled too far in the forehead, so the view is not impaired.
b) The forehead must be protected. Therefore, the Protos® should not be pushed too far
over the back of the head
c) The Protos® is properly adjusted when sitting horizontally on the head
The protective effect is only achieved if the Protos® Integral fits properly and the
headband isadjusted to the size of the head (also see point 3).
3. Choosing the right height
To achieve optimum protection, adjust the correct height of the Protos® Integral (3-stage
adjustment, left and right side of the neck guard) (also see point 2).

Now pull the chin strap through the guides on
both sides of the back part of the neck guard (to
do so, it is best to push the neck guard
outwards again).
Push the ‘back snap fastener’ into the socket in
theback under the neck guard on the inside of the
helmet by pushing down hard.
There are two more fasteners at the front of the
chin strap. Snap both of these into the sockets on
both sides (circles). Lock them into place by pulling
slightly, so that they point to the
inside of the helmet.
TIP!
Once you have made finaladjustments to your
chin strap, the excess part of the strap can be cut
off and the cut edge can then be melted using
a lighter.
Make sure the tension of the chin strap is the
same on both sides!

4. Adjustment of the Protos® Integral Maclip chinstrap5. Cleaning and disinfection
Protos® Integral are technical products and need appropriate treatment and care to pre-
serve their safety function. Only use substances for cleaning or disinfection that are not
detrimental to the helmet or wearer! The shell and interior of the helmet can be cleaned
with warm soapy water (do not use cleaning machines). Do not use cleaning agents that
contain solvents or aggressive substances. Improper cleaning and maintenance can adver-
sely affect the protective effect of the product.
6. Safekeeping and storage
The original cardboard packaging protects the product from dirt and UV rays. Please
note that the product should be kept in a well-ventilated, dry place, away from extreme
temperatures and contact with liquids or UV rays! Also ensure that the Protos® Integral is
not subjected to pressure when stored!

8. Additional requirements–quality standards
TheProtos® Integral can also withstandvery low temperatures (-30 °C).
9. Transport
Transport the Protos® Integral in the box provided or in a protective cloth bag. Avoid
contact with liquids or exposure to UV radiation during transport (e.g. shop windows, hat
rack).

10. Avoiding damage
Avoid any contact of this Protos® Integral and its components with pointy or sharp objects
(chainsaw chain, metal tools, etc.) and with aggressive substances such as acids, oils,
solvents, fuels and the like to avoid damaging the material. Do not apply adhesive tape,
paint, solvents, adhesives or adhesive labels to the helmet – this can affect the protective
performance!
11. Service life
Protos® Integral should be used for a maximum of 5 years from the embossed date of
manufacture.
It is imperative to replace them in due time!
12. When should the Protos® Integral no longer be used?
The Protos® Integral and its components should be checked periodically for visible defects
(cracks, discoloration, etc.).The Protos® Integral and/or itscomponents should beimmedia-
telyreplaced after exposure to stress (e.g. a fall or blow), even if the damage is not visible
externally. Any modification of the product (e.g. drilling holes in the shell) can negatively
affect the protective performance and must therefore not be carried out on this product!

Recommandations importantes
1. À respecter SVP !
Aucun équipement de protection ne peut offrir une protection absolue contre les
blessures. Le degré de protection dépend d‘une multitude d‘influences. Ce casque de
protection Protos® Integral et ses composants ne viennent en aucun cas remplacer une
technique de travail sûre. Veuillez tenir compte des dispositions relatives à la sécurité
des autorités compétentes (associations professionnelles de l‘industrie, autorités
pour la protection du travail ou autres) ainsi que les consignes de sécurité de la notice
d‘utilisation de l‘appareil motorisé utilisé. Contrôler l‘état impeccable du casque de
protection Protos® Integral et de ses composants avant toute utilisation (par exemple
aspect visuel). En cas de détériorations ou de modifications, immédiatement éliminer le
casque de protection Protos® Integral et/ou ses composants. Veillezà ce que ces pièces ne
puissent pas être réutilisées.dans le cas où l‘enfant reste accroché avec le casque.

2.Choix de la bonne taille
a) Le casque Protos® ne doit pas être tiré trop bas sur le front, de sorte que la vue ne soit
pas altérée
b) Le front doit être protégé. C’est pourquoi le casque Protos® ne doit pas être placé trop
vers l’arrière de la tête
c) Le casque Protos® est correctement ajusté lorsqu’il est en position horizontale sur la tête
La protection n‘est assurée que si le casque de protection Protos® Integral présente une bonne
tenue sur la tête et que la sangle est adaptée au tour de tête (voir ici également le point 3)
3. Choix de la bonne hauteur
Afin d‘obtenir une protection optimale, réglez la bonne hauteur du casque de protection
Protos® Integral (3 niveaux, à gauche et à droite à côté de la coque de nuque) (veuillez
égalment tenir compte du point 2).
4. Ajustement de la jugulaire Protos® Integral Maclip
Tirez ensuite la mentonnière des deux côtés en la pas-
sant dans les doigts de guidage situés à l‘arrière de la
coque de nuque (le mieux pour ce faire est de rabattre
la coque de nuque vers l‘avant).

Fixez le « bouton enfi chable » arrière à l‘oeillet
de fi chage arrière en appuyant fortement sous
la coque de nuque à l‘intérieur du casque.

5. Nettoyage & désinfection
Les casques de protection Protos® Integral sont des produits techniques et nécessitent
un traitement et un soin correspondant pour conserver leur fonction de sécurité. Pour
nettoyer, entretenir ou désinfecter, utiliser uniquement des substances qui n‘exercent
aucun effet nocif sur le casque ou la mentonnière ! La coque du casque et l‘intérieur
peuvent être nettoyés avec de l‘eau savonneuse tiède (ne pas laver en machine). Ne pas
nettoyer avec des substances agressives ou contenant des solvants. Un nettoyage et
un entretien non conformes peuvent influencer négativement l‘effet de protection du
produit.
6. Conservation et stockage
L‘emballage d‘origine en carton protège le produit de la saleté et des rayons UV. Il
convient de tenir compte du fait que la conservation doit s‘effectuer dans les pièces
sèches suffisamment ventilées, protégées des températures extrêmes et du contact avec
des liquides ou rayons UV ! Veillez également à ce que le casque de protection Protos®
Integral ne soit pas stocké en étant enfoncé ou écrasé !
CONSEIL!
Une fois que vous avez réglé la taille défi nitive
de votre mentonnière, vous pouvez en couper la
longueur excédentaire puis stopper le bout coupé
en le faisant fondre avec un briquet.
Faites attention à ce que la mentonnière soit
tendue de manière homogène des deux côtés !
Vous trouverez deux autres boutons enfi chables sur l‘avant
de la mentonnière. Fixez-les des deux côtés dans les oeillets
de fi chage (cercle). Enclenchez les boutons en les tirant lé-
gèrement de manière à ce qu‘ils soient tournés vers l‘intérieur
du casque.

Integraldoivent être utilisées.
8. Exigences supplémentaires – Exigence de qualité
Le casque de protection Protos® Integral résiste également à des températures très
basses (-30 °C).
9. Transport
Transportez le casque de protection Protos® Integral dans le carton livré ou dans une
poche de protection textile. Lors du transport, éviter tout contact avec des liquides ou un
rayonnement UV (par ex. vitrine, rangement pour coiffes).
10. Eviter les détériorations
Evitez le contact de ce casque de protection Protos® Integral et de ses composants
avec des objets pointus ou vifs (chaînes de tronçonneuse, outils métalliques etc.), ainsi
que le contact avec des substances agressives telles que les acides, huiles, dissolvants,
carburants entre autres, pour éviter toute détérioration du matériel. L‘application de
bandes adhésives, de couleur, de dissolvant, de colle ou d‘étiquettes autocollantes est
interdite, cela risque d‘influencer la performance de protection !
11. Durée d‘utilisation
Les casques de protection Protos® Integral peuvent être utilisés au maximum 5 ans à
partir de ladate de fabrication incrustée. Obligatoirement remplacer à temps !

12. À partir de quel moment le casque de protection Protos® Integral ne doit-il plus être
utilisé ?
Le casque de protection Protos® Integral et ses composants doivent être contrôlés
à intervalles réguliers en vue de détecter des vices visibles (formation de fissures,
modification de couleur etc.). Suite à une sollicitation (par ex. lors d‘une chute ou d‘un
choc), le casque de protection Protos® Integral et/ou ses composants doivent être
immédiatement remplacés, même si les détériorations ne sont pas visibles de l‘extérieur.
Toute modification du produit (par ex. des trous dans la coque du casque) risque
d‘influencer négativement l‘effet de protection et ne doit de ce fait pas être effectuée sur
ce produit.

Il modello integrale di Protos® IN e i suoi componenti sono conformi alla norma EN 397
ed è adatto per le dimensioni della testa tra i 54 – 62 cm. In combinazione con Protos®
Integral Maclip sottogola (art. n. 204043) il modello è stato certificato inoltre come casco
da bicicletta secondo la EN 1078* (standard per caschi per ciclisti e utenti di skateboard e
pattini in linea) e omologato.
*ATTENZIONE! Questa protezione per la testa è conforme accanto alla EN 397, anche alle
norme EN 1078, esclusivamente quando il sottogola per Maclip integrale Protos® (art. n.
204043) viene montato! Non possono essere montati altri sottogola o prodotti di altri!

ATTENZIONE! Anche i caschi testati secondo le linee guida e le norme non escludono il
rischio di infortuni.
ATTENZIONE! Non utilizzare per moto, scooter, ciclomotori, e così via.
ATTENZIONE! Questo casco non deve essere usato dai bambini durante le arrampicate
o altre attività quando c‘è il rischio di strangolamento / impiccagione nel caso in cui il
bambino si impigli con il casco.
Per garantire la massima protezione possibile, comfort e alta funzionalità di Protos®
Integral, è essenziale osservare le seguenti informazioni e conservarle con cura!
Importanti indicazioni
1. Nota bene!
Nessun equipaggiamento protettivo è in grado di fornire una protezione assoluta dagli
infortuni. Il grado di protezione dipende da molti fattori.
Il casco integrale Protos® e i suoi componenti non sostituiscono in nessun caso le misure
di sicurezza sul lavoro. Si prega di notare le disposizioni di sicurezza delle autorità
competenti (associazioni di categoria, organi di vigilanza in materia di sicurezza e
salute sul lavoro eccetera) e le indicazioni di sicurezza specificati nelle istruzioni d‘uso
dell‘apparecchio a motore. Prima di ogni uso, sottoporre il casco integrale Protos® e i suoi
componenti ad un controllo (per esempio visivo) finalizzato a verificarne lo stato. Scartare
il casco integrale Protos® e/o i suoi componenti in caso di danni o alterazioni. Assicurarsi
che queste parti non possano più essere riutilizzate!
2. Scelta della giusta taglia
a) Il Protos® non deve essere posizionato troppo davanti sulla fronte, affinché la vista non
sia alterata
b) La fronte deve essere protetta. Pertanto, il Protos® non dovrebbe essere posizionato
troppo indietro sulla posteriore della testa
c) Il Protos® è regolato correttamente quando è indossato orizzontalmente sulla testa
L‘effetto protettivo si ottiene solo se il casco integrale Protos® stringe la testa in tutta
la sua superficie e adattando la fascia alla circonferenza della testa (osservare a questo
proposito il punto 3).
3. Scelta della giusta altezza
Per ottenere un ottimale effetto protettivo, regolare il casco integrale Protos® alla giusta
altezza (a 3 livelli, a destra e a sinistra accanto al guscio nucale) (osservare a questo
proposito anche il punto 2).

4. Regolazione del sottogola integrale per Maclip Protos® Integral
Tirare successivamente la fettuccia sottogola da
entrambi i lati, facendola passare attraverso il dito di
guida sul lato posteriore del guscio nucale (ribaltare a
questo proposito il guscio nucale in avanti).

Fissare il „pulsante di innesto posteriore“ all‘asola
di innesto posteriore, premendo con forza sotto il
guscio nucale all‘interno del casco.
Sul lato anteriore della fettuccia sottogola si trovano altri
due pulsanti di innesto. Fissarlientrambi nelle asole di
innesto (cerchio). Innestare i pulsanti di innesto tirando
leggermente, affi nché volgano all‘interno del casco.

5. Pulizia e disinfezione
I caschi integrali Protos® sono dei prodotti tecnici che richiedono cure appropriate, al
fine di mantenere invariata la funzione di sicurezza. Pulire, o disinfettare il casco solo con
sostanze che non intaccano le proprietà del supporto o del casco stesso! Il guscio nucale e
gli interni possono essere puliti solo con acqua saponata tiepida (non pulire a macchina).
Non impiegare sostanze detergenti aggressive o a base di solventi. La pulizia della
manutenzione impropria possono pregiudicare la funzione protettiva del prodotto.
6. Conservazione e magazzinaggio
La confezione originale di cartone protegge il prodotto dallo sporco e dai raggi UV. Si
ricorda che il prodotto deve essere conservato in locali possibilmente asciutti e bene
aerati, e protetto dalle temperature estreme e dal contatto con i fluidi o i raggi UV!
Attenzione affinché il casco integrale Protos® non venga schiacciato o compresso! Per
garantire il funzionamento di sicurezza, impiegare solo parti di ricambio originali Protos®
Integral.

SUGGERIMENTO !
Una volta impostata la corretta misura della
fettuccia sottogola, la parte sporgente della stessa
potrà essere tagliata. Fondere con un accendino
l‘altra estremità.
Assicurarsi che la tensione della fettuccia
sottogola sia uniforme su entrambi i lati!

8. Requisiti supplementari – Qualità
Il casco integrale Protos® è adatto anche per temperature molto basse (-30 °C).
9. Transporto
Trasportare il casco integrale Protos® nella scatola fornita ovvero in una borsa protettiva
di stoffa. Durante il trasporto, evitare il contatto con i liquidi o i raggi UV (per esempio
vetrine, cappelliere).
10. Non danneggiare il prodotto
Impedire che i casco integrale Protos® e i suoi componenti entrino in contatto con oggetti
appuntiti o taglienti (catena di una moto sega, attrezzi metallici eccetera) oppure con
sostanze aggressive quali acidi, oli, solventi, carburanti eccetera, per non danneggiare
materiale. Non applicare strisce adesive, colore, solventi, colla o etichette autoadesive,
poiché ciò pregiudicherebbe la funzione protettiva!
11. Durata di utilizzo
caschi integrali Protos® possono essere usati fino a cinque anni dalla data di fabbricazione
incisa. Una volta trascorso questo periodo, cambiare il casco!
12. Quando non è più possibile usare il casco integrale Protos®?
Il casco integrale Protos® e i suoi componenti devono essere sottoposti a un controllo
periodico finalizzato a localizzare danni (screpolature, alterazioni cromatiche eccetera). Se
il caso di una caduta o un colpo ) sostituirlo/i immediatamente, anche se i danni non sono
visibili dall‘esterno.
13. Denominazione
Questo casco integrale Protos® è conforme le direttive CE Direttiva CE 89/686/CEE

Varmistaakseen Protos® Integralin mahdollisimman korkean suojan, mukavuuden ja korkean
toiminnallisuuden on tärkeää ottaa huomioon seuraavat tiedot, joita kannattaa pitää tallessa!
Tärkeitä ohjeita
1. Ota huomioon!
Mikään suojavarustus ei voi tarjota täydellistä suojaa tapaturmilta. Suojausvaikutuksen
aste riippuu hyvin monista vaikuttavista asioista.Tämä Protos® Integral
-suojakypärä ja sen osat eivät korvaa turvallista työskentelytekniikkaa. Noudata
asiaankuuluvien viranomaisten turvallisuusmääräyksiä (tapaturmavakuutuslaitokset,
työsuojeluviranomaiset tai vastaavat) ja noudata käytetyn moottorilaitteen käyttöohjeita.
Tarkista Protos® Integral -suojakypärä ja sen osat ennen jokaista käyttöä moitteettoman
kunnon varmistamiseksi (esimerkiksi näkyvä kunto). Mikäli havaitset vaurioita tai
muutoksia Protos® Integral -suojakypärässä ja/tai sen osissa poista ne käytöstä
välittömästi. Huolehdi siitä, ettei näitä osia

2. Valitse oikea koko
a) Älä vedä Protos® liian pitkään otsalle, jotta näkyvyys ei heikkene
b) otsa on oltava suojattu. Protos® ei sen takia saa työntää liian pitkälle niskaan
c) Protos® on sovittu hyvin, jos se istuu päässä vaakasuorassa
Suojausvaikutus saavutetaan vasta sitten, kun Protos® Integral -suojakypärä on kunnolla
paikoillaan ja päähihna sovitettu päänympärykseen. (Huomioi sen lisäksi myös kohta 3)
3. Valitse oikea korkeus
Parhaan mahdollisen suojausvaikutuksen saavuttamiseksi säädä oikea Protos® Integral
–suojakypäränkorkeus (3-portainen säädin vasemmalla ja oikealle niskakuoren vieressä).

Työnnä ”takaosan nepparikiinnitin” koloonsa

työntämällä voimakkaasti alaspäin.
