The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is
made of non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local
recycle bins.

Safety warnings
WARNING STATEMENT
To prevent possible permanent hearing damage, do not listen at high
volume for long periods of time.
CAUTION!
This symbol highlights dangerous situations that can lead to light
injuries, or damage,malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.
• Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.You may damage the battery, which
can cause overheating and injury.
• Avoid storage at extreme temperatures (above 65°C/149°F or below -10°C/14°F).
This can shorten battery life and affect the earphones.
• Always maintain a distance of at least 10 cm (3.94”) between the earphones and
any cardiac pacemaker or implanted debrillator. Electromagnetic and magnetic
elds can cause interference.
• Do not allow children or pets to play with the device. It is not a toy and contains
small parts that may present a choking hazard.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Turn the device off and remove all cables before cleaning.
• Use a dry cloth to clean the earphones. Never use chemical products or aggressive
detergents.
STORAGE
• Store the device in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight.
• To prevent battery damage, charge the product on a regular basis.

HOW TO USE
POWER ON
Keep the Multifunction Button pressed until the LED Indicator light starts to blink.
The light means the earphones are on.
PAIRING
When pairing for the very rst time, the earphones will go into pairing mode
automatically after being turned on. If it is not the rst time, keep the Multifunction
button pressed for 5 seconds for the earphones to go into pairing mode.When in
pairing mode, the LED indicator light will ash blue/red. With the earphones in
pairing mode, activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and have it search for new
devices. Select Prozis Active BeatsAB-02 to pair.
POWER OFF
Keep the Multifunction Button pressed until the LED Indicator light turns red.When
the light goes off, the earphones will be turned off.

CONNECTING AUTOMATICALLY
When turning on the earphones, they will automatically connect to the device to
which they were previously paired.
MULTI-POINT CONNECTION
Activation
When the earphones are switched on and not connected to a mobile device, keep
the Multifunction Button and the Volume Up button simultaneously pressed for
5 seconds.The LED Indicator light will turn blue for 1 second and a sound will be
played.This connection needs to be set up only once.
Connecting to two devices
First, pair the earphones to device A.Then enable pairing mode again to connect to
device B following the previously described pairing procedure.When the earphones
are turned off and on again, they will be connected to device Aand device B.
Deactivation
When the earphones are switched on and not connected to a mobile device, keep
the Multifunction Button and the Volume Up button simultaneously pressed for 3
seconds.The LED Indicator light will turn red for 1 second and a sound will be played.
This connection needs to be set up only once.
PHONE CALLS
Answering and ending calls
The LED Indicator light will ash if you have an incoming call. To answer the call,
press the Multifunction Button once.To end it, press this button again.
Rejecting calls
The LED Indicator light will ash if you have an incoming call. To reject the call, keep
the Multifunction Button pressed for a few seconds.
Redialing last phone number
To redial the last phone number, quickly press the Multifunction Button twice.

Holding and switching calls (if supported by phone and
telephone service)
When you receive a second phone call during a phone call, press the Multifunction
Button once to put the rst call on hold and answer the second.
To switch between two ongoing calls,press the Multifunction Button once.Switching
to a second call will put the rst call on hold, and vice-versa. PLEASE NOTE: if this
function is not supported by the phone or the service, the call(s) may be terminated
abruptly.
Switching between earphones and phone
During an ongoing call, quickly press the Multifunction Button twice to switch from
using the earphones and microphone to the telephone. Repeat this operation to
switch back to the earphones.
AUDIO PLAYBACK
Previous/next track
Keep the Volume Up button pressed for 1 second to skip to the previous track. Press
the Volume Down button for 1 second to skip to the next one.
Volume control
Press theVolume Up or Volume Down button to respectively increase or decrease the
volume. Asound will be played once maximum volume is reached.
Play/pause
Press the Multifunction Button once to play or pause audio.
BATTERY
Charging
To charge the earphones,connect the USB plug of the USB charging cable to an
adaptor or computer,and the Micro-USB plug to the Micro-USB Charging Connector
of the earphones.

Low battery
When the battery is low,a sound will be played,and the LED indicator light will
ash red.
Auto power off
When the battery is fully depleted, the earphones will switch off automatically.The
earphones must be recharged before being used again.
Charging status
The LED Indicator light is red while charging and turns blue when fully charged.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user.If the problem persists after
having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com
are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal
consumers.This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the
product for non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects
for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and
respective delivery,or for longer if legally established by the applicable national
law.In the event that repair is required,this 2-year period is suspended during
repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
consumable components, such as batteries,is not covered by this warranty unless
the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty,please
contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the
Prozis website,and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact
and technical assistance information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase
is presented by the original customer.This proof of purchase may be the original
invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase
and the product’s model name.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties.This warranty
does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs,that have
impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only affect
the product’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not
comply with user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to
its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its
components, or from product misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production
or design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms
in force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction
resulting from the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will
be subject to payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during
transportation to Prozis.This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with
labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modied
in any way.

COMMENT UTILISER
ALLUMER
Maintenez le bouton Multi-fonction enfoncé jusqu’à ce que le voyant LED clignote. La
lumière signie que les écouteurs sont allumés.
APPAIRAGE
Lors du tout premier appairage, les écouteurs passent automatiquement en mode
appairage après les avoir allumés. Si ce n’est pas la première fois, maintenez le
bouton Multi-fonction enfoncé pendant 5 secondes pour que les écouteurs passent
en mode appairage.
En mode appairage, le voyant lumineux LED clignote en bleu/rouge.Avec les
écouteurs en mode appairage, activez le Bluetooth sur votre appareil mobile et
demandez-lui de rechercher de nouveaux appareils.Sélectionnez Prozis Active Beats
AB-02 à apparier.

ÉTEINDRE
Maintenez le bouton Multi-fonction enfoncé jusqu’à ce que le voyant lumineux LED
s’allume en rouge. Lorsque la lumière s’éteint, les écouteurs s’éteignent.
CONNEXION AUTOMATIQUE
Lorsque vous allumez les écouteurs, ils se connectent automatiquement à l’appareil
auquel ils ont été appairés précédemment.
CONNEXION MULTIPOINT
Activation
Lorsque les écouteurs sont allumés et ne sont pas connectés à un appareil mobile,
maintenez le bouton Multi-fonction et le bouton Augmenter le volume enfoncés
simultanément pendant 5 secondes. Le voyant lumineux LED devient bleu pendant
1 seconde et un son est émis. Cette connexion ne doit être établie qu’une seule fois.
Connexion à deux appareils
Tout d’abord, appairez les écouteurs à l’appareil A. Ensuite, activez à nouveau
le mode d’appairage pour vous connecter à l’appareil B en suivant le processus
d’appairage décrit précédemment.Lorsque les écouteurs sont éteints puis rallumés,
ils sont connectés à l’appareil Aet à l’appareil B.
Désactivation
Lorsque les écouteurs sont allumés et ne sont pas connectés à un appareil mobile,
maintenez le bouton Multi-fonction et le bouton Augmenter le volume enfoncés
simultanément pendant 3 secondes. Le voyant lumineux LED s’allume en rouge
pendant 1 seconde et un son est émis. Cette connexion ne doit être établie qu’une
seule fois.
APPELS TÉLÉPHONIQUES
Répondre et terminer des appels
Le voyant lumineux clignote si vous recevez un appel. Pour répondre à l’appel,
appuyez une fois sur le bouton Multi-fonction. Pour terminer l’appel, appuyez à
nouveau sur ce bouton.

Refuser des appels
Le voyant lumineux clignote si vous recevez un appel. Pour refuser l’appel,
maintenez le bouton Multi-fonction enfoncé pendant quelques secondes.
Recomposer le dernier numéro de téléphone
Pour recomposer le dernier numéro de téléphone,appuyez rapidement deux fois sur
le bouton Multi-fonction.
Mettre en attente et basculer entre des appels (si supporté
par le téléphone et le service téléphonique)
Lorsque vous recevez un deuxième appel téléphonique pendant un appel, appuyez
une fois sur le bouton Multi-fonction pour mettre le premier appel en attente et
répondre au deuxième.
Pour basculer entre deux appels en cours,appuyez une fois sur le bouton Multi-
fonction. Le passage à un deuxième appel met le premier appel en attente, et
vice-versa. REMARQUE : si cette fonction n’est pas supportée par le téléphone ou le
service, l’appel ou les appels peuvent être interrompus brusquement.
Basculer entre les écouteurs et le téléphone
Pendant un appel en cours,appuyez rapidement deux fois sur le bouton Multi-
fonction pour passer des écouteurs et du microphone au téléphone. Répétez cette
opération pour revenir aux écouteurs.
LECTURE AUDIO
Piste précédente/suivante
Maintenez le bouton Augmenter le volume enfoncé pendant 1 seconde pour passer
à la piste précédente.Appuyez sur le bouton Diminuer le volume pendant 1 seconde
pour passer à la suivante.
Contrôle du volume
Appuyez sur les boutons Augmenter le volume ou Diminuer le volume pour
respectivement augmenter ou diminuer le volume. Un son sera émis quand le
volume maximum est atteint.

Lecture/pause
Appuyez une fois sur le bouton Multi-fonction pour lire ou interrompre le son.
BATTERIE
Chargement
Pour charger les écouteurs, branchez la che USB du câble de chargement USB à un
adaptateur ou à un ordinateur, et la che Micro-USB au connecteur de chargement
Micro-USB des écouteurs.
Batterie faible
Lorsque la batterie est faible, un son est émis et le voyant lumineux LED clignote
en rouge.
Arrêt automatique
Lorsque la batterie est complètement déchargée,les écouteurs s’éteignent
automatiquement. Les écouteurs doivent être rechargés avant d’être réutilisés.
État de charge
Le voyant lumineux LED est rouge pendant la charge et devient bleu lorsqu’il est
complètement chargé.

DÉPANNAGE
Certains problèmes qui peuvent survenir peuvent être résolus par l’utilisateur. Si le
problème persiste après avoir essayé les solutions suivantes, veuillez contacter le
service clients de Prozis.

pendant une période de 2 ans, à compter de la date d’achat initial par le
consommateur et de la livraison respective, ou pendant une période plus longue
si elle est légalement établie par la législation nationale applicable. En cas de
réparation, cette période de 2 ans est suspendue pendant la durée de la réparation.
CONSOMMABLES
La diminution progressive des performances causée par l’utilisation prolongée
des composants consommables du produit, tels que les piles/batteries,n’est pas
couverte par cette garantie, sauf si le dysfonctionnement est dû à un défaut de

Toute réclamation relative à cette garantie ne sera valable que sur présentation
d’une preuve d’achat par le client d’origine. Cette preuve d’achat peut être l’original
de la facture ou du reçu, pourvu qu’elle comprenne des renseignements sur la date
d’achat et le nom du modèle du produit.
