Prior to using this product, please follow
these steps:
1. Set the volume to its lowest level before
putting on the soundpods
2. Put the soundpods on
3. Slowly adjust the volume to a comfort-
able level
While using the product
• Keep the volume at the lowest possible
level and avoid using the device in noisy
environments where you may be inclined
to increase the volume.
• If you need to increase the volume, make
sure to adjust it slowly.
• Ringing in your ears may indicate that the
sound level is too high.
• If you experience discomfort or ringing
in your ears, discontinue using the device
immediately and consult a physician.
Continued use at a high volume may
cause your ears to become accustomed
to the sound level, possibly resulting in
permanent hearing damage without any
noticeable discomfort.

Turning on the soundpods
The soundpods are switched on automati-
cally once removed from the charging case.
While the soundpods are switched off,
keep the Multifunction Button pressed for
about 3 seconds, until the indicator light
ashes blue for 1 second and a ‘power on’
sound is heard.

Search and select 'PROZIS SYMPH L’ or
'PROZIS SYMPH R’ from the list of devices
to connect. Once one of the two sound-
pods has been successfully connected, the
other soundpod will send a pairing mes-
sage to the device so that it can connect to
the other soundpod.
Charging the soundpods
The soundpods must be charged using
the Charging Case and a USB-C cable that
connects the case to a USB power source
such as an adapter or a computer. When
charging, the soundpod LED lights will be
permanently lit in red. Once they are fully
charged, the LED lights will remain blue for
30 seconds and then switch off.
Fitting and wearing
Gently push each soundpod into its re-
spective ear canal and adjust the Ear Hook
until achieving a comfortable t. It may be
necessary to replace the ear tips with a
different size for maximum comfort.
Pairing the soundpods for the rst time
• Pairing the soundpods with each other:
When switched on, the soundpods will
automatically go into pairing mode.
When in pairing mode, both soundpods
will display a blinking light, alternating
between red and blue. Once they have
been successfully paired, the lights on
both soundpods will blink in blue color
only.
• Pairing the soundpods with a mobile
phone or another device:

• Charge level display:
The Charging Case features a charging
level indicator, consisting of 4 LED lights
at the front of the case. Upon opening or
closing the Charging Case, its LED indi-
cator lights will briey indicate the case’s
battery level. From left to right, the four
lights correspond to 0%–25%, 25%–50%,
50%–75%, 75%–100% respectively. The
more lights are on, the higher the battery
level.
The soundpods need to be correctly
placed in the charging case to allow its
connectors to come into contact with those
in the case, thus charging the soundpods.
Playback and call functions
• Answer a call
The soundpods will emit a ringtone if
there’s an incoming call. Short-press the
MFB on either soundpod, or use the
corresponding button on the phone to
answer the call.

To reject an incoming call, keep the MFB
pressed for 1 second.

During a phone call, short-press the MFB
or use the corresponding button on the
phone to end the call.

• Switch off the soundpods:
Press the MFB on either soundpod for
about 7 seconds, and both soundpods
will be switched off. Placing the sound-
pods in the Charging Case will switch
them off automatically.
• Single-soundpod function:
It is possible to listen to audio or use
phone functions using only one sound-
pod in mono audio mode.
• True wireless stereo:
When using both soundpods, connected
to each other wirelessly, default audio
playback is in stereo mode.
• Voice Assistant function:
When connected to a device with Voice
Assistant function, double-press the MFB
to activate it.

Keep either the ‘+’ or the ‘-’ button
pressed for 2 seconds to skip to the next
track or go back to the previous one,
respectively.

Factory reset
With the soundpods switched on, keep the
MFB buttons on both soundpods pressed
simultaneously for 8 seconds, until the
LED indicator lights ash blue and red for
1 second. Any pairing information saved
in the soundpods will be deleted and they
will be switched off. When switching the
soundpods on again, they will enter pairing
mode.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the product, make sure it is
switched off and all plugs are removed.
Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning
agents, or materials such as steel wool
or scouring milk. These can damage the
product surface.
Protect the product from water drops and
sprays. Use only a clean, dry cloth to clean
the soundpods, and never any corrosive
liquids. To remove stubborn dirt, use a
slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning
agent.
Do not allow any moisture to enter the
product during cleaning, in order to
prevent damage.
STORAGE
When not using the product, store it in a
dry environment away from dust and direct
sunlight.
Recharge it regularly to maintain battery
performance if not in use for a longer
period of time.
Store the soundpods in the provided
charging case.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues that arise may be solved
by the user. If the problem persists after
having tried the following solutions, please
contact Prozis customer service.

Warranty statement
All electrical and electronic products com-
mercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com
are covered by the warranty applicable to
the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and
conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal
consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for
consumers who purchase the product for
non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain
free from material and production defects
for a 2-year period, counting from the
date of initial purchase by a consumer and
respective delivery, or for longer if legally
established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this
2-year period is suspended during repair
time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused
by prolonged use of the product’s con-
sumable components, such as batteries,
is not covered by this warranty unless the
malfunction is caused by faulty design,
materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights
conceded to you through this warranty,
please contact Prozis customer service via
the communication channels provided on
the Prozis website, and follow the provided
instructions or recommendations. Contact
and technical assistance information is also
provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty
will only be valid if proof of purchase is pre-
sented by the original customer. This proof
of purchase may be the original invoice or
receipt, as long as it includes information
regarding the date of purchase and the
product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty can-
not be made by third parties. This warranty
does not apply to any repairs, or damage
caused directly by such repairs, that have

impacted or caused the damage that is the
subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by
this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and
components resulting from normal
product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other
types of supercial damage that only
affect the product’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappro-
priate use of the product that does not
comply with user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not
complying with user manual instruc-
tions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party
who is not authorized to proceed to
its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or compo-
nents, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage
resulting from the breaking of any of its
components, or from product misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons
that cannot be ascribed to the produc-
tion or design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a
business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not
comply with the technical or security
norms in force, or with user manual
instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order
to repair or x any fault or malfunction
resulting from the verication of any of the
aforementioned excluded situations will be
subject to payment of labor, transport and
component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss
and damage to the product during
transportation to Prozis. This warranty will
be void if the returned product arrives with
labels or stickers that have been removed,
damaged, tampered with or modied in
any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for
indirect damage or loss due to usage of
the product.

Allumer les écouteurs
Les écouteurs s’allument automatiquement
une fois retirés du boîtier de charge.
Lorsque les écouteurs sont éteints,
maintenez le bouton multifonction enfoncé
pendant environ 3 secondes, jusqu’à ce
que le voyant lumineux clignote en bleu
pendant 1 seconde et qu’un son de mise
sous tension se fasse entendre.

Ajustement et port
Enfoncez doucement chaque écouteur
dans son conduit auditif respectif et
ajustez le contour d’oreille jusqu’à obtenir
un ajustement confortable. Il peut être
nécessaire de remplacer les embouts par
des embouts de taille différente pour un
confort maximal.
Appairer les écouteurs pour la première
fois
• Appairer les écouteurs entre eux: Une
fois allumés, les écouteurs passent auto-
matiquement en mode d’appairage. En
mode d’appairage, les deux écouteurs
afchent un voyant qui clignote, alternant
rouge et bleu. Une fois qu’ils ont été ap-
pairés avec succès, les voyants des deux
écouteurs clignotent en bleu seulement.
• Appairer les écouteurs avec un télé-
phone mobile ou un autre appareil:
Activez la fonction BT de votre appareil.
Recherchez et sélectionnez 'PROZIS
SYMPH L’ ou 'PROZIS SYMPH R’ dans
la liste des appareils à connecter. Une
fois que l’un des deux écouteurs a été
connecté avec succès, l’autre écouteur
envoie un message d’appairage à
l’appareil an qu’il puisse se connecter à
l’autre écouteur.
