To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous
substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices
are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-out
waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment along with
unsorted household waste, instead dispose of it separately and properly.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from
non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.

Safety warnings
CAUTION!This symbol highlights dangerous situations that
can lead to light injuries, or damage, malfunction, and/or
destruction of the device.
Prolonged wearing may cause skin irritation or allergic reaction in some users. If you notice
any skin irritation, remove your device. If symptoms persist longer than 2-3 days after remov-
ing the device, consult your doctor.
• To reduce skin irritation, follow four simple wear and care tips:
»keep it clean;
»keep it dry;
»don’t wear it too tight;
»give your wrist a rest by removing the band for an hour after extended wear.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your Smartband.
• Remove your Smartband if it feels warm or hot.
• Do not wear your Smartband while charging it.
• Do not charge your Smartband while it is wet.
• Do not place your Smartband in a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer.
• Do not leave your Smartband in direct sunlight for an extend- ed period of time.
• Do not expose your Smartband to extremely high or low temperatures.
• Do not use your Smartband in a sauna or steam room.
• Do not disassemble your Smartband.
• Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself. You may damage the battery, which can
cause overheating and injury.
• Do not allow children or pets to play with the device. This device is not a toy. This device
contains small parts.
• Do not use this product for diagnosis, treatment or prevention purpose.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Turn off and unplug the appliance before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
Clean the Smartband with a clean, slightly wet cloth as often as needed. Do not use solvents
(cleaning products, alkaline products, benzene, alcohol, etc).
STORAGE
Store the device in a clean, dry and cool place.

SETUP AND INSTALLATION
Device activation & charging
Make sure the Smartband is working normally before initial use. In case of low battery, con-
nect the device to the charger. Please connect the USB into a normal DC port (5V-500mA) for
charging. Device will automatically boot up. The main unit should be separated from the strap
when charging.
Downloading the app
Download the Prozis Go app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store®.

Setting up your device
1. Turn on BT and GPS (Android) or BT (iOS). Do not attempt to pair the device through
the phone’s BT settings. Add your Prozis device by pressing the + button displayed at
the top of your dashboard screen (2.1) or by using the Add New Device button on
your My Profile screen (2.2).

2. Select your Prozis device from the list (3.1). It may be necessary to select a subcategory

How to wear
Wear the Smartband snugly but comfortably on your wrist, neither too tight nor too lose.
The heart rate monitor
To obtain the most accurate results from the heart rate monitor, follow these tips:
• Wear the Smartband as you would a watch, with the screen facing away from your wrist and
the bottom part touching your skin.
• Strap it to your wrist tightly, but comfortably.
The Smartband activates the heart rate monitoring function by default and automatically tracks it
all day long.

DATA MODE
Long press the touch key for 2 seconds to enter the data sub-mode: a more detailed level
where you can obtain the results for your steps, distance covered, time spent, calories. To
return to the initial Data Mode screen, tap the touch key in the last screen of the sub-mode.
HEART RATE MODE
Monitoring starts one second after accessing the Heart Rate screen.
ALARM CLOCK MODE
The Alarm Clock will only be displayed in the Smartband screen if the function is set on the
device app.
Press and hold the touch key for 2 seconds to activate/deactivate
the alarm repeat function.
SPORTS MODE
Long press the touch key 2 seconds to activate the Sports Mode.

Hint to Start Sports Mode
After the “3 - 2 - 1 - GO” countdown, you will access the Workout in Progress screen.

Tap the touch key to switch between screens on the Workout in Progress screen. Press and
hold to quit the screen.
Hint to Quit Sports Mode
If your workout lasts less than 1 minute, the data will not be saved. Tap to return to the main
screen of the Sports Mode.
If your workout lasts longer than 1 minute, the activity data will be displayed.
Tap to see the following information:
• Distance
• Time
• Heart rate
• Steps
• Calories
• Average pace

Notications when working out
a) Quitting the Sports Mode notications after a period without activity.
Tap to cancel the notications:
• If there is no activity within a period of 15 minutes, there will be a notication 15 seconds
before Sports Mode quits.
• If you resume the physical activity, this notication is canceled.
• If no operation is carried out, the Smartband will quit the Sports Mode automatically, as
soon as it nishes the 15-second countdown.
b) Quitting the Sports Mode notications due to insufcient memory
Tap to close the notications.
When the memory is full of activity data, the user will be asked to quit the Sports
Mode.
c) Quitting the Sports Mode notications due to low battery
Tap to close the notications.
If the Smartband is running out of battery, Sports Mode will be
paused.

REMOTE CAMERA SHOOTING MODE
Turn camera shooting ON in the Smartband app to view the remote shooting screen. Control
remote photo shooting with the following actions:
• Lift wrist
• Tap the touch key
Press and hold the touch key to quit the Remote Camera Shooting Mode.
NOTIFICATIONS MODE
Incoming call
To receive notications on your Smartband, you’ll need to adjust your preferenc-
es on the device app.
Tap to cancel a notication.
Press and hold to hang up a call.
Received messages
To receive notications on your Smartband, you’ll need to adjust your preferenc-
es on the device app.
If you have several messages to read, tap the touch key to proceed to the follow-
ing ones.
Alarm
Alarm mode will only be displayed on the screen if switched to ON in the Smart-
band app.
Alarm types: Wake up | Pill & Med Reminder | Sleep Time | Exercise | Meetings
Sedentary
To receive notications on your Smartband, you’ll need to adjust your preferenc-
es on the device application.

Goal Tracker
When you achieve a goal, the Smartband will vibrate and a notication will be
displayed.
Tap the touch key to close the notication.
Low Battery Level
Low battery, please charge your Smartband.
Device error
Whenever an error is detected, the following screens will be displayed:
01 - Unusual acceleration detected
02 - Unusual heart rate detected
03 - Irregular touch function detected
04 - Abnormal ash detected
Troubleshooting
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having
tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The Smartband does not start. Low battery. Charge the battery.
Cannot connect the smartband to my
smartphone.
Your smartphone’s BT is turned off. Turn BT on.
The distance between devices is
too large.
Keep a maximum distance of 0.5 meters
between the Smartband and your smart-
phone. Once devices have been paired,
keep a maximum distance of 10 meters (the
usual BT communication distance range).
Not all possibly measured data are
available.
The Smartband is not synchronized
with the app.
Make sure to frequently synchronize the
Smartband with the app.

Warranty statement
All electrical and electronic items commercialized by Prozis, via www.prozis.com, are covered
by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal consumers.
The warranty is valid exclusively for the consumer who purchase the product for non-profes-
sional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees that the product is to remain free from material and production defects for
a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and the respective
delivery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable
components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is
caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need rises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, contact the
Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website,
and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance
information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented
by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be original invoice or receipt, as long as
it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does
not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or
caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only affects the product’s
appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with
the user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third part who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.

6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components,
or from product misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or
design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10.Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force,
or with user manual instructions.
11.The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction resulting
from the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to
payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The costumer shall bear all risks of loss and damage of the product during the transport to
Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned device arrives with labels or stickers that have
been removed, damaged, tampered with or modied in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.

channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions and recommendations.

ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

INSTALLATION ET CONFIGURATION
Activation et chargement de l’appareil
Assurez-vous que le bracelet connecté fonctionne normalement avant la premièreutilisation. En
cas de batterie faible, veuillez connecter l’appareil au chargeur. Veuillez connecter l’USB dans un
port DC normal (5V-500mA) pour le chargement. L’appareil démarre automatiquement. L’unitè
principale doit être séparée du bracelet lors du chargement.
Téléchargement de l’application
Téléchargez l’application Prozis Go sur l’Apple App Store® ou Google Play Store®.
Conguration de votre appareil
1. Allumez le BT et le GPS (Android) ou le BT (iOS). N’essayez pas d’appairer l’appareil en
utilisant les paramètres BT du téléphone. Ajoutez votre appareil Prozis en appuyant sur
le bouton + afché en haut de votre écran de tableau de bord (2.1) ou en utilisant le
bouton Ajouter un nouvel appareil sur votre écran Mon profil (2.2).
