of the ear pad and pull to remove and
replace the ear pads . Align the clips of
the new ear pad to the ear cup housing
and snap into place.

What is Covered and What is Not Covered?
Except as speci f ied below, this warranty covers parts and labour to correct
all defects in materials and workmansh ip. The follo wing are not covered
by the warranty:
1. Damage, deterioration, malfunction or fa ilure to meet
performance specifications resulting f rom:
a. Accident, acts of nature, misuse, abuse , neglect or
unauthorized product modification.
b. Improper installation, removal or maintenance, or failure to
follow instructions supplied with the p roduct.
c. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by
PSB Speakers to repair the product.
d. Any shipment of the product ( cla ims must be presented to the
carrier).
e. A ny cause other than a product def ect.
2. Cleaning, initial set-up, inspections w ith no defects found, or
charges incurred for installation, remo val or reinstallations of the
product.
3. Any product on which the serial nu mber has been defaced,
mod i fied, or removed.
4. Accessories, including but not limited to, cables, adaptors,
mounting hardware and brackets, and det achable cords.
5. Any product u sed in any trade or bus i ness, or in an industrial or
commercial app li cation .
6. Any product purchased outside the cou n try of service, its
possessions, or territories.
7. Any problem other than a product defe ct .
8. Any p ro duct not purchased from an aut h orized PSB Speakers
Dealer.
What We Will Pay For
We will pay for all labour and material expense s for items covered by
the warranty. Payment of the shipping charges is discussed in the next
s ection of this warranty.

of Implied Warranties
All implied warranties, includ in g warr anties of merchantab ili ty and fit ness
f or a particular purpose , are l imited in duration to t he le ng th of this
warranty.
Exclusion of Damages
P SB Speakers' liability fo r any de f ective produ ct is limite d to repa ir or
r eplacement of the product at PSB 's option. PSB shall not be li ab lefor
damage to other pro d uct s ca used by any defects in P SB's p rodu cts ,
da mages based upon inconven ie nce or loss of use of the product ,or any
ot her damages , whether i nc i den ta l, consequential, or othe rvv i se .
