Warning advices
1. Please do not manually pull out the food tray.
2. After cleaning the food tank and food tray, firstly make
sure they are dry and then put them back to their original
positions.
3. Please keep the pet feeder against the wall and hide the
power cord carefully to prevent it from being bitten or
played by pets.
4. Please make sure there is no objects ahead of pet feeder
when the food tray is being launched.
5. Please clean up so as to avoid residual food-borne
bacteria if not use for a long time.
6. Please use in a dry and ventilated place.

8. No taking apart or engineering the pet feeder without
authorization.
9. It is equipped with instruction light. Please read the use
manual carefully.

Installation of APP
1. Download [Pet Feeder] at App Store or Google play.
2. Scan QR code to download App.

Setting
1.Before Startup
1). Connect and hide power cable to avoid pets’ bite.
2). Ensure good and stable WIFI at home.

1).Initial setting
Plug a toothpick or paper clip into the hole next to the
right side of the power plug-in hole, and long-press 8-10
seconds until the speaker issues a beep tone voice.

Connection of Pet Feeder
1. Please connect your phone to a wifi with 2.4G wireless
network which needs to be the same network that pet
feeder is going to connect. Then activate the QB Pet
Feeder APP.
Activate the PET FEEDER APP in your
mobile phone. Please Scan QR code
as below if it’s not installed.

2Follow the instruction to complete
procedure of mobile phone
authentication and account application.
Then click the Device at the bottom
of the interface.
Please DO key in your country code
in front of your mobile phone number
when you apply for account application.

3.Binding the Pet Feeder
Click the +in the top-right corner
of the following interface, choose
Scan QR Code and then scan the
QR code on the sticker of food tank.

sticker of food tank, input wifi
password and name your pet feeder.
Then wait for successful connection
(about 50s)

the App will automatically jumps to
the main interface.

Specifications of APP
Video and Voice
1).Video
Click “Video and Voice” in the use interface to get a full
screen view.
2)Voice
Click “Microphone” and “Speaker” in the video interface to
use the audio function.

Record the data of each feeding.

4. Feeding programming
1).Instant Feeding
When the users input the feeding volume, the food tray
will be launched to feed.
2)Timing Feeding
Set the feeding time and feeding
volume and click “Save” to finish setting.
※Attentions
1). If you want to change the binding account of Pet
Feeders, you need to cancel the binding of the initial
account firstly.
2). If you want to authorize other accounts, you need to
make those accounts as friends listed in “Contacts” page.

Specifications of Pet Feeders
There are two buttons in the front of the pet feeder
hardware. One is “Food tray in-out button”, the other is
“Manual feeding button”. Please see the photo as below.
1.Food tray in-out button
Function: let food tray be open and close.
Method: Long-press this button about 3 seconds to let
food tray open and close.
2.Manual feeding button
Function: Manual feeding
Method: Long-press this button about 3 seconds and
Feeder will start to drop food and open the tray
for your pet.

Frequently Asked Questions
1.Unsuccessful Internet Match:
Please check and make sure the network connection and
power supply are OK. You can see details on the Manual
P2--P6. If you have any question, please contact our
customer service center.
2.Cannot Feed:
Firstly, please long press the manual feeding button of the
pet feeder. If it feeds successfully, the feeder's hardware is
functionally OK. Please check your mobile network
connection and WIFI. If you have any question, please
contact our customer service center.
3.Faltering Video and Voice:
The fluency of the video and voice is related to the network
environment of the feeder and your mobile phone. Please
check both the networks. If you have any question, please
contact our customer service center.
4.Flashing Lights Instructions:
1).Red Flashing Light of 'Food tray in-out Button' only:
Please make sure if the food tray gets stuck. If not, and the
problem still cannot be solved, please contact our
customer service center.
2).Red and Green Flashing Light of 'Food tray in-out
Button' at the same time:
This function is designed to remind users of putting the
food tray back to the pet feeder. When it is well placed, the
red and green flashing light will stop.

1. This Limited Warranty shall last for twelve (12) months from the date of
original purchase and cover the repair for the defect resulting from the use
under normal and customary manner.
2. The QB TECH company will charge, at its sole discretion, the expense of
component replacement and repairing and transportation when the defection
resulting from abnormal use, force majeure and abuse.
3. This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable with the official stamp by
the authorized dealer or distributor.
