t e winc , t e controller is out of range.
Move t e controller closer to t e winc
until t e lig t stops blinking. Test bot
t e “OUT” and “IN” functions of t e
winc using t e rocker switc . T e
winc is now ready for use.
NOTE: Wireless and eld remote con-
troller will automatically s ut off after 2
minutes of inactivity and t e red indica-
tor lig t will no longer be lit. T e power
button must be pressed once again to re-
activate t e wireless controller. Also, t e
wireless receiver on t e winc is designed
to automatically s ut off after 10 minutes
of inactivity and t e power button will no
longer be lit. T e power button on t e
winc will need to be pressed once again
to reactivate t e winc .
NOTE: T e wireless remote will work
wit in a range of 10 feet from t e winc
but may work fart er distances depend-
ing on p ysical obstructions and ot er
conditions. We do not recommend using
t e wireless feature from t e cab of your
Jeep. If you c oose to winc from t e
cab, please use t e wired option for
safety and consistency.
Clearing and Pairing a Wireless Remote
to your Winc : T e wireless controller
t at comes wit your winc is paired
from t e factory and ready to use. T is
pairing procedure is ONLY necessary
w en replacing t e original remote due
to loss or damage.
To clear a previously paired remote, make
sure your new replacement wireless re-
mote control is off. Press and old t e
winc power button and continue to
old t e button in until t e button begins
to blink. Continue olding t e power but-
ton in until t e lig t s uts off and comes
back on. At t is point t e old remote is
erased from t e system. If t e lig t begins
to blink again t e clearing as failed.
Repeat t e previous step.
To pair a new remote, press and continue
to old bot t e power button on t e
winc and t e power button on t e re-
mote controller. T e winc power button
and t e red “WIRELESS” Indicator Lig t
on t e controller will bot blink and t en
stay lit for approximately 10 seconds. At
t is point t e controller is paired. Test t e
winc “OUT” and “IN” functions on t e
remote to ensure t at t e remote is func-
tioning properly. If t e controller is not
working repeat t e pairing procedure
from t e beginning.
