2. Installation
2.1 Electrical Requirements
TheQuestDRY115drawsatotalof22Ampsat115VAC.For
convenience,thiscanbesuppliedbytwostandard15Ampoutletson
separatecircuits(cordsprovided).TheQuestDRY115alsoallowsfor
directwiringofelectricalservice,ortheconnectionofeitherhighorlow
voltageremotedehumidistatcontrols(soldseparately).
2.2 Inside Drying Space with Single Reactivation Outlet Duct
(Simplest Hookup)
• Reactivationairexhaustsmoisture,makeupairinltratesuncontrolled
intospace

• Workswellifinltratingairisconditionedanddryingspaceisnot

3. Operation
TheQuestDRY115comescompleteandcanbepluggedinandturned
on.Connectedthisway,theQuestDRY115willruncontinuously.With
theadditionofahighorlowvoltagehumidistatoradutycycletimer,the
ON/OFFswitchwillactasanoverride.
Note: Check for airow at all inlets and outlets. DO NOT run unit if no
airow is detected.
4. Maintenance
TheQuestDRY115isequippedwithtwopleatedfabricairltersthat
mustbecheckedregularly.Thelargerprocesslteris16”X20”X2”andis
locatedatthe8”ductinlet.Thesmallerreactivationlteris12”X12”X1”
andislocatedatthe6”ductinlet.
Operatingtheunitwithdirtylterswillreduceitscapacityandefciency,andcouldcausetheheatertocut
outonthermaloverload.
DO NOToperatetheunitwithouttheltersasthedesiccantwheelinsidetheunitwillbecomecloggedand
requiredisassemblytoclean.

Who Is Covered:Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalend-useroftheQuestDRY115dehumidier,and
maynotbeassignedortransferred.
One Year Warranty:Therma-StorLLCwarrantsthat,forone(1)yeartheQuestDRY115dehumidierwill
operatefreefromanydefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship,orTherma-StorLLCwill,atitsoption,repairor
replacethedefectivepart(s),freeofanycharge.
End-User Responsibilities:WarrantyservicemustbeperformedbyaServicerauthorizedbyTherma-Stor
LLC.Iftheend-userisunabletolocateorobtainwarrantyservicefromanauthorizedServicer,theend-user
shouldcallTherma-StorLLCattheabovenumberandaskfortheTherma-StorServiceDepartment.,which
willthenarrangeforcoveredwarrantyservice.Warrantyservicewillbeperformedduringnormalworking
hours.
Theend-usermustpresentproofofpurchase(lease)uponrequest,byuseofthewarrantycardorother
reasonableandreliablemeans.Theend-userisresponsiblefornormalcare.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverany
defect,malfunction,etc.resultingfrommisuse,abuse,lackofnormalcare,corrosion,freezing,tampering,
modication,unauthorizedorimproperrepairorinstallation,accident,actsofnatureoranyothercause
beyondTherma-StorLLC’reasonablecontrol.
Limitations and Exclusions:IfanyQuestDRY115Dehumidierpartisrepairedorreplaced,thenewpart
shallbewarrantedforonlytheremainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiodapplicablethereto(butallwarranty
periodswillbeextendedbytheperiodoftime,ifany,thattheQuestDRY115Dehumidierisoutofservice
whileawaitingcoveredwarrantyservice).
UPONTHEEXPIRATIONOFTHEWRITTENWARRANTYAPPLICABLETOTHEQUESTDRY115
DEHUMIDIFIERORANYPARTTHEREOF,ALLOTHERWARRANTIESIMPLIEDBYLAW,INCLUDING
