Operation Manual

SECTION 7 Replaceable parts
1. Replacing the fuse.
1) Pull the power plug out of the power socket.
2) Take out the fuse holder on the rear side of the unit by screwdriver.
3) Take out the broken fuse, and replace it with a new one.
4) Put the fuse holder back in place.
2. Replacing the filtering sponge.
1) Take out the suction nozzle, remove the filtering sponge.
2) Replace it with a new one.
3) Fix up the suction nozzle.
SECTION 1 General Description
The unit is designed for picking up SMD elements, chips, resistors, condensers and
other mini components or articles. Easy to operate. With the built-in air pump, it is
no need to connect with the outside air system. After power on the winding wire
inside, under the ambient magnetic field effect, the vibrating arm begins to vibrate,
and the leathern bowl will absorb or emit air, so it can pick up and place the article.

SECTION 3 Feature

SECTION 4 Installation
CAUTION
Please check whether the power supply voltage accords with the voltage on the
nameplate, before using.
1. Take out the pedal switch, put the two-core metal plug into
the two-core metal socket on the rear side of the unit, and tighten the screw with
hands, without any tools.
2. Choose a appropriate suction nozzle and suction pad according to
the type and weight of picking article.
3. Fix the selective suction nozzle to the pick-up, if necessary, add the suction pad.
4. Insert the plug of power cord into the socket.
SECTION 5 Operation
1. Turn on the power switch, the indicator lamp is light.
2. Hold the pick-up by hand, put the suction nozzle or suction pad above the
picking object.
3. Step on the pedal switch, it can produce vacuum suction and pick up object.
4. Move the pick-up at will to any place, and release the pedal switch.
5. If want to adjust the vacuum suction, you can adjust the vacuum knob on the
panel. When picking up heavy object, you can use the suction nozzle together with
the pad, and different dimension nozzles optional.

The powerful suction can reach up to 120g.
Cooperation with pad and suitable type for bend suction nozzle is the same as the straight
suction nozzle.
SECTION 6 Troubleshooting
Please check, when the pick-up can’t work normally or the suction become lower.
1. Whether the silica gel connector connects well or not?
Measure: Connect the trachea connector, not to leak the air.
2. Whether the filtering sponge is dirty or not?
Measure: If it’s dirty, replace it. If not caused by filtering sponge, maybe the pump
is broken.
