WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Bitte beachten Sie die nachfolgend aufgeführten Hinweise, um jegliche Sicherheits-
risiken auszuschließen und Beschädigungen am Produkt zu vermeiden. Lesen Sie bitte
alle Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam und vollständig durch. Alle Vorgaben sind unver-
ändert einzuhalten.
Aufgeheizte Gussgegenstände immer mit hitzebeständigen und geeigneten
Schutzhandschuhen anfassen!
• Bei Verwendung bitte die Sicherheitshinweise des Grillherstellers beachten.
• Um die Emaillebeschichtung nicht zu beschädigen, nur Küchenhelfer aus Holz,
Kunststoff, Silikon oder geeignete Plancha-Spachteln aus Edelstahl verwenden.
Nicht mit spitzen oder scharfkantigen Gegenständen rühren oder schaben.
• Darauf achten, dass die Flüssigkeiten aus den Speisen nie vollständig verdampfen.
So wird ein Anbrennen der Lebensmittel und eine Beschädigung des Gussgegenstand
oder der Heizquelle verhindert.
• Lassen Sie heiße Gussgegenstände nie unbeaufsichtigt und halten Sie Kinder und
Haustiere fern.
• Die heißen Gussgegenstände immer auf eine hitzebeständige Unterlage stellen.
Nie direkt auf einen kalten Untergrund abstellen, um Rissbildungen zu vermeiden.
• Die Gussgegenstände nicht fallen lassen oder anschlagen, da Gusseisen ein sprödes
Material ist, das zerbrechen kann oder Risse bekommt.
• Die Gussgegenstände niemals mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken.
• Falls Fette anfangen zu brennen, drehen Sie alle Brenner zu, schließen Sie die Gas-
flasche, nehmen Sie alles Grillgut von der Plancha und lassen Sie den Deckel wenn
möglich geöffnet, bis das Feuer erloschen ist.
VOR DEM ERSTEN GEBRAUCH
• Gussgegenstände mit warmem Wasser, etwas Spülmittel und einem weichen
Spülschwamm oder einer Geschirrspülbürste mit der Hand reinigen.
• Anschließend gründlich klarspülen und mit einem weichen Lappen oder Spültuch
trocken.
WIE GRILLE ICH MIT DER RÖSLE PLANCHA-GRILLPLATTE
• Plancha-Grillplatte auf den Grillrost plazieren, so dass drei darunterliegende Brenner
abgedeckt werden. Der Verwendung auf Grills mit zwei oder weniger Brennern wird
nicht empfohlen.
• Den Grill auf eine Temperatur von min. 250 °C vorheizen.
• Anschließend etwas hitzebeständiges Speiseöl auf die Platte hinzugeben und verteilen.
• Grillgut langsam auf die Plancha-Grillpatte legen und gleichmäßig auf der Platte
verteilen.
• Grillgut in regelmäßgen Abständen wenden und nutzen Sie die gesamte Fläche der
Plancha zum Braten.

REINIGUNG, PFLEGE UND AUFBEWAHRUNG
• Gussgegenstände sind nicht spülmaschinengeeignet.
• Vor dem Reinigen immer abkühlen lassen. Niemals heiße Gussgegenstände in kaltes
Wasser tauchen, da ein thermischer Schock die Emaille und den Guss beschädigen
könnte.
• Angebrannte Speisereste in heißem Wasser einweichen und zeitnah schonend alle
Oberflächen mit der Hand reinigen. Verwenden Sie dabei keine Stahlwolle, Stahlbürste
oder Scheuermittel. Hierbei würden Sie die Emailleschicht und die durch das Einbrennen
gebildete Patina abtragen.
• Spülen Sie Gussgegenstände im Anschluss gründlich mit klarem Wasser ab.
• Nach dem Reinigen immer gründlich abtrocknen und an einem trockenen Ort aufbewahren.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please observe the following instructions in order to avoid any safety risks or damage to
the product. Please read all safety instructions carefully and in full. All instructions and
guidelines must be observed without modification.
Always wear suitable, heat-proof oven mitts when handling heated cast
metal utensils!
• Please follow the safety instructions of the grill manufacturer.
• To avoid damaging the enamelling, use kitchen aids made of wood, plastic, silicone
or special plancha tools only. Do not stir or scrape using pointed or sharp objects.
• Ensure that the liquids never completely evaporate from the food. This prevents the
food from burning and damaging the cast metal utensil or the heat source.
• Never leave hot cast metal utensils unattended, and keep children and pets away.
• Always place the heated cast metal utensils on a heat-resistant surface. In order to
prevent the formation of cracks, never place the heated utensils directly onto a cold
base.
• Do not drop or hit the cast metal utensils, as cast iron is a brittle material which can
crack or shatter.
• Never chill the cast metal utensils with cold water.
• If fats start to burn, turn off all burners, close the gas cylinder, take all food off the
plate and if possible leave the lid open until the fire has gone out.
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
• Wash up the cast metal utensils by hand in warm water with a little washing-up liquid
and a soft dish sponge or washing-up brush.
• Afterwards, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth or dishcloth.
HOW TO BARBECUE USING THE RÖSLE PLANCHA BARBECUE PLATE
• Place the plancha barbecue plate onto the grill rack such that three burners located
below are covered. Don't use it for barbecues with two burners or less.
• Pre-heat the grill to a temperature of min. 250 °C l 482 °F.
• Then, spread a little bit of heat resistant oil on the plate
• Put the food to be barbecued slowly onto the plancha barbecue plate and spread it
evenly across the plate.
• Turn the food at regular intervals and use the whole plancha plate for frying.

CLEANING, CARE AND STORAGE
• Cast metal utensils are not dishwasher-safe.
• Always allow cast metal utensils to cool off before cleaning. Never immerse the
hot cast metal utensils in cold water, as a thermal shock could crack the enamel and
damage the cast iron.
• Soak burned-on food residue in hot water and gently clean all surfaces by hand
soon after use. Never use steel wool, steel brushes, abrasive cleaners or scouring agents.
These products would remove the enamel coating and the patina formed by curing.
• Next, rinse out the cast metal utensils thoroughly with clean water.
• After cleaning, always dry the cast metal utensils thoroughly and store them in a
dry place.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES
Veuillez respecter les consignes détaillées ci-après afin d'éviter tout risque et toute
détérioration du produit. Veuillez lire attentivement toutes les consignes de sécurité dans
leur intégralité. Toutes les prescriptions doivent être respectées sans aucun écart.
Ne jamais toucher des récipients en fonte sans gants de protection
thermorésistants et adaptés.
• En cas d'utilisation, veuillez respecter les consignes de sécurité du fabricant du
barbecue.
• Utiliser uniquement des ustensiles de cuisine en bois, en plastique, en silicone ou
des spatules à plancha en acier inoxyable afin de ne pas endommager l'émail. Ne pas
mélanger ni racler avec des objets pointus ou coupants.
• Veillez à ce que les liquides contenus dans les plats ne s'évaporent jamais
intégralement. Ainsi, les aliments n'attachent pas et cela évite une détérioration du
récipient en fonte ou de la source de chaleur.
• Ne laissez jamais les récipients en fonte sans surveillance et tenez-les hors de portée
des enfants et des animaux domestiques.
• Posez toujours le récipient en fonte sur un support résistant à la chaleur.
Ne le posez jamais sur un support froid afin d'éviter la formation de fissures.
• Ne laissez pas tomber ni cogner le récipient en fonte car il s'agit d'un matériau fragile
qui peut casser ou se fissurer.
• Ne faites jamais refroidir les récipients en fonte avec de l'eau froide.
• Au cas où des graisses prenaient feu, éteignez tous les brûleurs, fermez la bouteille de
gaz, ôtez les aliments de la plancha et laissez si possible le couvercle ouvert jusquà ce
que le feu s'éteigne.
AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
• Nettoyez à la main les récipients en fonte avec de l'eau chaude, un peu de produit
vaisselle et une éponge de cuisine douce ou une brosse à vaisselle.
• Rincez ensuite abondamment et séchez avec un chiffon doux ou un torchon.
COMMENT FAIRE DES GRILLADES AVEC LA PLANCHA DE RÖSLE
• Placez la plancha-grill sur la grille de votre barbecue de sorte que trois brûleurs
en dessous soient couverts. L’utilisation avec deux brûleurs ou moins n’est pas
recommandée.
• Préchauffez le grill à une température de min. 250 °C.
• Ajoutez ensuite un peu d'huile sur la plancha et étalez.
• Placez les aliments à griller sur la plancha-grill et répartissez-les uniformément.
• Retournez les aliments régulièrement et utilisez toute la surface de la plancha pour
les faire griller.

NETTOYAGE, ENTRETIEN ET RANGEMENT
• Les récipients en fonte ne vont pas au lave-vaisselle.
• Laissez toujours refroidir avant de nettoyer. Ne jamais plonger les récipients en fonte dans
l'eau froide car un choc thermique pourrait endommager l'émail et la fonte.
• Faites ramollir dans l'eau chaude les résidus alimentaires ayant attaché et nettoyez à la
main toutes les surfaces délicatement et rapidement. Dans ce cadre, n'utilisez pas de
laine d'acier, de brosse métallique ou d'abrasifs. Vous élimineriez ainsi la couche d'émail
et la patine formée par le culottage.
• Rincez ensuite abondamment les récipients en fonte à l'eau claire.
• Séchez bien l'ustensile après le nettoyage et conservez-le dans un endroit sec.
