Step 1: Tail Wing Installation
1. Taking the aircraft tail wing and
the tail pipe with the accessories
bag which contains wooden parts
out from the box. The opening
and holes for tail wings have been
pre-opened. Please ensure the
angles of the wings in straight.
The angle can be fixed by slightly
trimming the opening if the angle
is not in perfect condition.
2. Glue the horizontal tail wing mount with AB adhesive bonding on the horizontal tail,
horizontal tail wing mount upright plate to be inserted into the tail pipe opening and
glued with right amount of AB adhesive.
3. Using cutter to remove the covering around the mounting
slot. It is better to remove covering slightly bigger than the slot.
Then glue the wing to the tail pipe and wing mount. There is a
little wooden tool which can help installing the wing in perfect
angle.

Step 2: Fuselage Installation
4. Rudder installation: Using
cutter to remove the rudder
covering along the mounting
slot and secure it to the pre-
opened mounting slot of the
tail pipe with 502 glue and
provided screws.
2. Using shrink tube covers one end of the push rod tube and secures it with 502 glue to
the servo mount and then install the servos.
3. Putting the fuselage mounting parts together like the pictures above and secures it to
the fuselage with screws.
1. Putting the wooden servo mount into the fuselage.
Then drilling 2 holes in the tail for push rods.

4. Now, putting the tail rod
pipe together with the
fuselage in correct angle.
Insert the wires from
the servo end to the
tail as above pictures.
Using shrink tube
covers another end of
the push rod tube
toward to the tail wing
and glues it to the
wooden tail wing
mount.
6. And then glue the servo horn on the elevator.
(Remember to cut the covering off before glue the
servo horn.)
5. Push rod wires installation:

1. Firstly, cutting off excessive covering along the corner of the wing with cutter.
2. Removing the covering on the ailerons servo mounts which is located in between the
second and third section of the main wing.
3. Joining the main wing: Take the 5mm carbon fiber rod out from the accessories bag
and joining the wing panels together with it and apply AB glue on the joining area to
secure each other. It is better to apply sticky tapes to ensure the panels are joining
together until the glue gets dried. When it is finished, remove the sticky tapes.
4. Take the pre-cut fibreglass clothes out from the accessories bag. Remove the cover-
ing base on the shape of the fibreglass clothes and glue the fibreglass clothes on the
joining area of the wing in order to strengthen panel connection.
Step 3: Main Wing Installation

5. Installing main wing servos: Glue the servos to the servo carbines with AB glue and
pull the servo wires out thru the wing. (Like the pictures above.)
6. Installing discus handling rod: One of the corners of the wing has been strengthen
with carbon fiber cloth. You only need to insert the rod thru the wing and secure it with
AB glue. That’s it!
1. After main wing installation, put it on the fuse-
lage and secure it with screws. Using metal
screws at the front and nylon screws at the rear.
2. The CG is about 75-85mm behind from the
front edge of the wing. CG nearer to the front,
the stability is higher. In contrast, it would be
more nimble.
3. 7.4v 400mAh LiPo with 2A UBEC are recommended.
4. As the wing is thin, the wing shape might be changed from time to time. Therefore,
please check the angle before flying every time. If the wing is twisted, it can be fixed with
hair dryer.
