Introduction
Given the increasing proliferation of stray dogs and cats
in residential and industrial areas, country houses, etc., a
solution is needed to avoid problems and damagecaused
by them.
Instructions for Use
1. Plug in the other end of the provided electric supply
element plug cord into the upper part of the DOG | CAT
REPELLER PRO device (see Figure 1). Place the front part
(in which the LED is located) pointing toward the area
where dogs and cats pass, and at a minimum height of
1 ft. (see Figure 2). Protect it from rain and from direct
contact with water.
2. Plug the electric supply element into the outlet and the
LED light indicator will go on.

• Do not test it with your own dogs and cats. They will
not perceive the stimulus sent by the DOG | CAT
REPELLER PRO as a threat, because they feel they are
at home. It will only cause unnecessary discomfort.
• For dogs and cats who are used to remaining in
the place they are protecting, or who quickly pass
through the area, it might be necessary to use the
DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO for a longer period..
• If with some dogs or cats the results are less effective,
it could be due to a hearing loss related to their age
or to a health condition, such as otitis.
• Keep food of any kind out of the area you wish to
protect.
• When the device is working you can hear an
intermittent chirping sound. People highly sensitive
to sounds would perceive a faint sound.
• Keep obstacles away from the area between the
DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO and the area to be
protected. The ultrasound waves do not go through
solid materials, such as furniture, walls, glass, clothes,

Technology
The DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO incorporates technological
innovations and is developed with components
manufactured under strict RADARCAN® specifications for
the greatest reliability and effectiveness.
INSonuerit 4.0
Our own advanced technology based on the use of specific
ultrasound frequencies studied to find a natural method of
protection against dogs and cats.
Ultrasound consists of high-frequency sound waves which
are perceived by dogs and cats, but inaudible to humans.
The ultrasound waves fan out the DOG | CAT REPELLER
PRO uni-directionally like fluorescent light. Hard substances
(walls,ceilings, furniture, glass, etc.) promote better spreading
outof the sound waves, as they bounce off these surfaces,
whereas soft materials (cardboard, curtains, carpeting, etc.)
absorb the sound waves.

Table of frequencies within the human hearing range between
20 Hz y 20 Khz, compared with the approximate hearing range
of different animals and insects.
Remember, when installing the DOG | C AT REPELLER
PRO, that ultrasound waves do not penetrate walls (brick,
plaster, etc.), or wooden room dividers, glass, plasterboard

What INSonuerit technology and how does DOG | CAT
REPELLER PRO work
INSonuerit technology is based on ultrasound, which uses
acoustic signals of a frequency higher than a human ear can
perceive.
The DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO emits ultrasounds which are
perceived by dogs and cats, making it unbearable for them
to remain in the area of coverage.
Can the INSonuerit technology in thin DOG | CAT

REPELLER PRO aect: babies, pregnant women, children,
adults or other pets?
No. The INSonuerit technology used in the RADARCAN®
devices cause no harm to people or other pets.
Does it work against all types of dogs and cats?
Yes, especially with young dogs and cats.
What is the lifespan of the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO?
The lifespan is unlimited.
Does it need rells?
It needs no refills.
How should I set up the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO?
Point the front part (where the LED is located) toward the
area where dogs and cats are present and at a minimum
height of 1 ft. (30 cm) (see Figure 2 in“Instructions for Use”).
Can I plug more than one DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO in the
same space?
Yes. The effect of the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO will be
strengthened and be able to reach the maximum possible
surfaces.

Can I plug in other RADARCAN® products in the same
area?
Yes. Our products are totally compatible.
My DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO seems not to be working as
a repellent. Why?
Make sure you are following the points given in section 3 of
“Instructions for Use”.
What if the indicator light is not working?
Check to see if it comes on if you plug the DOG | CAT
REPELLER PRO into a different outlet. If you confirm that it
still does not come on, get in contact with the RADARCAN®
technical department.
How can I deactivate the device during specic time
periods (such as when I am with the dog)?
You can either disconnect the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO or
connect it to a commercially available programmed timer.

Care and Maintenance
Do not put the device in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning.
If you need to clean the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO, use only
a soft dry cloth, with no abrasive products.

Do not expose the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO to extreme
temperatures.
It is recommended not to use it in places with temperatures
exceeding 122 °F (50 °C).
No rells.
The DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO works without replacement
parts, making it more economical to use.
Correct disposal of the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO.
Properly dispose of the device by depositing it in the
corresponding container for its correct collection and
recycling.
RADARCAN® has a commitment to the care and protection
of the environment. The DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO contains
electronic components and it is necessary to dispose of
the device separately from the containers where normal
domestic waste is disposed of.
Consult the applicable local regulations agreement on
our website or get in touch with your local health and
environmental protection authorities for information on
your recycling options.

Warranty and extension of warranty
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Register the DOG | CAT REPELLER PRO at: warranty.radarcan.com
and you will obtain a five-year warranty for the product since date
of purchase.
• RADARCAN® does not warranty a 100% effective shield against
the spread of diseases that the animal could be infected.
• Your RADARCAN® product is guaranteed against defects in
materials and manufacture for the period of time established
by legislation in the country and/or state of sale of the product
(see warranty.radarcan.com), or for five years if it is registered,
from the purchase date. If any defect in the product caused by
its manufacture or defective materials appears while under the
warranty.
• RADARCAN® will only be responsible for the repair or
replacement if valid proof of purchase (e.g. paid receipt) is

presented which demonstrates that the day of the service claim
is within the validity period of the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover those products and/or parts
of products that are subjected to wear and tear that can be
considered material that naturally deteriorates over time.
• The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to damage caused
by incorrect use of the product or improper maintenance, or if
it has been repaired or modified by personnel not authorized
by RADARCAN®.
• For good performance of the product, the user needs to strictly
follow the instructions given in the user’s manual, and to avoid
any action or use described as undesirable or contrary to the
warnings in said user manual.
• The warranty of certain products may be subject to restrictions,
e.g., depending on the type of material used. You can find any
restrictions to the warranty that are applied in each specific
country or state where the product was purchased on the web
