Introduction
The overabundance of birds in residential areas not only
brings with it the filth of highly corrosive excrement, but
also the risk of contracting transmissible diseases, such
as encephalitis, psittacosis, toxoplasmosis, ornithosis,
salmonellosis, Newcastle disease, and tapeworm.
Furthermore, birds are carriers of fleas, ticks and mites, which
in turn can transmit other diseases to humans or domestic
animals. PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO works
by using radar to detect of the movement of pigeons and
other birds (starlings, seagulls, etc.) in flight and when they
approach the device, it emits a dissuasive sound (similar to
three gunshots), which has an immediate effect and prevents
the birds from managing to alight in the area of coverage of
the device, thanks to its cause-and-effect system.

Instructions for Use
1. Plug the power source cable into the
PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO device as shown
in Fig. 1. Hang it so that the front part (where the LED
light is) is pointing toward the area where flying birds
tend to approach. Note that the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS
REPELLER PRO may be triggered and go off accidentally
if it detects other objects in movement in its area of
detection, including beyond walls and doors.

2. Adjust the “DETECT” sensitivity regulator so that it is on
the maximum position“+”.
3. Adjust the“VOL”volume regulator to the middle position.
4. Plug the power source element into the power outlet
and the LED light will come on.
5. Check to see if the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER
PRO is working by making slight movements in front of

it. With each movement the mechanism will produce a
dissuasive sound.
6. Should the device go off even when nothing is moving
in the area of detection, turn the “DETECT” regulator
slightly toward the“-”mark.
7. Adjust the “VOL” control to the level you prefer (the
maximum level is recommended).
8. Recommendation: To prevent the accidental activation
of the device, as described in Point 1., during the NIGHT,
keep the device unplugged, or use it in conjunction with
a commercially available automatic timer.
9. Protecting the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER from
direct contact with water is recommended.
WARNING: Do not operate any product with a damaged
cord or plug.

The PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO incorporates
technological innovations, and is developed with
components manufactured under strict RADARCAN®
specifications for greater reliability and effectiveness.
Repertum
Our own technology used in the radar movement detection
makes it possible to detect any kind of movement within the
range of the device, which then causes the dissuasive sound
to be released.

The PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO incorporates
a system of protection against power surges to prevent its
breakdown. Because of this its performance is constant and
its duration unlimited.

FAQs
How does PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO work?
The PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO technology
is based on radar detection of pigeons and other medium-
sized birds in flight. As the birds approach the detection area,
a dissuasive sound is produced (similar to three gunshots),
which has an immediate effect by discouraging the birds
from alighting in the area of coverage.
Is the sound emitted by the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS
REPELLER PRO disturbing?
The device has two controls: one for the level of volume
which can be adjusted for the optimal effect, the other to
help determine and set the detection distance.
Is it eective on all types of birds?
It works effectively on pigeons and other birds of the same
or larger size (seagulls, for example). The system that the
PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO uses may not detect
small birds.
What is the lifespan of the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS
REPELLER PRO?

The lifespan is unlimited.
Does it need rells?
It needs no refills.
Where should the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO
be placed?
Hang or place it in the area that you want to protect, making
sure no obstacles (walls, fences, hedges, windows, furniture)
interfere with its operation. Be sure not to obstruct the front
part of the device, as the radar mechanism is there. Place it in
an open area free of furniture to better detect pigeons. It can
be placed near the floor or hung up, using the holes in the
back of the device for fastening it.
Can I plug in more than one PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS
REPELLER PRO in the same area?
Yes. The effect of the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO
will be strengthened and be able to reach the maximum
possible surface area.
Can I plug in other RADARCAN® products in the same
area?
Yes. Our products are totally compatible.

How long does it need to take eect?
Bird detection and the production of the sound blasts
happen instantly.
Why is the device sometimes activated for no apparent
reason?
Be aware that the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO
may be activated accidentally if it detects moving objects
in its area of detection, even beyond doors and walls. If this
happens, move the “DETECT” control slightly toward the “-”
mark, and try it again.
Why doesn’t the device produce sound blasts?
1. Check to be sure the LED light indicator is on.
2. Adjust the volume and detection distance controls.
3. When first turned on it takes about 10 seconds for the the
system to be initialized.
What if the LED light indicator does not come on?
First, check to see if it comes on if plugged into a different
outlet. If not, you need to get in contact with the RADARCAN®
technical service department.

How can I arrange it not to have the PIGEONS &
OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO activated during certain
hours (for example at night)?
Either unplug the device or plug it into a programmed timer,
which is available for purchase on the market.

Do not put the device in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning.
If you need to clean the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER
PRO, use only a soft dry cloth, with no abrasive products.
Do not expose the PIGEONS&OTHERBIRDS REPELLER PRO
to extreme temperatures.
It is recommended not to use it in places with temperatures
exceeding 122 °F (50 °C).

replacement parts, making it more economical to use.

warranty for the product since date of purchase.

• RADARCAN® does not warranty a 100% effective shield
against the spread of diseases that the animal could be
infected.
• Your RADARCAN® product is guaranteed against defects
in materials and manufacture for the period of time
established by legislation in the country and/or state
of sale of the product (see warranty.radarcan.com), or
for five years if it is registered, from the purchase date.
If any defect in the product caused by its manufacture
or defective materials appears while under the warranty.
• RADARCAN® will only be responsible for the repair or
replacement if valid proof of purchase (e.g. paid receipt)
is presented which demonstrates that the day of the
service claim is within the validity period of the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover those products and/
or parts of products that are subjected to wear and
tear that can be considered material that naturally
deteriorates over time.

• The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to damage
caused by incorrect use of the product or improper
maintenance, or if it has been repaired or modified by
